Hey guys! Thank you so much for your comments on last chapter. I really like you liked it :). And what happened to them.. That's up to you to fantasize about ;-). But if you really want to, I could make a prequel. Just let me know!
For now I have a new chapter for you. It's finally one with Leo and Don, since I never written something with just them, like PrayerGirl had mentioned before.
Have fun!

"Will do, sensei." With those words Leo walked out of the dojo, sliding the shoji-doors behind him shut. With a content smile on his face the took a moment to think back about his training and mentally checked the things he had to work on later. For now he considered himself done training for today. Well, actually, he was never done and he was itching to go back into the dojo to work on his katas or his swordsmanship, but Master Splinter had insisted he did something for relaxation, besides meditation, and Leo had no choice but to comply with that request. With a double feeling he walked towards the kitchen to boil some water for his tea. He was a little surprised to see one of his younger brothers present.
"Hey Donnie," Leo greeted his purple-banded sibling. Don looked up from the newspaper he was reading. "Hey! How was practise?" he asked with a smile. Leo shrugged and put the kettle on the stove. "Nah, could be better."
Don snorted. "Yeah, right. You're a pusher, you know that." Grinning he started to fold up the paper and put it next to him. Leo gave him a smile. "Hmm… Maybe. But now I need to relax…"
"You? Relax?" Don started to laugh. "Do you actually know what relaxation is?"
"Yes, I do!" Leo retorted. "I just don't really know what to do."
Don leaned back in his chair and started to think. "How about reading for a bit? I have a good book about anti gravity. It's really hard to put down," he said with a wink. Leo looked at him amused. "Heh, nice one. But reading's a good idea actually," he said as he took the kettle and pulled out a mug from one of the cupboards. "Though I'm not excited about anti gravity - It's not really my cup of tea," he made a wisecrack back, as he poured the now brewed liquid. Don grinned. "Too bad, I wish I had some books about gravi-tea for you, but unfortunately I haven't," eying the mug in Leo's hand with a twinkle in his eyes.
"Gravi-tea? Seriously, bro?" Leo laughed and turned around, leaning back against the counter.
"Don't you mean: seriously, brew?"
Leo snorted amused. "Hehe, you're on a roll, aren't you?"
Casually Don put one of his arms over the back of his chair. "On the contrary, Tea-onardo. I'm just sitting… Not moving over my own axis," he said, trying to hide his grin. Leo glared at him, although the twinkle in his eyes revealed he was kind of amused. "First of all, that name is not gonna stick. Second… I don't know what's up with you today, but I'm leaving now." He pushed himself off the counter and walked to the door. "Ok, move oolong then," Don said laughing. Snickering Leo turned around and shook his head at his brother, who waved at him jokingly. "Tea you later!"
Just before Leo wanted to walk through the door, he stopped and turned back again. "Ok, what's the deal with you today?"
Don shrugged. "I don't know. I guess I'm bored too."
Leo cocked his head and looked at his brother doubtfully. "You know, I don't think I've ever seen you bored before."
"True, I rarely am," Don agreed, shoving the newspaper absentmindedly to his other side. Leo walked back and pulled a chair out from under the table. "You're okay?" he asked with slight worry as he sat down. Don raised his head and frowned at his brother. "What do you mean?"
Leo put down his mug. "Exactly as I asked it… Are you okay?" he repeated himself. Suddenly Don realised the true meaning of the question. "Yeah! I'm okay. Don't worry!" he said quickly, getting his smile back on his face. "I just have nothing to do."
Leo eyed him closely. "Are you sure?"
"A hundred percent, bro. Really, I'm just bored," Don assured him. Leo sighed, dissatisfied. "I don't understand. You have an enormous workplace with a lot of toys for you to play with…"
Don chuckled by the choice of Leo's words.
"...And now you're saying you have nothing to do?" Leo finished. Don nodded slowly. "Well, I always have something to do, but today I simply don't want to I guess. This morning I've started an update for the whole system here which includes every computer and mainframe attached to the different servers. It's still running and is probably done in a couple of hours, so working on a computer or whatever is not an option since it's occupied. The garage is too cold to work in and I'm not really in the mood for some pointless tinkering on some household items," he listed. "So I went in here for some food and then I saw the newspaper lying around." He shoved it to his other side again. "And reading that was boring too," Don concluded. Leo took a sip of his tea, his worry a little subdued. "So now we are both bored," he said with a smile. Don made a humming sound. "Weird…"
"What?" Leo asked, looking at the thinking face of his brother.
