Theme Song
It is time for the home stretch (Gray shows her badge case with eight badges)
For it is the final catch (Magna appears, smiles, and fades, which is repeated by Fidens, Leviculus, Decorus, Fortis, and Durus)
Your goal's right there, it is your fate (Owen and Red stare down at the championship battle of the Indigo League)
Go ahead and become great! (Gray looks down at her badge case and smiles after seeing all eight badges)
No way! (2x) We won't back down! (Durus lunges at the camera and slashes it)
We will! (2x) Win that crown (Montage of Gray defeating Trentavious, Savannah, and Marcus before she looks across a battlefield and sees Owen)
This is it, the final quest (Gray looks off into the sunset with Chase, Tara, and their Pokemon)
You must do your very best... Pokemon!
Alrighty, people, it's time to get back to the old grind! Last chapter, Deus was revealed to be a girl, and she burnt her house down which killed her family. Yeah, she's a sociopath, but whatevs. This chapter will be about Gray's fifth Gym Battle, which is against Ketsu! Let's get going!
MCMXCV: Yeah, she's a basketcase. I don't know whether or not I should go over the top with her story, because I want to make her seem insane, but I don't want to make it too unrealistic
Trentavious Phoenix: If you don't mind pointing them (grammatical errors) out, it'd be greatly appreciated, but don't feel compelled to do so. And I'll definitely give Trent a marijuana shirt, lol, I feel ya on that XD And I've always known CaptainPrice's stories were really good, I just normally don't read much on this site, though I'm going to start reading his Big Ten challenge (college football fan), and I'll read the "Rise to the Challenge" one knowing that you/Trent is in it
Blaze Falcon: That's what I was aiming for, kind of, lol. Her mother's abuse and neglect (same thing, in my opinion) pushed her to be a lunatic, and her killing her brother is the explanation to some things that happened to her in one chapter (I believe it was 22 or whenever Tara joined). And I will be finishing the arc later tonight, because I'm actually at the league right now, and it's going to suck seeing Magna go, but her replacement is going to be really strong, (game-wise) just like the rest of the team
Defender31415: Crazy is a good way to describe that. I didn't want to overdo it, otherwise I'd have to get rid of a chapter in the Purity Arc, which I don't want to do. And thanks for answering the question. I will be finishing it because of that :)

"Did Gray tell you what Pokemon she was going to use?" Owen quizzed while looking at Tara and Chase.
"No, but she gave us three of her Pokeballs, so I guess we'll find out now," Chase answered before releasing the three Pokemon. Fidens, Leviculus, and Fortis appeared and looked at the battlefield excitedly while Chase deadpanned at the sight of the Pokemon. "What is she thinking? Decorus is the only Pokemon she has that's weak to poison types!"
"Well, she does have Psychic, so I guess that kind of offsets it," Tara said to Chase, though it didn't sound like she believed her response was correct. Owen and Charizard, meanwhile, laughed at the responses Gray's friends had, as they reminded the duo of Owen's traveling companions' reactions.
"Look, every battle isn't about type advantages," Owen informed the sixteen year olds. "Charizard's beaten water types, and he's lost to grass types, so don't worry about Gray's choice."
"That's right. She picked Decorus for a reason, so just setback and wait for it," Charizard added before turning to face the battlefield, where Gray and Ketsu were standing along with a referee, who was decked out in a black jumpsuit.
"This will be a three versus three battle between Gray Plain of Pallet Town, and Ketsu, the Gym Leader of Fuchsia City!" the referee announced as Gray's picture appeared on the holographic scoreboard along with Ketsu's. Three smaller spots next to each trainers' picture popped up, which were for their Pokemon. "The battle will be over when all Pokemon on one side are unable to battle! Furthermore, only the challenger may substitute her Pokemon! Ketsu, choose your first Pokemon!"
"Muk, stall them!" Ketsu yelled, blatantly stating his strategy, which made Owen and Charizard chuckle. A large glob of poison appeared on Ketsu's half of the battlefield and it glared at Gray and Durus, who exchanged nods before the Persian ran forwards and hissed.
"Durus, let's win this!" Durus swiped at the ground in response and continued glaring at the Muk standing before her while the referee raised his arms in the air. Suddenly, Muk's and Durus' pictures appeared on the scoreboard, and the ref spoke up.
"This battle will be between Muk and Durus! Begin!"
