IMPORTANT! So before we get started I'd like to run an idea by you guys. I've been toying the idea of writing a multi crossover with several characters from multiple video games and/or animes. I still need to think up a concrete plot but I plan on having them each appear in separate places on Remnant and have them interact with the world until they inevitably meet up at some point. I do plan on making the characters as unexpected as possible, mainly because I try to keep my stuff as original as possible. This means we won't be seeing Naruto or Ichigo running around and will instead have characters that I find to be grossly underused. So what do you guys think, if I started it would ya'll read it?

Anyway without further a due. Enjoy.

"So Ruby."

"Whats up?" Ruby replied to the man leading them.

"I've been meaning to ask, have you ever met a man named Qrow?" Ruby wasn't really surprised that Fidelis knew who her uncle was sense he was a pretty famous hunter.

She nodded. "He's our uncle. Why do you ask?"

Fidelis let out a laugh. "It's nothing, your just the only other person I've met who uses a weapon like that. Your pretty good with it to, but not as good as he is." Fidelis removed his hat and pointed to his right ear on top of his head, there was a barely visible scar running the length of the ear. "He kicked my ass good, back when I was still new and inexperienced. I only ever learned his name from a news report on TV talking about how he stopped a White Fang attack on a Schnee warehouse. How's he doing?"

"He's fine, teaching back at Signal." Yang answered for Ruby.

Fidelis frowned slightly. "You guys went to Signal?"

"Yep." They both said at the same time.

Fidelis was quite was a moment. "Would either of you happen to know a tiger faunus kid there named Kain Seji?" This time Ruby and Yang were surprised.

Ruby spoke first. "Yeah, he was in my class. I didn't really know him all to well sense he liked to keep to himself."

"How is he? Has he become strong?" Fidelis asked without looking back.

Ruby was confused by the line of questioning. "Well from what I heard he got good grades and he was the second fastest student in class behind me. How do you know him?"

Before Fidelis he saw something out of the corner of his eye and on instinct jumped backwards, pushing the girls back in the process, a split second before a extremely thin black blade shot out of the wall and missed his neck by a few centimeters and grazing his aura. Fidelis pulled his Gunbai from his back as the black blade turned to liquid and fell to the floor in a puddle of what resembled oil.

"What the hell?" Yang shouted as the puddle began rising from the floor and started to take a form that resembled that of a person. "What is that?"

Fidelis swung his fan sending a powerful gust of wind at the substance causing it to fly backwards and splatter against the wall at the end of the hall. There was a brief moment of silence before it began to reform again. Fidelis was starting to get frustrated. "Fuck this shit!" He shouted pulling out a grenade from inside his coat and chucking it down the hall at the creature. Fidelis immediately spun on his heels, grabbed both girls by their shirts and took off running in the other direction as fast as he could before coming upon a room whose door was open. He threw both girls into the room before jumping in and slamming the thick metal door shut.

Moments later there was a loud boom the shook the floor beneath them. The three of them took a moment to catch their breaths before anyone spook. "What the fuck was that all about?!" Fidelis shouted.

"I have no idea, did you get it?" Ruby asked Fidelis who had now reopened the door and was looking down the hallway.

"I don't know, I don't see it but we can't be sure." Fidelis replaced his gunbai on his back and stepped out into the hallway. "Come on, I'd rather not sit in the same place for very long." He said making his way back down the hall.

"We need to warn the others in case there are anymore of those things!" Yang argued with him.

Fidelis just waved her off. "That blast was strong enough to be felt anywhere on this boat, Clef and the other two are sure to be on guard for anything hostile after hearing it. Trying to go tell them now would just be a waste of our time, instead we're going to continue on our way to the cargo hold to see if we can figure out what the hell that thing was, seeing as it most likely came from there."

"And what makes you so sure of that?" Yang asked crossing her arms.

Fidelis raised an eyebrow under the bandages on his face. "Haven't you ever watched a horror or science fiction movie? Every time some weird shit like this happens on a boat it always comes from the cargo hold... or they pulled it out of the ocean." Fidelis explained this as if it common knowledge.

"Your basing our survival off of your scary movie knowledge?" Yang deadpanned.

"Yes, so nobody sneak off to go have sex, or split up, and under no circumstance go investigate strange noises, got it" He listed off.

Yang laughed as she followed him. "Sorry honey but that first ones not happening."

"I know, my girlfriend would kick your ass again, and then kill me." Fidelis agreed with his own laugh.

"Again?" Yang asked confused.

"Yeah, she laid you out on the trained a while back."

Yang was hit by the realization but before she could say anything Ruby spoke up. "Wait Fidelis, shouldn't you be worried? Doesn't the faunus character always die in those movies?"

Fidelis paused for a second. "Fuck."

With Clef

"Any idea where the foul scent is coming from?" Clef asked Blake who was holding her nose to keep away a sudden stench that had hit her.

Still holding her nose she pointed to the door at the end of the hall. "I think its coming from behind that door."

Clef nodded before moving towards the door and placing a hand on it and closing his eyes. After a moment a frown came across his face. "You two remain out here, I fear what awaits us on the other side of this door is not for a Maidens eyes to see." This confused the two girls who tilted their heads as he cracked the door open and slipped inside before closing it behind himself. Clef looked the room over, but focused on the scene that dominated the back wall.

