Theme Song

Come on, come out, we don't have all day (Gray and Fortis try getting Durus, Leviculus, Fidens, and Magna out of bed with an annoyed look on their faces)
Let's do this adventure the right way (Gray runs down a road with Chase, Durus, Audino, Tara, Scyther, and her other Pokemon following)
We will look back on what we were (Fortis is pictured on a black canvas before faded images of a Vibrava and Flygon appear behind him in flames)
Even now, we're still unsure... (Team Purity's logo flashes on the screen, and Deus' masked faces appear)
What
the future holds! (Gray's final team flashes by)
Be fast, grab your dreams and run (
Trentavious, Savannah, and Marcus appear with their starters, and they smirk at Gray while Trent glares)
Look back, make sure to have fun (Gray, Chase, and Tara sit underneath a tree with their Pokemon while laughing)
Remember now, don't look back, Stay calm and give it a crack... (Gray and her Pokemon stand on a hill with Chase, Audino, Tara, and Scyther)
Pokemon!

Last chapter, Gray and Leviculus entered a tournament for water types, and they managed to come in first, claiming the King's Rock as their prize, which allowed Leviculus to evolve into Politoed. Now, it's time for Gray's third gym battle and Fortis' battling debut, so get ready! This will end up being a pretty close battle overall, and Durus' relationship with Fortis will be shown a bit, so there's that. Also, I'm going to change the leveling system for a little while because Durus and Leviculus are way farther along (by about 5 levels) than I expected Fortis, on the other hand, will gain the usual 3 b/c he's the weakest. Now, let's get going!

Blaze Falcon: Definitely. Leviculus will be a lot stronger than before, and he'll also be as nice as he was when he was a Poliwag

MCMXCV: Leviculus sadly won't be participating in the Celadon City Gym (I have the entire outline for those battles), but Gray will go with a team that has type advantages, so she'll be pretty smart about it, and Leviculus and Magna will be pretty good friends now. Also, thanks for the compliment! Gray and her Pokemon will definitely give this battle everything they've got

guest: Yeah, the change in Leviculus' personality will make for a nice change, and Trent will slowly gain respect for Gray as the story goes on. He'll never be her friend, but he may or may not end up complimenting her a few times. And Durus is, but I had written the summaries for every chapter up until 30 a month or so ago, and I had planned for Durus to not evolve, so that's why it said that

ShadowDragon9000: Dude, I'm on chapter 35 right now, so you're going to get a TON of chapters for a while :o It was good seeing Leviculus get a lot of screen time, too, and I'm pretty sure every one of Gray's Pokemon will star in an episode at some point or another. Also, thanks! They were really short, in my opinion, but at least you liked them!

Defender31415: Yerp, he's gonna be pretty solid (along with the others) throughout the rest of the story, and thanks! I didn't watch the Orange Islands Arc, but I've always wanted to

Elodus: Her team really is coming along well, and it's only going to get better during the Celadon Arc. And Gray will give Surge everything she's got, along with her Pokemon

"I'm so ready for this," Gray said to herself as she held three Pokeballs in her right hand, which all belonged to the Pokemon she'd be using. "Once we win this, we'll win the Vermilion City Tournament!"

"Don't get too far ahead of yourself," Chase warned. "I've heard this guy's no joke. He doesn't hold anything back, so be careful out there." Gray nodded at her friend's words, and she lead the charge as she walked into the Gym. When the sliding doors opened, the three teens walked in and saw a regular battlefield and an enormous man standing in the trainer box on the opposite side of the room. Once Chase and Tara sat down in the trainer lounge, they nearly fainted in shock when bolts of lighting shot out of the battlefield just before Gray could walk down the stairs. When she did, the girl looked to her right and saw a referee standing on a pedestal, and he was wearing army clothing.

"Lt. Surge, your next opponent is waiting," the ref informed the gym leader, who slowly looked up from the ground and grinned.

"Well, it doesn't seem like she'll be much of a challenge. Don't you know Persian are pets, little girl?" the man, who was wearing a camo vest inquired rhetorically before laughing at his own joke. Durus, meanwhile, nearly charged at him, but stopped when Gray held her arm out in front of the normal type's face. "Let's just get this thing over with. You wanna win this badge so you can qualify for the tournament later this week, right?"

"Yeah, that's right!" Durus shouted at the man, who grinned at the response.