"Durus, fire away with Power Gem!" Gray ordered while pointing at the pile of sludge resting on the opposite half of the battlefield. Durus hissed while the red jewel on her head began to glow white, but Ketsu didn't seem intimidated by the attack. Durus then fired several blasts of white energy at Muk, but the ninja Gym Leader countered with ease.
"Muk, deflect it with Sludge Bomb!" Muk opened his enormous mouth and bullets of poison were shot at the Power Gem attack. Several mini explosions occurred and smoke covered the battlefield, making it impossible to see. "Toxic Spikes!" Ketsu shouted, grabbing Gray's attention. Dozens of purple arrows shot into the air and crashed into the ground, making the battlefield turn purple.
"That's not good," Chase muttered, grabbing everyone's attention.
"Why is that?" Fortis asked in confusion while staring at the aspiring doctor. Leviculus, Fidens, Audino, and Tara turned to look at Chase because he didn't answer the question right away, prompting Charizard to speak up.
"Toxic Spikes is a move that essentially turns the battlefield into a guaranteed Toxic attack. Every time Gray switches a grounded Pokemon into battle, it's guaranteed to be poisoned," the winged lizards explained. "Durus will be fine unless she's withdrawn and sent back into battle." Gray's three Pokemon nodded and turned back to the battlefield, where they saw Gray biting her lower lip cautiously.
"Stay far away from Muk so he can't hit you, Durus.," the sixteen year old ordered. Durus nodded in response before lowering her body to the ground, and Gray issued an attack. "Use Pay Day!" Durus slowly opened her mouth while a gold light began to appear in her mouth, and the normal type suddenly hissed. A ray of gold energy was fired across the battlefield at a blistering speed, and Owen began to jot down a few notes on his Pokedex.
"Minimize!" Ketsu commanded tactically with a grin. Muk roared before shrinking to a microscopic size, making Durus' Pay Day attack miss. Muk then returned to his normal size and the Gym Leader smirked at Gray while his Pokemon roared. "You're going to have to do better than that if you want to beat us, Gray!" the Gym Leader informed his challenger.
"Rrgh, I didn't want to do this, but we have to. Charge and use Feint Attack!" Durus bounded across the glowing battlefield and hissed before disappearing in thin air. Shen then reappeared and slammed into Muk's back as hard as she could, which made everyone cheer. When Durus tried to run back to Gray's side, she found she was unable to do so. "Wha-what!?"
"How did Muk trap Durus when he didn't even grab her?" Leviculus inquired while looking at Fidens and Fortis, who shrugged in response.
"That's one of the perks of Muk's physical makeup. All of the goo can wrap around anything within nanoseconds, so it's best to attack from a distance," Owen explained while thinking of his Muk. "It's funny, because that makes opponents use special attacks, and Muk has really low special defense, so while that can be helpful, it's also counterproductive. At least, that's what I felt whenever I used my Muk in battle."
"Damn, that's not fair!" Fidens shouted before turning back to the battle. "Get out of there, Durus!"
"Now use Toxic!" Muk smiled happily before opening his mouth, which made Durus hiss angrily. Purple poison began seeping out of the poison type's mouth and he spat on Durus, making the normal type cry in disgust before she flashed purple and grunted in pain. Gray watched helplessly while trying to think of a way for Durus to break free. A light flashed in her head and Gray through her right hand out to her side.
"Power Gem, Durus!" Durus quickly shot tons of white blasts of energy from the red jewel on her head, and the powerful rock type attack hit its target. Ketsu frowned as Muk pulled away from Durus, allowing the Persian to run back to her trainer's side.
"Strike with Poison Jab!" Ketsu commanded, trying to remain on the offensive. Muk leaped forward while his right hand began to glow purple, and he reared his arm back before throwing it forwards in an attempt to hit Durus.
"Dodge it and use Pay Day!" Durus quickly jumped out of the way of the attack and shot a ray of golden energy out of her mouth. Muk was crushed by the powerful normal type attack and was sent flying through the air. When he hit the ground, Muk splattered and his eyes closed. The referee then raised his arms in the air and Muk's picture turned black.
"Muk is unable to battle! Ketsu, choose your next Pokemon!"
"Wait, why did Muk faint so quickly?" Tara asked aloud.
"Like Owen said before, Muk's special defense is usually really low, so that's why Durus knocked him out so quickly," Charizard answered while eyeing Durus, who was celebrating with Gray.
