Okay lets do this. So not much to say besides 2 of the 3 OC positions are filled. One more spot left. Enjoy.

When Fidelis woke up he found himself bandaged up like a mummy and chained to a chair. The room was dimly lit and had only his chair, a table , and a chair across from him. There was a large tented window on one of the walls that he couldn't see through and a gray door. It didn't take a genius to figure out where he was, he was in a police interrogation room. Fidelis took a moment to to let his mind clear, he remembered fighting a group of kids along with Blake. It seems he lost. "Shit, that's what I get for not going all out in a fight I guess." He groaned out.

He remembered the blast that that ginger girl had fired at him. If it hadn't been for his years of experience and fast reflexes which let him flare up his aura at the last second then he most likely would have been turned to ash. As he was thinking back on the fight when the door opened and in walked a man with silver hair and glasses holding a mug of coffee and a cane.

He sat down in the chair across from Fidelis. "Good evening." He said casually.

"Evening." Fidelis replied just now noticing that he was still wearing his mask. Though that should have been obvious sense he had rigged it so that if anyone other than himself tried to forcefully remove it than it would explode, most likely killing him along with whoever was attempting to remove it. At least that's what he wanted them to think, in reality the charges were filled with purple die that would stain your skin for at least a month.

"My name is Professor James Ozpin, do you mind if I ask your name and what you were doing down at the docks tonight." Ozpin requested respectfully. He'd already heard the story from Blake, Ruby, and Mr. Wukong though he believed it was only fair to give the man a chance to plead his case.

Fidelis knew what the guy was doing and thought he may as well have some fun with it. "Its nice to meet you Ozpin, I'm Butch Kozner. You wouldn't believe the day I've had, first after getting off work selling tropical themed coconut shot glasses downtown to under privileged alcoholics I decided to go pick flowers for my girlfriend who I came home to find in the arms of another man. After exchanging some rather harsh words I proceeded to make my way over to my favorite bakery in hopes that one of their cupcakes would cheer me up, however upon my arrival I witness an old lady have her purse snatched by one of those White Fang neerdowells. I promptly gave chase to the rapscallion which lead me to the docks where I saw a group of young girls locked in a clash of blades with that hudalum Roman Torchwick. Being the pacifist that I am I tried to put an end to the senseless violence by getting in between the two warring parties. I guess I must have hit my head and some point and passed out." Fidelis said in an extremely neutral tone.

Ozpin just stared at him for a moment.

"Come on did you really think you get much else out of me?" Fidelis said letting out a laugh.

"I'm not actually sure what I was expecting. I was hoping I could talk to you about possibly joining my school under similar conditions as Miss Belladonna." Ozpin said taking a sip from his coffee.

"While I'm sure your willing to give a very generous offer I'm gonna have to decline. I could never quit my job as a member of the White Fang because its just to much damn fun." This earned a raised eyebrow and a frown from Ozpin. "You see, I don't want money, or rights, or power, or fame. I just want to cause as much fuckin chaos and have as much fun doing it as I can before somebody finally kills me." Fidelis let out a dark cackle that honestly made Ozpin uneasy.

"So in other words, your just a sociopath?" Ozpin stated evenly causing Fidelis to burst into laughter.

Fidelis laughed so hard he was stomping his foot on the ground now. After a few more seconds of laughter he was able to get a hold of himself. "No, sociopath isn't the right word for me. You see sociopaths have no moral boundaries and will simply do whatever they feel like doing regardless of how horrible it may be and have no regret for their actions afterwards. I on the other hand do have lines I don't cross. I will never harm a child, I will not bring innocent bystanders into the mix unless absolutely necessary, and finally I only steal from those who don't need what I'm stealing. I don't enjoy the suffering of others, I enjoy chaos and the thrill of battle. I prefer the term 'chaos enthusiast'."

"I see, well you've certainly inspired quite a bit of fear in miss Belladonna from what we gathered. She refuses to answer any question retaining to you." Ozpin said taking another sip from his coffee.

"Yeah I may have 'persuaded' her to keep quiet about me. If I were you Ozy, I'd keep a close eye on that girl. She's a snake in the grass. I should know, I'm one to." After hearing this Ozpin stood and turned to the exit.

"Well Mr. 'Kozner', it certainly has been an interesting chat. I wish you luck in the future." As he opened the door he heard Fidelis shout from behind him.

"And I you Ozy."

Ozpin walked over to the officer who had been watching the whole exchange. "So whats going to happen with him now?"

