"To the Champion." Varric held his cup high as he finished his toast. "This is going to be a story for the ages." He took a sip from his cup and the others did the same.

"It would be an even better one if I knew the damn details." Varric tuned to Sebastian as their friends began to disperse. Aveline stood in the far corner speaking with Fenris and much to his surprise Donnic, one of her guardsmen. Come to think of it, the man seemed to be around quite more often recently than usual. Merrill stood chatting with Bella and Lea. Anders was nowhere to be found.

Sebastian smiled and took a drink from his cup. "Not a chance, Varric." The Dwarf had been badgering him for days about what had happened in the Fade, but Sebastian hadn't said a word.

It had been a little over two weeks since Lea woke from her dream. Using this time to recover, Sebastian was pleased to see any fears he had put to rest. Part of him had feared permanent memory trauma but as time went by he saw more of her old personality returning. For that he was grateful.

"How about this," Varric asked, pulling him from his thoughts. "At least tell me what's going on between you two."

"I have no idea what you're talking about." He couldn't help his eyes from looking over to where Lea stood, talking with the girls. She caught him staring and smiled.

Varric scoffed. "No idea. Yeah. Ok." He knocked back his drink and left the cup on the table. "Who's up for a game of Wicked Grace?"

"No cheating dwarf." Fenris moved from the corner to sit at the table. Donnic shrugged and moved to sit beside him.

"Broody!" Varric feigned hurt. "Me? A cheater? I am insulted." Varric took his seat at the table and produced a deck of cards.

"Room for one more?" Sebastian turned to see Anders, standing awkwardly in the door way.

"Only if you got the gold, blondie." The mage smiled and moved into the room toward the table.

As he walked by, Sebastian grabbed his arm and pulled him to a stop. "I am glad you could come."

Anders looked at him with suspicion before simply offering his hand. Sebastian accepted the gesture with a firm grip. He still had his problems with the mage, but after everything they had gone through he understood him a little better.

Lea smiled at the pair, glad to have a little less tension between them. As Anders released his hand Sebastian nodded to him and looked over at Lea, his smile widening. She batted her eye lashes at him and sat down at the table, motioning to the chair beside her. The rogue shook his head and moved toward her, pulling out the chair to sit.

"Honestly, do you people ever stop celebrating," a familiar voice exclaimed from the foyer. All eyes turned to see Bethany, clad in her Warden regalia, looking at the group with an exhausted frown. The mage sighed deeply and turned to look at her sister.

"We need to talk."