"Well done, Muk. You did what I needed," Ketsu said to the fainted Pokemon before zapping him into his Pokeball. Slowly, the ninja took out his second Pokeball and threw it like a shuriken. "Toxicroak, finish the job!" A bipedal frog stood in front of Ketsu after the Pokeball opened, and he crossed his arms while glaring at Durus and Gray, the latter of whom was unnerved by the angered look while Toxicroak's picture appeared underneath Muk's.
"This battle will be between Toxicroak and Durus! Begin!"
"Durus, use Power Gem to start again!" Gray ordered while punching her fist straight forwards. Durus shot several blasts of energy from her jewel, but Ketsu was prepared to counter the rock type attack.
"Quickly, block it with Poison Jab!" Toxicroak's hands began to glow purple and he unleashed a barrage of punches that destroyed the Power Gem attack, making Gray and Durus gasp in shock while Leviculus, Fidens, and Fortis frowned at the result. "Now charge, Toxicroak!" Gray was caught off guard by Toxicroak sprinting towards Durus, who looked back at her trainer and nodded confidently.
"Let's charge, too! Dish out a Metal Claw attack!" Gray yelled. Durus bolted towards the center of the glowing battlefield and she leaped in the air. Instead of her claws turning silver, they remained white and the normal type violently threw her left arm forward. As soon as she did, Ketsu and his Pokemon grinned at the same time before the Gym Leader spoke up.
"Grab Durus' arm!" Toxicroak's arms shot forwards and he grabbed Durus' left arm, stopping the Slash attack cold.
"Bite him, Durus!" Gray yelled as her Pokemon landed on the ground with her three other legs. Durus lunged forward and attempted to snap her jaws on Toxicroak's arm, but the poison type let go of his grip and hurled his fist forwards.
"Brick Break!" Durus was punched in the face by Toxicroak, whose hand was glowing white, and she rolled across the ground limply before stopping right in front of Gray. The referee ran over to Durus' side and raised his arms when he saw the normal type was down for the count, making Gray curse while her starter's picture turned black.
"Durus is unable to battle! Gray, choose your next Pokemon!"
"Amazing job, Durus. Now take a long rest." Gray withdrew her starter back to her Pokeball with a smile, but she looked up and eyed Toxicroak. Every fiber of her being wanted to choose Leviculus, but she knew she had to play to the type advantage. "Magna, I need your help!" the girl yelled while pointing the Pokeball straight out. Her Chingling appeared with a smile, but she soon cried in pain when Toxic Spikes kicked in, making her body turn purple for a split second. When the effects ceased, Magna looked Toxicroak in the eyes and prepared to charge.
"This battle will be between Toxicroak and Magna! Begin!"
"Toxicroak, sprint and strike with Poison Jab!" The speedy frog dashed across the battlefield while his fists began to glow purple, and he leaped in the air while cocking both of his arms back. Gray, meanwhile, wasn't fazed by her opponent's speed, and she shouted to Magna.
"Keep Toxicroak at bay with Confusion, Magna!" Magna's eyes flashed red before she fired a beam of red energy at her falling opponent. Toxicroak was struck by the devastating attack and landed on the ground with a loud thud before he got back up and dusted himself off.
"Use your agility to your advantage, Toxicroak," Ketsu instructed, making the frog nod before bolting across the battlefield. "Poison Jab!" Toxicroak reared his arm back while his fist began to glow purple, and he punched Magna in the face, sending the psychic type rolling across the ground in pain before she managed to roll onto her feet.
"Magna, let 'em know how loud you can be! Uproar!" Magna's mouth shot open and she began to scream at the top of her lungs, making everyone cover their ears in pain. A wave of sound repeatedly slammed into Toxicroak and started pushing the fighting type back towards his trainer, who was wowed by the power of the attack.
"Hold strong and use Sludge Bomb when you get the chance!" Ketsu yelled while kicking his foot straight up. Toxicroak grunted in response before planting his feet and widening his base. After doing so, Uproar wasn't able to push Toxicroak, and he reared his head back while charging the attack. As soon as Magna's Uproar attack ceased, Toxicroak shot a bullet of poison at the psychic type, which struck her. "Now charge!"
"Magna, use Uproar again!" Gray demanded while Toxicroak began running towards them. Magna opened her mouth once again and shrieked. Toxicroak, however, jumped over the attack and his hands began to glow purple.
