I own nothing
"Is something wrong?" Starfire asked. "You are doing the blushing."
"Oh," Gohan said, snapping himself out of it. "It's nothing."
Gohan followed her out of the room and turned a corner, seeing Trunks and Blackfire walking their way. Blackfire wore the same bikini as her younger sister, but didn't fill out the bra as well. Blackfire noticed and flashed a frown. Her sister had always been more endowed than her. Trunks, a half-breed Saiyan with a body as muscular and tan as Gohan's, was still looking at her out of the corner of his eye, so she still felt satisfied. "Sorry," Blackfire said. "Trunks and I stole your style."
Gohan noticed that Trunks was wearing an exact copy of his own. "Nice shorts."
"Same to you," Trunks said.
"I'd love to stay and chat," Blackfire said, "but I have some tanning to get to."
Blackfire pulled Trunks through the hallway. "See you later, Gohan," he said.
Starfire stared at the back of her sister taken back at her nerve to wear the same outfit. "That Klorbag!" she said out of earshot.
"Don't worry about it," Gohan said. "You look much better in it."
"It still does not negate the fact that she did it to anger me," Starfire said.
"If you get upset it shows that she still has power over you," Gohan said. "Don't let her get to you."
"I'm not angry for what she did," Starfire said. "I'm confused. I don't know why she does these things."
"There's no need to worry about that now," Gohan said, taking her by then hand. "We need to have fun while we can."
She blushed. "Maybe you're right."
"Come on," Gohan said.
He took her through the hotel, glaring at the guys trying to stare at her. They arrived at the beautiful beach seeing their friends already by the volleyball net arguing with Superboy and the rest of Young Justice. "We were here first!" Cyborg said. "Give me the volleyball!"
"Doesn't matter," Superboy said. "I have the ball."
"Why don't we just play against each other?" Raven said. Gohan was surprised. Her cloak was folded neatly on a towel in the sand next to her boots. She had small, cute feet.
"I don't want to play with them," Beast Boy said.
"Think of this as playing against them," Robin said. "Heck, when this thrashing is done, you'll want to play again."
"Excuse me?" Kid Flash said. "Fourteen against four isn't exactly in your favor."
"Six," Gohan said.
"We have a full team," Robin said, "and if I'm not mistaken, there is a max of six on a team."
Superboy snorted angry steam out his nose. "Batgirl, Flash, Lantern, Wonder Girl, Aqualad, let's do this. We serve first." Superboy gripped the ball with his left hand and smashed the bottom of it with his right, sending it high into the air.
Gohan jumped in a perfectly vertical line.
"No you don't!" Flash said, kicking in the air fast enough to carry him into the air. Gohan spiked the ball and Kid Flash set it back at him. The volley began with the ball spinning so fast it was hot. Gohan flipped around, smashing the ball with his heel. The ball rocketed toward Young Justice's side of the court. Superboy hopped up and spiked it over the net. Raven stared at it, using telekinesis to bounce the ball high into the sky. Gohan gave it another kick, smashing it into the sand right on the other side of the net.
"One to zero," Gohan said, hovering above the ground with his arms spread. "You serve."
He tossed the ball to Wonder Girl. She hit the ball into the air and Aqualad shot ice around it, curving its path. "So that's how it is?" Cyborg said, turning his arm into a cannon. "Try this!" he shouted, intercepting the ice with an energy blast. A green arm made of an extraterrestrial force spiked the ball downward again. Starfire set it and Beast Boy leaped into the air as a gorilla, spiking the ball in the other direction. Batgirl didn't let it slide. She spiked the ball back, sending it flying past Beast Boy's head. Robin slid in front of it and hit it back into the air. Superboy spiked it again, landing it just in front of the net.
"Look at that," Superboy said. "One to one. Game point, we serve."
"But it's our ball," Beast Boy said.
"Let them serve," Robin said, smirking at Gohan. "Let's get serious."
The Titans sparked their auras, shaking the sand below them. Young Justice, even the people that weren't playing, spiked their chi as well.
Trunks and Blackfire, sitting on the shore with their feet in the water, turned around to look at the furious volleyball game. "It's just a game," Blackfire said.
"Not to the Titans," Trunks said. "They've always been like that."
"I thought you said that you didn't know them until a year ago," Blackfire said.
"Yes and no," Trunks said.
"Explain," Blackfire said, getting straight to the point.
"People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect," Trunks said, "but actually-"
"I call a foul!" Cyborg shouted.
"You can't call a foul!" Superboy shouted back.
"I just did!" Cyborg said. "You smudged the chrome on my shoulder!"
"Just wipe it off!" Superboy shouted. "It's just a smudge and the ball didn't even hit you that hard!"
"You know how long it takes for me to buff this?" Cyborg said.
"Stop being a pussy," Superboy said.
"What did you call me?" Cyborg shouted.
A black aura surrounded the ball and crushed it. "There," Raven said. "Nothing left to fight over. I'm going to go sit in the shade."