"The fact that the two bros who are practically never bored, have nothing to do. Mostly it's the other two who never know what to do to kill some time."
Leo nodded in agreement. "Yup… And then they end up trying to kill each other," he said dryly. Don sniggered and shifted on his chair. "Hehe, yeah."
It was quiet for a few moments. Leo slowly drunk his tea, and Don played with the corners of the newspaper. Suddenly Don pushed the paper roughly aside and shoved his chair back. "Come on," he said resolutely as he stood up. Leo looked up to him with a quizzical look on his face. "Where are you going?"
"We are going to do something we rarely do. We're going to play a video game," Don announced. He grinned at the face his brother made. "Don't look so stupefied, bro."
"A game? But I -"
"No buts, you don't have a choice!" Don called out, walking towards his older brother. He grabbed Leo's mug and marched towards the door of the kitchen. There he turned around, got a semi-threatening look on his face and he showed Leo the cup. "Leonardo," he began seriously, lowering his voice. "I've kidnapped your tea. For now it is unharmed and it will stay that way, if you abide by my demand."
Leo looked at him with the same dumbfounded look, until he slowly stood up. He gave Don a fake menacing glare, playing along with the act. "This is between you and me, Donatello. Let the innocent tea go. It has nothing to do with it," he said slowly. His brother tilted his chin and gave a smug smirk. "There is only one way for me to release it. Will you do as I requested?"
Leo could barely contain his straight face. "I will. Now put the mug down carefully and step back slowly."
Don did as he was asked to and he stepped into the living room. "Your tea might be safe, but now I will crush you…" He waited until Leo had grabbed his mug and had caught up with him. "...by defeating you in Fantasy Battle II."
"You're crazy, Don," Leo said chuckling. Don flashed a grin. "I have my moments. Just don't tell the others," he said winking as they walked towards the couch. Leo sat down and watched Don setting up the console. Taking the remote, he already put on the tv on the right channel. "How about co-op in Samurai Sharp Shooters?" Leo asked, leaning forward to put his mug on the coffee table. Don turned his head with a smile. "Even better." He searched through the various games, grabbed the right case and put the disc in the console. Immediately the loading screen appeared on the tv. Taking the two controllers, Don got to the couch and sat next to Leo, handing him one. "Pick your game, bro."
"I'm the first player? I thought, since you're the mean, tea-napping blackmailer, you'd claim it," Leo said jokingly, scrolling through the levels. Don watched him scroll through the simpler levels. "Nah, I was just tea-sing you."
Leo whipped up his head to him and gave him a false disappointed look. "Don't start again with the tea puns." Don just grinned, then leaned forward and pushed the confirmation button on Leo's controller. "Let's go!" he said while the screen split in two so both players had their own piece of the screen. Leo looked at his controller, suddenly noticing one thing. "Dude, it's been a while… What am I suppose to do?"
Don was quiet for a moment. "Eh, fight those ninjas, I guess…"
"How?" Leo asked, still looking at his controller. Don's gaze went downwards to his own device. "By pushing buttons," he said unsure. Then he shrugged and poked his brother in the arm with his elbow. "Nah, we'll figure it out on the way." He started to move his character forward. Leo chuckled and followed Don's virtual avatar. "So we do as we do in real life," he said jokingly. Don grinned. "Your words, bro, not mine."
"Hey, I'm just - Oh! The green button is kicking!" Leo called out, pushing the button to fend off some digital enemies. Quickly Don joined the fight. "And blue is punching. The button on the back left is drawing your weapon."
"What weapon? It says I don't have a weapon!"
"Go to your left! There is a sword you can use."
"How do I pick it up?"
"Red!"
"Sweet… Oh, it's just a knife."
"Dude, you could use a toothpick and still win against a bunch of ninja's."
"Yeah, right," Leo chuckled, following Don's character towards a large building. After a few moments, Don stopped his avatar and moved to face his brother. "You know," he started. "We should do this more often."
Leo looked up to him. "What? Play a game?"
"No, spending more time together as bros," Don answered, smiling at his older brother. "Like this. Not in my stuffy lab to look at some screens, or in the dojo to spar… Just relaxing and do some stuff that's not important."
Leo slowly nodded approvingly. "Yes, we should," he said, smiling back. "It's not like we are the most relaxed ones in the lair, like we said before… But we can make time to spend together."
"I like that," Don said sincerely, looking his brother in the eyes. Leo smiled in agreement. "Than that's what we do."
"Yeah, let's get bored more often," Don said with a smirk as he turned his head towards the game again. Leo chuckled, following his example. "As long as we're bored together, it's totally worth it, bro."