"Poison Jab!" When Toxicroak threw his fist forwards, Magna screamed once again and the attacks collided, causing an explosion to occur.
BOOM!
Both Pokemon were launched across the battlefield and were down for the count, prompting the referee to raise his arms in the air.
"Both Pokemon are unable to battle! Trainers, choose your final Pokemon!" the referee shouted while both Magna's and Toxicroak's pictures turned black.
"Well done, Toxicroak. Please rest well. Crobat, you're all that remains!" Ketsu yelled while releasing his third and final Pokemon.
"Magna, you were awesome, so thanks for the great job!" the girl said to her Pokemon with a smile while zapping the psychic type back into her capsule. Gray then scowled at the sight of the speedy bat before looking down at her final Pokeball and taking a deep breath. She then looked over at her friends and Pokemon on the sidelines, and they all flashed a thumbs up, making Gray nod. "Decorus, I'm counting on you!"
In a burst of light, Gray's shiny Florges appeared and landed on the purple battlefield. As soon as she did, Decorus' body turned purple for a second and she grimaced in pain before eyeing her opponent. Meanwhile, on the sidelines, Owen and Charizard smirked at the fairy type's appearance.
"So that's who Decorus is. Interesting," Owen said while the fairy type's picture appeared on the scoreboard along with Crobat's. The champion once again began to jot notes into his Pokedex.
"And she's shiny," Charizard added, making Owen nod. "I don't really understand why she'd choose a fairy type in this case, though." Charizard then shrugged at the thought and remembered how Owen would make similar decisions, which made the winged Pokemon crack a grin.
"She's really strong, Charizard," Fortis informed the fire type, grabbing his attention. "And if Gray thinks she can do it, so do we! Right, guys?"
"Right!" Fidens and Leviculus cheered in response before they started chanting Decorus' name. Charizard and Owen laughed at the enthusiasm of the three Pokemon on the sidelines, and Charizard glanced over at Owen. Gray suddenly smirked, and Charizard was fixated on the sixteen year old, who was reminding him so much of Owen.
"No wonder Owen's taken such a liking to Gray. She's almost exactly like him, yet she's completely different. To top it off, she has some strong Pokemon, and they all believe in her! This girl might just be the one he's looking for," Charizard thought to himself as a smile crept across his face, drawing a confused look from Owen.
"This battle will be between Crobat and Decorus! Begin!"
"Decorus, start off with Grassy Terrain!" Gray commanded after seeing Crobat wasn't going to be on the ground at any point. It would also help boost Decorus' attack power while negating the effects of poison, which made Ketsu grin. Decorus formed a ball of green energy in her hands and threw it in the air. Once the ball exploded, flowers and grass covered the battlefield and Decorus was covered in sparkling gold light.
"Smart, but that won't guarantee you victory! Crobat, descend and use Venoshock when you get close to Decorus!" Ketsu demanded. Crobat grinned and performed a nosedive. Everyone watching would've bet their life on the winged Pokemon crashing, but he shot straight out and zipped along the grass towards Decorus. Once he felt he was close enough, Crobat opened his mouth and spewed a wave of purple gunk at Decorus, who was covered in the attack. The shiny Pokemon cried in pain as the super effective attack's power was increased due to Decorus being poisoned, which played right into Ketsu's strategy. Much to the Gym Leader's dismay, the flowers on the ground fired golden beams of energy at Decorus and restored some of her health.
"It's our turn to dish out some damage! Decorus, grab Crobat with Vine Whip!" Gray yelled. Two vines shot out of Decorus' neck and they flew after Crobat, who was circling Decorus from above. The fully evolved Pokemon was caught off guard by the grass type attack, and the vines wrapped around all four of his wings. Decorus then slammed her opponent against the ground and Gray spoke up. "Now use Dazzling Gleam!" Ketsu watched as Crobat was blasted by a zigzagging ray of pink energy, which sent the poison type skidding across the grassy battlefield.
"Get back up and use Air Cutter, Crobat!" Crobat did as he was told and got off the ground before taking to the air. The purple bat then flapped his four wings at the same time as hard as he could. A large, horizontal line of blue energy flew towards Decorus, who waited for Gray to respond, which she did after a second of thinking over her options.
