Chapter 13 - Tunnels

"Draco? As in he can actually do something?" Laxus watches as I start a conversation with Draco.

"So what times are you available?"

"Um...I don't know…" Draco crouches lower into the ground.

"It's okay, Draco-" I start.

"That's not my name," He whispers.

"Wha-" Not every spirit goes by their constellation name. Take Loke for example, but he did spend time in Earthland. If Draco flew here, that means he spent some time in Earthland as well, "Alright what is your name?"

"Wilson…"

"I like that better," I say. "Okay, Wilson, I'm going to force close your gate. I don't exactly know how it feels, but I'm fairly certain it doesn't hurt. Now in the Spirit World, you will find my other spirits...most of them will be friendly."

Wilson nods his understanding.

"Good," I stand a little straighter, close my eyes, and focus on Wilson's magical aura. I push at it his magic into the gate I opened. When I open my eyes, he is gone and Laxus is staring at me. "We have a sword to find, don't we?" He nods.

"His name is Wilson," I inform Levy via communications lacrima.

"That's awesome," her face disappeared for a second before her voice filtered through. "Mason!" I hear her shout, "stop that!...I know I said you should train, but that's the wall. Go outside to train...So what if there are dragons, you can kill them." Her face appears back in the sphere, "Sorry about that Lu-chan."

"It's okay."

"So, you seem happy."

"I think I just really missed doing missions."

"And anything else...?"

"No...why?"

"Just you have been traveling with one guy for a little while and…"

"Levy-chan is that you or is that Mira?"

"It's me Lu-chan; I would think you of all people would be able to tell me from Mira."

"I know its you Levy; Mira wouldn't have wasted her time with small talk."

"You're right," she thinks for a second. "Be careful, Lucy."

"I will." I turn off the transmission and walk over to Laxus. He's digging out the temple entrance. "Halfway finished, I see."

"And you could do better?"

"No, but I know someone who can. Virgo!" I call out.

"Punishment, Princess?"

"No,could you help Laxus please?" I point to the rocks blocking the entryway.

"Yes princess," the maiden dives into the rocks and begins to dig. Laxus is forced away from the hole.

"Punishment, Princess?"

"Thank you, Virgo, but no. You can go back now." I flet her aura leave, but I didn't watch; instead, I inspected the hole. "It's dark," I draw out the Fleuve d'étoiles; it's light illuminates the small portal. "Are you coming, Laxus?" I call out behind me.

"Yeah, just get your fat ass out of the way."

"Don't lie, Laxus, you enjoy it."

"Whatever you say, Princess," He enters the tunnel as well. It's short ,and we enter the temple.

"That was easy," Laxus motions to the sword on a pedestal in the center of the room. I follow him as he walks towards it. "I told you we should have started with this temple," He gloats while his hand closes around the sword and I feel his aura disappearing like one one of my spirts.

"Laxus!" I cling to his arm. A white light envelops us.