"It is over?" Starfire said, frowning for a second. "Gohan! Do you want to help me put on the screen of the sun?"
"Yeah, sure," he said quickly, before he had time to stop and think about it. He looked at Trunks for help, seeing him holding hands with Blackfire in the water. Trunks was done for. Gohan took a deep breath. "Yeah, sure." Starfire rolled her towel out on the sand and laid on her stomach, showing off her curvy hourglass figure and slightly large, toned butt. Her long legs barely went farther than the end of the tower.
"Could you get my back, legs, and behind, please?" Starfire asked, unclasping her bikini top. "Make sure you get my shoulders too, okay?"
She handed him the sunscreen. "Will do," Gohan said. He reluctantly squeezed some into his hands and touched her shoulders, making her shudder.
"It's so cold!" she giggled. "Keep going."
Gohan finished with her shoulders and rubbed her back and legs, never wanting to take his hands off of her soft, warm skin. He put his hands on her hips and worked the outside of her butt.
"What's wrong?" Starfire asked.
"Nothing," Gohan said, clearing his throat. He proceeded awkwardly in putting sunscreen on her large butt and took another deep breath. She clasped her bikini and rolled over onto her back, revealing her toned, athletic midsection, tight abs and very large, round, perky breasts that stretched out the bikini top to its limit.
She swept some of her long, wavy red hair out of her face. "Now do my stomach, thighs, and breasts, if its not too uncomfortable," she said. "I understand that your hormones might be freaking out."
"Oh, no," Gohan said, "I can do it." He finished with her thighs quickly and started running his hands over her stomach.
"Oh, splendid!" Starfire said.
Gohan finished putting sunscreen under her breasts and slowly put a hand on her left breast, shocked at the firm shape and soft skin.
"Are you alright?" Starfire asked.
Gohan snapped himself out of it. "Oh, yeah, sorry." He started rubbing her breasts, easily becoming mesmerized at how he squished them together, rolled them around, felt her nipple through the fabric. This was too personal for their relationship level, so he stopped there. This was becoming too intimate. "Is that good?"
"It is terrific!" Starfire said. "Now I will do you!" She grabbed him by the shoulder and put him on his stomach. She squirted some sunscreen onto her hand. "Are you ready?"
"Wait, what?!" Gohan exclaimed.
Starfire's hands felt wonderful on Gohan's back. She wasn't just putting sunscreen on his back but giving him a massage as well, probably unintentionally, but it felt good nonetheless. After five minutes she flipped him over, sensually rubbing his flat stomach and broad chest. After both Titans were properly sunscreened, Gohan rolled his towel out and decided to sit next to her for a little while. "You know what," Starfire said after thirty seconds. "I'd rather go swimming."
Gohan stood up and laughed, rolling his towel and taking it with him to the water. Trunks and Blackfire were far out into the sea, having the most dangerous splash fight known to man. "Let's not get too close," Gohan said.
"Agreed," Starfire said. They flew into the air, finding an open spot about one hundred feet out from the shore and dove in. They swam all the way to the sea floor, seeing a school of fish part as they passed. They started walking on the floor, slowly and taking in every bit of their surroundings. A lone dolphin seemed to smile at them as he swam in between them, proceeding on a merry journey to who knows where. Gohan started walking ahead, becoming more entranced by the beautiful environment around them. Gohan stepped on the back of something slimy and sand dispersed all over Gohan's legs. A sharp, stinging pain hit the back of Gohan's right leg and blood turned some of the water red. A beige sting ray rushed out from under Gohan's foot and disappeared into the blue. Gohan yelped in pain, letting some salt water into his mouth. He shot out of the water and hobbled onto the shore to take a look. He sat back and folded his leg, seeing the blood seeping out of the deep hole in his lower leg. Starfire shot out of the sea and ran up to him. "Gohan! Are you-"
"Yes," Gohan said, struggling to stand up. The inner muscle layers were starting to heal already, but it still hurt like heck. "I'll be back in there in a few minutes if I set and compress it. Go back to swimming-"
"No," Starfire said. "It was you who walked too far ahead that caused your leg to be in the shape it's in now. I'm not leaving your side. We're getting some bandages. Now."
Gohan hopped on one foot behind her as she walked over to the first aid shack sitting where the sand met the dirt road. A tall, blonde, muscular young man with an expensive pair of swim trunks and surfboard walking by stopped as he glanced at the red-haired Tamaranean opening a box of bandages for her injured guy friend. "Hey, girl!" he said, flashing a perfect smile at Starfire. "Why don't you ditch cripple creek and catch some waves in the ocean!"
"I would rather spend my time with someone who isn't so mean," Starfire said bluntly, not even looking in his direction. She knew how the game went. She was from Jump City.
The guy's grin faded. It quickly came back. "Maybe I can help."
"You can," Starfire said, wrapping Gohan's leg in beige bandages. "My friend and I were in the middle of some interpersonal bonding, and it would really help if you left us be."
"Why don't I drive him to the hospital?" he asked. "I'm just here to help."
"He can fly," Starfire said, "but thanks for the offer."