"Block it with Magical Leaf!" Decorus began to spin like a top before she fired a wave of rainbow colored leaves at the incoming attack. The leaves cut straight through the Air Cutter attack and slashed Crobat's body, making the fully evolved Pokemon grunt in pain. He then fell towards the ground, but Crobat regained control and waited for Ketsu's words.
"Shoot a Swift attack and follow it up with Aerial Ace!" Crobat flapped his wings once again and a flurry of golden stars were shot across the battlefield. Then, Crobat tucked his wings into his sides and zipped towards Decorus while white streaks of light flew off his face. Decorus braced herself before being pummeled by the stars, and she was knocked onto her back after Crobat's Aerial Ace landed. Much to her dismay, Gray watched as Decorus' body flashed purple and the fairy type cried out in pain before pushing herself back up weakly.
"Hang in there, Decorus," Gray said to her ailing Pokemon, who was panting heavily. She stopped, however, when the flowers on the battlefield shot gold beams of energy at her, which gave Decorus some extra energy. "Now use Petal Blizzard!" Decorus nodded and pointed her hands at the ground. She then lifted her arms while still pointing her hands at the ground, and thousands of sharp petals appeared. They then started to revolve around Decorus before propelling her towards Crobat.
"Counter with Aerial Ace!" Ketsu shouted. Crobat began to spin like a drill while tucking his wings in, and the poison type collided with Decorus. The attacks cancelled each other out and Decorus began to slow fall to the ground, which was the perfect opportunity to strike. "Quickly, use Poison Fang!" Crobat flew after Decorus at top speed, but he wasn't able to catch up to his target, who had landed on the ground and was ready to counter.
"Not on my watch! Stop Crobat with Psychic, Decorus!" Decorus' eyes turned light blue and she stuck her right arm out, stopping Crobat dead in his tracks. Everyone except Owen and Charizard gasped in shock, as Crobat was a mere inch away from chomping down on Decorus with his purple fangs, which made the fairy type smirk.
"Break free with Venoshock!" Ketsu shouted to his final Pokemon, who attempted to muster up an attack. He wasn't able to, however, as Decorus had complete control over his body thanks to her psychic abilities.
"Throw him against the roof, Decorus!" Gray screamed while punching her fist above her head. Decorus nonchalantly threw her arm upwards, and Crobat flew into the roof at the speed of sound. Decorus then released Crobat from her psychic grasp, and the bat crashed into the ground harshly. The referee quickly ran to Crobat's side and raised his arms when he saw Crobat's eyes were closed.
"Crobat is unable to battle! Gray and Decorus are the winners!"
"Wahoo! Way to go, Decorus!" Fortis cheered before he jumped alongside Leviculus and Fidens.
"I can't believe she actually won," Tara said in disbelief. "I mean, using Grassy Terrain was such a smart idea that I wouldn't have thought of."
"That's Gray for ya. She always finds a way to shock us," Chase informed the blonde sitting next to him, who nodded in agreement. Meanwhile, Owen and Charizard got up and began to walk out of the building, smiling at the result of the battle. They turned and glanced at Gray, who was celebrating with Decorus, and exited without a word.
"You were so great out there, Decorus!" Gray complimented her Pokemon before hugging the shiny Florges.
"Thanks, but I only listened to what you said, so you were just as good, if not better than me," Decorus said humbly, making Gray blush before she hugged her Pokemon again.
"Gray, that was quite the Gym Battle," Ketsu told the girl while walking over with a badge in his hand. "Here, this is the Soul Badge." The ninja carefully placed a small pink heart in Gray's hands, and she held the tiny piece of metal up. "Good luck with the rest of your journey." Ketsu bowed to Gray and Decorus, who bowed in response before exiting with everyone else.
"Hey, where'd Owen and Charizard go?" Gray inquired while searching for the champion and his starter.
"They left, but never said where they were going," Leviculus informed his trainer. "They were really into the battle, though!" Gray beamed after hearing the information and she stretched her arms over her head.
"I guess we're heading for Saffron City," Gray assumed while looking at Chase and Tara, who agreed. "Then I can win my sixth badge!"

"She's really strong," Charizard said to Owen as the two made their way into Red's office. "I can't believe I never realized why you liked her so much."
"Liked who so much?" Both Owen and Charizard froze up as Brooklyn stared at them. She was sitting next to Red, and the nineteen year old slowly started to move away from the mother.