"Well, I'm not going to go down without a fight, just like those damn commies!" Everyone in the gym deadpanned at Lt. Surge's proclamation, and they waited for the referee to announce the rules.

"This will be a three versus three battle between Gray Plain of Pallet Town, and Lt. Surge, the Gym Leader of Vermilion City!" the referee announced as Gray's picture appeared on the holographic scoreboard along with Surge's. Three smaller spots next to each trainers' picture popped up, which were for their Pokemon. "The battle will be over when all Pokemon on one side are unable to battle! Furthermore, only the challenger may substitute her Pokemon! Lt. Surge, choose your first Pokemon!"

"Jolteon, let's zap these commies into submission!" the crazed gym leader shouted while throwing his first Pokeball like a grenade. Gray's eyes flashed as a yellow haired Pokemon appeared from the Pokeball, and it began growling at her. Durus hissed right back at the Jolteon, not wanting to back down, but she stopped as everyone's attention then turned to Gray, who took out her first Pokeball.

"Magna, let's show 'em our power!" Gray yelled while tossing the Pokeball forwards. Magna appeared in a flash of light and jumped up and down excitedly, making a ringing noise. Surge and his Jolteon, meanwhile, laughed at the appearance of their opponent, who they were hoping would've been bigger and more intimidating. Magna stopped jumping when she saw her opponents' reaction, and she glared at the Jolteon standing in front of her.

"This battle will be between Jolteon and Magna! Begin!"

"Let's start this off with Confusion, Magna!" Gray commanded while pointing at Jolteon. The tiny yellow bell grinned before her eyes flashed red, and a beam of energy flew towards her opponent. Before Surge or his Jolteon could react, the attack landed and sent the electric type skidding across the battlefield with a pained expression. Once he stopped skidding, Jolteon turned and looked at Surge, who pointed at the Chingling.

"Jump and zap that thing with Shock Wave!" Jolteon leaped into the air as electricity began to dance around his fur, and a zigzagging bolt of lightning shot across the battlefield. Magna refused to back down from the attack and took it head-on, which impressed Surge as the psychic type didn't show any signs of pain, even though her body was aching from the attack.

"Way to stand strong, Magna! Show them your Uproar!" Magna smirked before opening her mouth and screaming at a deafening pitch, which made everyone cover their ears in pain. Waves of sound quickly launched Jolteon into the wall behind Surge, and the gym leader watched angrily as his first Pokemon struggled to get back on the battlefield. Surge's attention shifted to Magna and Gray once Jolteon was standing in front of him, and the gigantic man pointed at the challenger's Pokemon.

"Don't hold back! Strike them with Pin Missile!" Jolteon quickly unleashed dozens of white arrows form his back, and they crashed down on Magna, who screamed in pain. Fidens, Leviculus, Chase, Tara, and Scyther all flinched at the sight and turned away while Durus stared in shock as Magna managed to stay standing, showing just how strong her will was.

"Magna, are you okay?" Gray inquired as the psychic type shook off the super effective attack and glared at her opponent. When she nodded, Gray grinned and pointed at Surge's Jolteon. "Use Yawn and put 'em to sleep!" Magna quickly opened her mouth and released a pink cloud of bubbles that floated over to Jolteon, but the Gym Leader was more than ready to counter.

"Pop that with Double Team!" Jolteon quickly copied itself and all of the clones sprinted into the Yawn attack, preventing it from reaching the real Jolteon. What Surge didn't realize was that he had fallen right into Gray's trap, and the girl punched her right fist straight out before smirking confidently.

"Now follow it up with Astonish on the real Jolteon!" The speed with which Magna ran was so surprising, even Gray was at a loss for words. The tiny bell suddenly leaped forward while she was enveloped in purple energy, and she slammed into Jolteon as hard as she could. Thanks to the effects of Astonish, Jolteon was frozen in fear as Magna stood right in front of him.

"Jolteon, no!" Surge screamed, realizing what had happened to his first Pokemon. He was unable to do anything, however, as it was Gray's turn to attack. The sixteen year old didn't waste any time in issuing her final command of the match, and she cleared her throat before screaming.

"Wrap this up with Last Resort!" Magna's jaw snapped open as a blast of white energy engulfed Jolteon before slamming the quadrupedal Pokemon into the wall behind his trainer. Once he hit the ground, Jolteon's eyes were closed tight, and the referee raised his hands in the air.

"Jolteon is unable to battle! Lt. Surge, choose your next Pokemon!"