"Can I at least take you out for a drink?" he asked.
"I thought you were going to catch some waves," Starfire said, grabbing Gohan's hand and flying over to the other Titans.
"What happened to your leg?" Beast Boy asked, sitting under Raven's umbrella while she read.
"A sting ray attacked me," Gohan said. "I'm fine though."
"What were you doing?" Raven asked. "Usually they sit on the sea floor."
"We swam to the floor," Gohan said, chuckling. "I need to be a lot more careful next time."
"I'm up for getting something to eat in the town," Robin said. "How about you guys?"
"Just as long as they have tofu vegan options," Beast Boy said, making Cyborg gag.
"I'm hungry," Gohan said.
"You're always hungry," Raven said.
"Going without food doesn't help," Gohan said. "Besides, I know a couple places around here that serve really good seafood."
"Seafood?" Beast Boy said. "Gohan!"
"Don't worry, they have salad," Gohan said.
"Lead the way," Starfire said.
"Robin," Gohan said. "Would you-"
"Teen Titans: Eat!" Robin shouted, making the rest of his team laugh. Gohan took them to a buffet-styled restaurant serving a variety of seafood the more American Titans went crazy for.
Cyborg's stomach rumbled. "Oh man! Look at all these kinds of shrimp! I'll never want to eat Popeye's ever again!"
Beast Boy blindly cried down the table until he found the salad and tofu, drowning a large plate in them.
The Titans found a table for six in a booth and sat down. Gohan and Starfire sat next to each other with Robin at the end, and on the other side, Beast Boy cheerily talked to the side of Raven's head about Biology while Cyborg decimated his fish. Robin lifted his glass filled with water. "I would like to make a toast," he said, "to our victories won and our victories we will have in the future, but more importantly, a toast to the Teen Titans!"
The six Titans touched glasses and dug in to their meals. Two more chairs were dragged over to their table as Trunks and Blackfire arrived with their food. "What's happening, guys?" Blackfire said, wearing Trunks' beach towel over her shoulders.
"Food," Cyborg said, "seafood, more specifically."
"What do you guys think of our competition?" Trunks asked.
"I say we have a pretty decent chance," Gohan said. "Besides for Slade and Terra, there's no one else I'm really worried about. Well, maybe Vegeta, but he's changed since he came here."
"I'd still be wary," Trunks said. "You remember what happened when he fought Cell's second form."
"What happened?" Starfire asked.
"Sometimes when Vegeta lets his own power get to his head, things get ugly," Gohan said. "If it comes down to it, I'll fight him."
"What did he do?" Starfire asked.
"He let Cell achieve his final form to test his new Super Saiyan form," Trunks said. "No matter how much I tried convincing him otherwise, he wouldn't listen."
"It wasn't very nice for us after that," Gohan said, almost taking himself to a very bad place. "Anyway, let's talk about the plan tomorrow."
"What do you mean by plan?" Beast Boy asked. "We show up, kick some ass, have fun at the beach, sleep, repeat."
"I think he means what we'll do about Terra and Slade if things get out of hand," Raven said, seeing two shadows flash across the corner of her vision.
The booth right next to theirs was filled. Gohan glanced at them and stood up. "I think I'm done," he said with a yawn. He reached into his pocket and threw a couple hundred zenie to pay for everyone. He nodded to Raven and flicked his eyes toward the second booth.
"Beast Boy," Raven said, "the culturing of E. coli is very interesting, but I don't think that everyone here enjoys it as much as I do. I know a good place we can talk about it."
Beast Boy looked confused for a second but then nodded, catching on to the plan.
"Come on, everyone," Robin said. "We need rest for tomorrow."
They walked outside, immediately followed by two men in black cloaks and veils. The Titans, Trunks, and Blackfire fazed out all except for Robin. The Titan leader took several turns to validate his suspicions and walked down a dark alleyway. A gust of wind from above reassured him that seven other powerful beings would descend on these two creeps like rain. He turned around, seeing the two men standing there silently. One of them slowly took out a large syringe attached to a pump balloon. "Hold him down," the shorter, skinnier man said with a deep, demonic, gravelly voice.
The taller, wider man fazed out, putting Robin into a full-nelson. Robin stomped on the man's toe and kicked back, nearly breaking the man's shin. The other seven teen warriors hopped into the alley and surrounded them.
"Now," Robin said, flipping the tall man over his shoulder. "You can tell us on your own who you are and why you followed me here or my friends will make you talk. Got it?" He pulled off the veil, revealing a gray-skinned man with no face but a large black "M" on his forehead. Gohan fazed out, snatching the mask off the other man only to reveal the same thing.
"I only live to serve him," the faceless men said, "and if I cannot, then I have nothing to live for."
Their gray auras spiked. Trunks raised his hand into the air, summoning his sword from its sheathe miles away. "So close," Beast Boy said, turning his fingernails into long, catlike claws.
"The fate of the world's already at stake," Cyborg said. "Y'all better be working for this Master dude or I'm gonna be pissed."