"He didn't mean it like that, Brooke," Owen informed his girlfriend while putting his hands up. "Charizard was just talking about Gray's Gym Battle earlier today." The angered expression on Brooklyn's face disappeared, and she smiled at her boyfriend while rocking Molly.
"How'd she do?" Brooklyn inquired.
"Really well," Owen answered, enamored by the younger girl's performance, which made Red shake his head. "She's so much stronger than the last time we saw her. She even has a shiny Pokemon!"
"Owen, don't you think you're going a little overboard with her skills? I bet she's a good trainer and all, but didn't you live across the street from her for a while? The same thing's happened to me with a few friends of mine that started their journeys late. They were pretty good, but I thought they were incredible."
"Oh man, don't even get me started," Red's Charizard said while glaring at his trainer, making Red sweat drop.
"No, this girl's different," Owen's Charizard replied, grabbing Red's attention. The Pokemon that had nearly ended his reign of being World Champion had the sharpest eye when it came to talent, whether it be trainer or Pokemon, so Red listened with intrigue. "Her Pokemon are strong, especially her Flygon. Man, if that thing got the right training, it could probably challenge us," Charizard said while pointing at himself and the older Charizard, "if we didn't use Mega Evolution or Mega Fusion. On top of that, Gray's got this spunk and savvy you just can't teach."
Red leaned back in his chair while Charizard continued, and he looked up at the ceiling. Listening to Owen's Charizard give out such high praise was unheard of, which made the idea of Gray, the girl who couldn't control her little Meowth, unfathomable.
"I think she might be the trainer you're looking for, Owen. If she doesn't win the Indigo League, you need to offer her a spot in the Elite 4 before anyone else can," Brooklyn opined after Charizard finished his speech. The champion's first Pokemon nodded emphatically while turning to Owen, but the teen shook his head and sat down in the chair across from Red.
"I definitely will, but it's not a sure thing. If someone else catches my eye, I'll have to consider them. After all, we're talking about a spot in the Elite 4 here." The others nodded, and Owen ran a hand through his hair.

"Mewtwo, are you okay?" a Sandslash asked the artificial Pokemon, who was meditating in front of the stream by his individual island. The ground type waited patiently as Mewtwo inhaled and exhaled at a controlled pace before rising to his feet and opening his eyes.
"No, but thank you for asking." The bipedal Pokemon walked past the Sandslash, and the ground type followed after the unstoppable Pokemon worriedly. "You want me to tell you what's bothering me," Mewtwo said, reading the Pokemon's mind. Sandslash nodded, and Mewtwo began speaking even though he didn't see Sandslash reply. "I heard someone... it sounded like they were pleading for their life."
Sandslash remained silent, and Mewtwo stopped walking, adding drama to his words.
"It was Zapdos, I believe, that was calling for one of us, as people say, Legendary Pokemon. I couldn't, and still can't tell if it was a warning or not. That's why I've been training and meditating so often."
"I'm sorry to hear that, Mewtwo," the random Sandslash said to the strongest Pokemon that resided in the cave. Mewtwo turned and nodded at Sandslash, refusing to smile given the potential dire circumstances.
"Thank you. If you don't mind, please tell everyone to stay away from me for a while. I need to focus on this training, and if I hear anything like this again, I'm going to try and act." Mewtwo began walking away from the Sandslash, and hovered over the water to reach a discrete island that everyone in the cave knew was his training ground. Slowly, by himself, Mewtwo began meditating once more, and an agitated look crept onto his face.
"Red, if you, the World Champion, don't intervene with what I think will happen, I promise I will destroy you, too. Mark my words. I, Mewtwo, will strike again."
That's number five! With the help of Durus, Magna, and Decorus, Gray won her fifth badge. Only three badges remain, and they should be obtained pretty quickly (the last one is Chapter 56), end then the league will commence. Mewtwo also made his reappearance, Owen and Charizard talked to Red about Gray, and that's the chapter. Anyways, the Saffron City Arc is coming up really soon, and so is my favorite chapter of the story. Till next time, peace out.
1) Predictions for next arc's chapters?
Next Chapter: "Goodbye, Old Friend": After their hard-fought Gym Battle, Gray decides to give her Pokemon the day off before heading for Saffron City. Their peace is soon interrupted when a group of Pokemon attack the Pokemon Reservoir, a place where wild Pokemon live peacefully. Gray and her team decide to take action, and attempt to defend the reservoir and bring peace back to the land. Will they be able to?