"Way to go, Magna!" Fidens and Leviculus cheered in unison, while Durus simply nodded at the psychic type, who nodded back with a grin. Chase, Tara, and their Pokemon, meanwhile, cheered Magna's name until Surge recalled his fainted Jolteon.

"Those damn music loving hippies," the man muttered under his breath while withdrawing his Jolteon. Angrily, he glared at Magna, who was panting in exhaustion while Gray simply smiled with her arms folded over her chest. "Luxio, this one's for freedom!" Gray sweat dropped at the strange statement, but soon frowned when she saw the Pokemon that took Surge's half of the battlefield. The Sinnoh Pokemon's picture then appeared on the scoreboard underneath Jolteon's, which had turned black, and he roared at Magna.

"Magna, just give a little more and I'll take you out soon, okay?" Gray asked the Pokemon, who nodded before turning back around to face her opponent.

"This battle will be between Luxio and Magna! Begin!"

"Magna, use Confusion!" Gray commanded. Magna's eyes flashed red for a split second before she fired a beam of red energy at her opponent, who had no trouble dodging the psychic type attack.

"Charge at her and jump!" Surge countered aggressively, not wanting the challenger or her Pokemon to feel comfortable. Luxio did as he was told and he started sprinting towards Magna. Then, he leaped over the beam of red energy and everyone gasped in shock. Gray, however, regained her composure and pointed at the attacking Pokemon.

"Send Luxio flying with Uproar!"

"Shut 'em up with Bite!" Before Magna could do anything, Luxio chopped down on her, making Magna scream in pain. Despite this, the smaller Pokemon screamed as loudly as she could, and a wave of sound sent Luxio flying off Magna's body and back onto Surge's half of the battlefield. Gray let out a sigh of relief when that happened, but she noticed the poor condition her Pokemon was in, prompting her to withdraw the fatigued psychic type.

"Magna, return!" Gray called after Luxio ran back to the other end of the battlefield with a grin. The girl then turned to see the scoreboard, and Magna's picture turned blue. Without hesitation, Gray hurled her second Pokeball forward and everyone watched as a Pokemon slowly materialized from the capsule. "Fortis, it's time to shine!" Gray's newest Pokemon suddenly turned around and smiled at his trainer, but the Trapinch slowly turned in fear before trembling when he saw the intimidating Luxio.

"Come on, Fortis! You can do this!" Durus cheered, easing the ground type's nerves. A look of confidence then swept over Fortis' body, and he lowered his head, preparing to attack the Luxio standing before him.

"This battle will be between Luxio and Fortis! Begin!"

"Take that thing out with Bite!"

"Use Mud Slap in Luxio's mouth, Fortis!" Gray commanded tactically. Fortis slapped the ground as fast as he could, and a wave of mud shot up and into the electric type's mouth, which had been open. Luxio then began to try and spit out the mud, but was unable to do so due to there being so much mud in his mouth, allowing Gray to attack once again. "Now use Feint Attack!" Fortis suddenly disappeared before reappearing next to Luxio, and he slammed into the taller Pokemon, who was knocked onto his side as a result of the attack.

"Get up and use Iron Tail on that Trapinch!" Surge shouted angrily. Luxio got up as fast as he could before running towards Fortis, whose eyes went wide with fear once Luxio leaped in the air. As the Pokemon's tail began to turn metallic, Gray shouted to her timid Pokemon.

"Fortis, use Bite on Luxio's tail!" The Trapinch, despite being terrified, listened to his trainer's words and opened his gigantic mouth. Much to his surprise, Fortis somehow caught his opponent's tail and chomped down on it, making Luxio cry in pain while everyone on the sideline was cheering enthusiastically. Durus was also cheering for the ground type, but stopped when Sure issued another command.

"Use Shock Wave to make 'em let go of your tail!" Suddenly, Luxio was engulfed in a neon blue light, and he roared before shocking Fortis with the surprisingly effective attack. Everyone watched on in awe as Fortis somehow withstood the wicked attack, and Gray finally snapped out of her daydreaming.

"Fight through the pain, Fortis, and slam Luxio against the ground!" Fortis, who was closing his eyes in pain, suddenly had his eyes shoot open as he slammed Luxio against the ground as hard as he could, knocking the wind out of the bigger, stronger Pokemon. Surge watched in disbelief as his Pokemon struggled to get back up, and he gave another order out of desperation.

