Hey everybody, this is TrueLeaf. I'm here to inform you on the status on The Reckoning and what it will look like in the near future. As of right now it is on hiatus; I know, I've recently garnered the habit of updating once a few months because of my writer's block and sluggishness, and it sucks and I'm sorry for doing that. But one of the reasons why I've chosen to postpone updating is because of it's longevity, which is now broadening over 30 chapters.
This was definitely much larger than anticipated. Because of this, I'm pondering the idea of making a second part, in which this one will end at the 30th chapter mark and I'll start a new story in continuation of The Reckoning. By the end of this, as a whole, I expect it to reach midway through the 40s and, hopefully, won't surpass 50 chapters. So I'm asking for feedback from you guys, the readers;
Should I make a second part? Mind you, this will change the way you read the story, and you will have to search for it to stay updated.
Another reason why I'm postponing is because I'm going to start writing a story of an idea I've been pondering for some time now. And yes, writing two stories at a time is going to be difficult, but I've managed before. Don't worry, I'm still going to update The Reckoning, but just now in a more... scheduled fashion, I hope, because of the other story in the mix. This is a little irrelevant to you guys, but that's just additional stuff I wanted to note. So PM, review or do whatever, but let me know somehow if you guys want me to make a second part. If we can't reach a conclusion, I'll just do it anyway. ;)