"Well we can't really pin him for much besides assault, robbery, and possible connections to the White Fang. Other than that its like he doesn't even exist. His finger prints aren't in the system, neither is his DNA. It would help if we could see his face but we can't get that damn mask off without killing him. The weapon we recovered from the scene, aside from being heavy enough to take two officers to carry it, seems to be custom made with know indication of who made it, and his clothes are to badly damaged to find any tags or marks. What was the name he gave you?" The cop asked Ozpin pulling out his scroll.

"Butch Kozner. It's obviously not his real name and all that other stuff he said was just made up to mess around." Ozpin replied looking at Fidelis through the window.

The officer sighed. "So we don't even know his name. This guy is practically a ghost." The cop put his scroll away and motioned for Ozpin to follow. "Maybe we can find something out about him from one of the other White Fang that we arrested."

5 min later

Fidelis was currently sitting with his feet on the table still in the tiny room. He was about to take a nap to kill time when he heard the door open again. Not even bothering to look expecting it to be another cop who wanted to talk to him. As he sat there unmoving he heard the sound of a blade being unsheathed which prompted him to look up in surprise. He really hadn't seen this coming.

Standing next to him was the same girl with the multi-colored hair from the meeting Adam dragged him to. She was holding a sword that it appeared to have come out of the handle of the umbrella she was holding. With one quick swing she had cut through the cuffs that were chaining him to the chair.

"Well then this is a surprise. Did Cinder send you to come get me?" He asked standing and rubbing his wrist. The girl shook her head indicating 'no'. "Roman?" This time she nodded 'yes'. "Well I guess I owe him a drink. Anyway how do you plan on getting us out of here, I'm not exactly in top fighting condition right now as you can plainly see." Instead of replying she just motioned for him to follow as she walked towards the door. When she opened it Fidelis could see the unconscious body of an officer. Leaning on the wall next to him was Fidelis's Gunbai. "Oh daddy missed you." He said with a chuckle picking up his weapon. He then proceeded to lean down and start digging through the officers pockets until he found what he was looking for. "Sweet!" He said standing up holding his scroll victoriously.

He heard a light tapping and turned to see the girl with her arms crossed waiting for him at the door. "Sorry about that." He then began following her down the corridors as quietly as possible until they came to a window. Fidelis looked out and saw that they were in fact about twenty stories up. "Hold on a sec, why not just go out through here?" He said pointing to the window with his thumb. The girl looked at him like he was crazy. "You don't talk much do you? Well regardless we're doing this." He cocked back his arm and punched forward causing the window to explode outwards immediately setting off an alarm. "No going back now." He then picked up the girl who struggled for a moment and jumped out of the ridiculously high window. The girl braced herself as the ground approached but then felt a strong breeze under them. She looked down and saw that their decent was slowing until they gently touched down.

She was about to punch Fidelis for scaring the hell out of her when they heard. "Freeze!" They turned to see multiple police officers pointing guns at them. Deciding it was about time they left she stepped in front of Fidelis and opened her umbrella. When the police opened fire the image of the two standing there shattered like glass into a million pieces. While they began looking around for the pair, Fidelis found himself ducking into a manhole in an alley following the girl.

After a few minutes of running Fidelis had to stop and take a breath. He was honestly exhausted, his entire body was in pain, he aura was super low, and he could tell a couple of his injuries had reopened and were bleeding. He propped himself up against the sewer wall panting. The girl who had saved him stopped and sat down next to him. "Thanks for the help back there. I never actually caught your name."

She reached into her pocket and pulled out a scroll and began typing, when she showed it to Fidelis it said. 'Call me Neo.'

"Anyway, thank you Neo. If you ever need a favor give me a call." She typed on her scroll again.

'I'll hold you to that.'

Fidelis sat their for another minute before catching his breath. "I could really use a drink right about now." He said standing up and holding out a hand to help Neo up. "When we get back how about I treat you and Roman to some drinks?" He said pulling the girl up. She began typing and again showed it to him.

'I prefer ice cream.'

Fidelis began following her again. "I could go for some ice cream." He said with a laugh as they ran.

And there we go another chapter down. I hope you guys liked it. I actually did something I've never done before with any of my stories and scrapped the first draft of this chapter and rewrote it. In the first version his conversation with Ozpin was way more deep but I felt that it didn't really fit Fidelis's character so I decided to trash it and go with this. I thought that this was a good way to create a friendship between Neo and Fidelis, I'm probably gonna take it slow at first and work them towards a deeper relationship. Anyway until next time. LATER.