"Use Iron Tail one more time!"

"Sand Tomb, Fortis!" Fortis' neck snapped up and he grunted loudly before slamming his feet on the ground, which confused everyone when nothing happened. However, a tornado of dirt revolved around Luxio and encapsulated the electric type, who began to roar in pain before falling onto his side in defeat, making the attack stop instantly.

"Luxio is unable to battle! Lt. Surge, choose your last Pokemon!" the ref shouted as Luxio's picture turned black, leaving Surge with one Pokemon while Gray had all three.

"Wahoo! Way to go, Fortis!" Durus cheered as the smaller Pokemon scurried back to Gray's trainer box with a prideful smile. "You were really great out there!"

"I can't believe Gray has such a commanding lead," Audino said to the others. "I figured she'd win, but this dominantly? That's unexpected, to say the least."

"Yeah, especially with this being Fortis' first battle, and Magna having to go up against two really strong Pokemon. Hopefully Gray can put this thing away right here," Chase added.

"Shit, it's time to bring out the ultimate freedom fighter. Raichu, crush 'em!" Suddenly, a gigantic Raichu, one much bigger than most of its species, landed on the ground with an evil smirk on its face, which rattled Fortis. Seeing this, Gray took out the ground type's Pokeball and smiled.

"Come back for a little bit, Fortis." As Fortis was zapped back into his Pokeball, Gray took another one off her belt and opened it. Magna reappeared, taking Fortis' spot on the battlefield, and she began to jump up and down excitedly as her picture returned to its normal color while Fortis' turned blue.

"This battle will be between Raichu and Magna! Begin!"

"Raichu, start this with Thunderbolt!"

"Block it with Uproar!" Gray countered, hoping the sound waves would be able to throw the electric attack off its path. Instead, the Thunderbolt crashed through the Uproar attack and zapped Chingling so powerfully she fell on her face and was unable to push herself back up.

"Now dish out an Iron Tail!" Gray could only watch as the large rodent ran across the battlefield while its tail turned silver, and it jumped in the air before he slammed his tail over Magna's body, making the ground break slightly underneath the psychic type's body. Once Raichu darted back to his trainer's side, Gray turned her attention to her struggling Pokemon, who looked like she was ready to faint.

"Magna, use Yawn!"

"Crash through it with Volt Tackle!" As soon as the pink cloud of bubbles escaped Magna's mouth, Raichu dropped on all fours and was engulfed in electricity. When the orange Pokemon ran through the sleep inducing attack, Gray gasped in shock before watching Magna get crushed. Raichu smirked before grimacing at the recoil damage he took, but seeing Magna down for the count made the tradeoff worthwhile.

"Magna is unable to battle! Gray, choose your next Pokemon!" the referee shouted while Gray walked over to her Pokemon's side and smiled while kneeling.

"Thank you for the incredible effort, Magna. You were so great out there," Gray said to her Pokemon as she was withdrawn to her Pokeball. The teenager then took a deep breath and grabbed another Pokeball off her belt before tossing it in the air. "Fortis, come back out!" When he materialized in front of Gray, Fortis began shaking immediately as Raichu started taunting him, which made Gray nervous.

"This battle will be between Raichu and Fortis! Begin!"

"Use Thunderbolt on the ground, Raichu!" Surge commanded while pointing at the ground with a grin. Gray looked on in confusion until she saw the electricity slam into the battlefield, causing chunks of dirt to fly up. Seeing that would do damage to her Pokemon, Gray thought on her feet and hurried a counterattack.

"Block it by covering yourself with Sand Tomb!" Fortis smacked his feet against the ground and a spinning tornado of sand and rocks began to spiral around him, blocking the Thunderbolt and chunks of the battlefield at the same time. Surge grinned at the cunning idea before clearing his throat and screaming to his final Pokemon.

"Now smash 'em with Iron Tail!" Raichu ran forward while his tail was glowing silver, and he leaped in the air. Somehow the rodent managed to time his jump perfectly, and he fell towards Fortis once the Sand Tomb disappeared. The ground type looked up in shock before he heard his trainer's voice cut through the air and ring in his ears.

"Quickly, use Bide!" A thin coat of red aura surrounded Fortis' body before he was struck by the wicked blow, and a pained expression swept over his face. Despite that, he managed to remain in the exact same spot as before, and Surge took the opportunity to attack once again.

