Chapter 4: Rebirth of Kazemon Part 2
Away from everyone else, Zoe sighed and collapsed on the grass, exhausted from running away from the others. She looked up at the clear blue sky and frowned. It didn't seem right for the sun to be shining when she was in a mood.
Suddenly she heard some footsteps behind her. Panicked, she got up, brushed herself off and turned around only for her to discover….J.P.
"What ARE you doing here?" Zoe asked, being angry and confused at the same time to why J.P. followed her.
This left J.P. confused too. All this time chasing after Zoe he had forgotten why he went after her. He was too thinking about being Beetlemon once again and flying towards Zoe during that.
Finally he answered. "Z, I was so worried about you and…. I'm sorry Takuya made you mad". He suddenly collapsed too, exhausted from chasing after Zoe.
But to his surprise, she smiled at him. "J.P., I was never mad at Takuya but I was mad by my life in Florida". She sighed and looked at J.P. deep in his eye which made him blush a bit. "That's all".
"Oh Zoe" J.P sighed, getting up and brushing himself off. "Where are we going to again?"
Just like his element, Zoe was as quick as lightning with her thoughts. "Well, I was thinking we can go and get our spirits together since the others have already got theirs" she explained, getting out her D-Tector.
"Damn it!" cried J.P. "I was going to say that!"
Zoe giggled. "I knew it" she said. "I always say the things you were going to say!" And with that she skipped deeper into Breezy Village.
"HEY! Wait for me!" cried J.P., chasing after her.
Meanwhile, Takuya, Koji and Tommy were still on the search for Zoe and J.P. when all of a sudden they stopped.
"Hey" said Takuya suddenly. "Did anyone see Bokomon and Neemon?"
Both Koji and Tommy didn't answer.
Takuya sighed. "This is getting rather strange indeed" he said, looking around the forest"
Suddenly, there was a big rumble behind them and the DigiDestined fell down on the ground.
"What the hell was that?" shouted Koji, brushing himself off.
"I don't know" Takuya began, following Koji's actions. "But we better do something about this".
Koji and Tommy agreed with their leader and all three of them cried out: "Execute, Spirit Evolution!"