Lying on the floor was a corpse that was burned to a cinder, and above him painted across the wall in blood was the message 'Fire works best'. Next to the body was scroll with its screen still activated and another message typed into the journal app, Clef picked it up and read it.

'If your reading this then I'm dead and your either some military fucker sent to cover this all up or another unlucky son of a bitch who is stuck on this god forsaken boat. Regardless of which, you are probably only reading this a matter of hours after I lit myself up because of my scrolls shitty battery, but I digress. As you've likely come to realize there is some seriously fucked up shit going down on this boat, namely the weird liquid creature fuckers. I'm not sure where these things came from but I do know one thing, how to kill them. The first way is to submerge them in water, it causes them to not be able to reform, I have no fuckin clue why. The second way is to burn the little shits, thats why I've burned myself as you can see. Which leads me to my next piece of information, these thing multiply by gaining access to blood, I watched one of them slit my buddies throat before sliding into the wound, seconds later it flowed back out twice as large before splitting into two separate beings. If I could have done something I would have but I didn't know then what I do now, I thought I could wait it out but I'm too old to be dealing with this shit. While I can't do anything to help directly I do hope that this message can be of use. I'm going to use my last vial of red dust to make sure they don't use me. Good luck. -Zack Ikner'

Clef stood back up back up before turning to the body and bowing his head. "Thank you for the information, rest in piece friend." Clef then reached into his coat and withdrew a small bag and pulled out a small rectangle and attached it to the wall of the room before turning to the door and exiting the room. Blake and Weiss both looked at him with questioning looks. "We have a new objective, once we get to the control tower we need to get the intercom online and warn the boss and girls."

"Warn them about what exactly?" Blake asked still covering her nose from the smell of burn flesh.

"We're scuttling this ship."

Back with Fidelis

Fidelis kicked the door to the cargo hold open and stepped through followed by his two charges. After taking a quick look around his eyes fell on a large shipping crate that had a large hole ripped into the side. "Fucking called it." He continued walking into the cargo hold as Ruby and Yang began searching for any evidence of survivors.

Looking over towards another crate with a volatile contents warning, Fidelis walked over to it and opened it up. Inside waited dozens of metal cases, he grabbed one and opened it to examine the contents. "Happy birthday Fidelis my boy." He muttered with a smile as he looked at the multiple crystal and vials filled with refined dust of multiple types. Fidelis grabbed all the green, red, and yellow dust vials and crystals, and stored them in a pouch strapped onto his hip under his coat.

He closed the case and turned to leave before something else caught his eye, there was another case, however it was different from the others. It had a special lock on the front that was designed to prevent it from being pick. If there was one thing that Fidelis knew for sure, it was that when someone put an expensive lock on something, it was to protect something valuable. Fidelis drew his gunbai and focused his aura around it creating a blade like effect along the edge, he swung down across the lock and split it in two with little effort. Once he opened the case his eyes widened at the contents. Inside were three crystals and three vials. They were three extremely rare and illegal types, white, black, and grey. "GUYS I NEED HELP OVER HERE!" He heard Yang shout from a distance away gaining his attention.

Fidelis quickly emptied the case and stored the illegal dust in his inner coat pocket before exiting the crate and hurrying over to where he heard her shout. As he jogged he heard a gun shot and proceeded to start running. Upon his arrival he found Yang with her hands up in the air and a man wearing an engineers suit holding a gun on her.

Fidelis drew his fan and stepped forward. "What the hell is going on here?"

"STAY BACK! I'M WARNING YOU!" The man screamed sounding hysterical.

"Listen buddy, we're here to help. Now please lower your weapon or I'm gonna have to take it from you." Fidelis said to the man in a calm voice as he held his gunbai in a position ready to defend himself and Yang if needed. Fidelis proceeded to take several slow steps towards Yang until he was standing in front of her and blocking her from any attacks that may come. "Yang, Ruby is on top of a shipping crate about sixty feet behind us and to the left. She's watching whats happening, go join her and let me handle this." He whispered to the blonde.

"Are you sure?" She asked glancing man who she could see was currently having a conversation with himself and still holding the gun on them.

Before he could reply the intercom came on and grabbed all their attentions. "Boss man, it is I Clef! We have done as you ordered and made it to the control tower. We ran into a few of those liquid creatures, however we were able to destroy them using the cleansing power of flame! It seems to be most effective against these beasts. Based on information I've gained I believe that the best course of action would be to scuttle this ship to prevent these things from infecting the general population and cause a catastrophe."

"I'm still totally against this by the way!" A voice could be heard in the background.

"Weiss is against us sinking the boat. Anyway I've set charges to blow in multiple areas across the rear of the ship, Blake is working on getting the radio working to call in extract. We'll evacuate the ship via bullhead and then blow the ship as we leave. If for whatever reason yours or our team aren't back at the landing zone in ten minute after arrival then the group that does make it needs to leave. If anyone else is on the boat and hearing this I suggest getting to the nearest life boat. Good luck to you all, and I pray to see you all again." The Intercom went dead.

"Well you heard the man. Lets get the hell out of her-" He was cut off by a gun shot.

Alright! Next chapter wraps up the boat arc, who got shot, whats up with the dust he found? Don't worry friends I've already got ideas where this is going. Tell me what you thought in the reviews and don't forget to tell me what you guys think of that Multi Cross over story idea. LATER.