"Dish out another Iron Tail, and knock him out!" Again, Raichu leaped in the air and bashed his tail over Fortis' head, making the ground type cry in pain. However, the red aura around his body disappeared, making Gray grin while Surge's Raichu looked confused. He soon understood why Gray was so happy, and she punched her right fist straight forward.

"Fire!" Gray shouted. The ground type opened his mouth and shot a gigantic blast of white energy at the fully evolved Pokemon, who was engulfed by the attack and cried in pain as he was thrown against the wall behind the Gym Leader. When Raichu shakily rose to his feet, he looked up to see Fortis smiling back at Gray and Durus, both of whom were cheering for him, which angered the electric type. Sensing this, Surge cracked his neck and threw his arms out to his sides.

"Let's stop toying around, Raichu. Surf!" Raichu grinned before lifting his arms in the air. A sudden tidal wave appeared underneath the rodent, and he placed his feet on his tail as if it were a surfboard. Gray could only watch as the massive wave of water crashed down on Fortis, sweeping the ground type into the wall behind her. When she turned around, Gray saw Fortis' eyes were shut, and Raichu began taunting the fainted Pokemon.

"Fortis is unable to battle! Gray, choose your last Pokemon!"

"You did really well out there, Fortis. Thanks for your hard work." Gray smiled as she withdrew the fainted Pokemon, and she turned around to see Raichu was still taunting Fortis, as he pointed at the fainted Pokemon's picture on the scoreboard and laughing.

"Ooh, let me at him! I'm gonna rip this guy to shreds!" Durus hissed as she attempted to leap forward. Gray, however, managed to slide in front of the normal type, preventing her from stepping foot on the battlefield. "Hey, what's the big idea? I'm supposed to be battling!" the normal type whined while looking up at her trainer, who turned around with a stern expression plastered on her face.

"Sorry, Durus, but I don't think your style is suited to beat that thing." Gray took a deep breath, knowing she was about to do something that would either be praised for its success, or criticized for her stupidity. "He wants a close quarters fight, and I know just the Pokemon for the job," Gray continued confidently before turning and looking at Fidens and Leviculus. "Leviculus, it's all up to you!" the girl shouted. Leviculus quickly hopped over the wall he was looking over before hopping all the way to Gray, and he stood in front of the girl confidently.

"What!? Why isn't she using Durus? Leviculus has a huge type disadvantage against Raichu!" Tara exclaimed before turning to Chase, Audino, and Fidens. The flying type simply shrugged and watched on with intrigue while Chase and his Pokemon decided to voice their reactions.

"I don't get it. Maybe she's just going crazy," Audino answered before shaking her head at the decision. "Durus would totally win this battle. She has the speed and strength to keep up with Raichu, who's already been through two battles."

"Maybe Gray knows something that we don't. That's the only explanation I can think of," the aspiring doctor opined while scratching his head. While the four spectators continued to talk about the confusing decision, Surge began to laugh along with his Raichu.

"You have guts, Gray, I can definitely say that," the Gym Leader said to the girl, who bowed at the compliment. "But you're not going to win, and I guarantee that!" Raichu cheered in agreement before locking eyes with Leviculus, who flashed a goofy smile.

"This battle will be between Raichu and Leviculus! Begin!"

"Raichu, use Thunderbolt!" Surge shouted with a fired up grin on his face. Raichu used his long tail as a spring as he was launched into the air. The bipedal rat then fired a bolt of electricity at his water type opponent, who calmly waited for Gray's voice to ring in his ears.

"Leviculus, dodge it and use Water Gun!" Gray countered as fast as she could, not wanting her final Pokemon to take significant damage. Leviculus smiled and rose out of his crouched stance before twirling like a ballerina, dodging the super effective attack with ease, which made everyone gasp. He then reared his head back and unleashed a powerful burst of water that struck Raichu and knocked him onto his back.

"Charge at him with Volt Tackle!" Surge shouted aggressively.

"Make the ground slippery with Rain Dance and then dodge!" Gray yelled right after the Gym Leader. Leviculus was quick to act, as he opened his mouth and shot a ball of water into the air while Raichu dropped on all fours and sprinted forwards before being covered in electricity. Once the ball of water exploded, rain began pouring down onto the battlefield, making it slippery. Raichu managed to maintain his balance and lunged at Leviculus, who attempted to twirl away once again, but he was unable to do so. As soon as Raichu's head made contact with his stomach, Leviculus was launched across the wet battlefield and he skidded across the ground.

"Now dish out a Thunderbolt!" Raichu fired another zigzagging bolt of yellow electricity at the fully evolved water type, but Leviculus managed to dodge by jumping over the attack. He then latched onto Raichu's head and grabbed the electric type by his large ears. Raichu, meanwhile, began to flail violently in an attempt to shake Leviculus off, but the toad refused to let go.

"Great thinking, Leviculus! Use Ice Punch!" Leviculus laughed at the command and his right fist was shrouded in light blue energy that looked like mist, and he punched Raichu in the side of the head. The electric type fell on his side immediately, and Leviculus jumped into the air. "Follow it up with Body Slam!" Leviculus extended his arms and legs as far as he could before crashing on top of Raichu, making his opponent cry out in pain. He then got off Raichu and slid to Gray's side with a smile.

"Raichu, are you okay?" Surge asked his final Pokemon in concern as Raichu hobbled back to his trainer's half of the battlefield. Raichu slowly nodded before looking at Leviculus, who was also breathing heavily. Surge noticed this and began to smirk slightly, though Gray and Durus didn't pay any attention whatsoever.

"Leviculus, use a max power Water Gun!" Gray commanded. The Politoed reared his head back before shooting a wicked blast of high-pressure water at Surge's fatigued Raichu.

"Dodge it and use Volt Tackle, Raichu!" Surge shouted in response. The rodent dropped on all fours and sprinted away from the attack, making Gray tense up slightly. Her eyes then went wide when Raichu was encapsulated in electricity, and he reached mach speed. As the rain continued to fall, Leviculus prepared to dodge, but he didn't have to. Raichu suddenly slipped and slid against the ground headfirst, just like Gray had wanted earlier in the battle when she ordered for Rain Dance. Seeing the perfect opportunity to deal a devastating blow, Gray didn't waste time in shouting to Leviculus.

"Finish this with Ice Punch!" The toad slid across the water intentionally while his fist was shrouded in icy energy. He then popped up and landed on his feet before landing a vicious punch on the back of Raichu's head, knocking the Pokemon unconscious instantly.

"Raichu is unable to battle! Gray and Leviculus are the winners!" the referee shouted as Raichu's picture turned black. Leviculus, meanwhile, turned around and ran over to Gray before hugging her. Fidens quickly rushed onto the battlefield and joined in on the celebration along with Durus while Tara and Chase watched from a distance. Slowly, Surge made his way across the battlefield after withdrawing his Raichu, and he smiled at Gray.

"Excellent battle, young lady. You'd make a great soldier," the gym leader said with a smile, making Gray bow in response. "Here, this is Thunder Badge. Now that you have this, you can probably enter the tournament." Gray graciously took the red piece of metal and placed it in her badge case with a smile. "You're definitely going to make it far with those Pokemon."

"Thanks!" Leviculus, Fidens, and Durus responded in unison before walking away with Gray, Chase, Tara, and Audino. Once they reached the Pokemon Center, Gray made sure to sign up for the Vermilion City Tournament, and she smiled while laying in her bed. Durus, Leviculus, Fidens, Magna, and Fortis were all talking about something only Pokemon would understand, but the girl couldn't help but watch the group.

"Hey, do you guys mind if I say something?" the trainer asked, making sure she didn't interrupt the conversation. All five Pokemon nodded and stared at the brunette, who took a deep breath before smiling. "That was an awesome job earlier today, and I know we're going to do just as well, if not better during the tournament! I promise everyone's going to battle, and I want you to give it your all!"

The Pokemon cheered in response before deciding to go to sleep in order to be well rested for the tournament. Gray, meanwhile, stayed awake and continued to smile at the idea of winning and being given credit for three more badges. Slowly, the girl went to sleep with nothing but confident thoughts, just like her Pokemon.

Well, Gray's on a bit of a roll and will be looking to continue her success by winning the tournament. Speaking of the tournament, it's definitely going to be intense, and Owen will get some screen time along with Charizard, Brooklyn, and Molly. Till next time, peace out.

Next Chapter: "Caution: Danger Ahead!": The third annual Vermilion City Contest has arrived, and Gray is eager to show her strength. Much to her dismay, 63 other trainers from all over Kanto are attending the tournament, including her rivals, who are eager to battle Gray. With only one more day to prepare, Gray decides to spend some time with her Pokemon, though things get a bit heated. Will Gray be able to stop the tension and win the tournament?
