Factions and Organizations
Chevalier - Is the newest leading organization in the world in terms of global security. Founded in 2018 per warnings of Maria Lancelot it became the frontier of hope for humanity against the threat of NOVA incursions. After its creation most of the few small organizations (Including several UN-affiliated groups) were either dissolved or integrated within Chevalier. Now with most of the world's support at their disposal they have grown into a large organization and became a prominent figure in political affairs, a trait that would taint their reputation later on.
UN(United Nations) - One of the few surviving governmental bodies after the creation of Chevalier. During the NOVA invasion they have been criticized for their lack of action against these threats, and are on the verge of being disbanded. However, after the introduction of the Infinite Stratos (IS) machines, they took the initiative to support its development and integrate them into their military, just as Chevalier have their own Pandora soldiers at their disposal.
Royal Azure Army - A rouge group of Pandoras and IS pilots who had deserted their country of origin. They are characterized as a super feminist group, with members consists entirely of female soldiers. They aim to destroy Chevalier and UN claiming that they are nothing more than mere tyrants who seek only to control humanity into their own hands. As such, they justify their actions as 'Divine liberation' , even though they ruthlessly pursue the destruction of both Chevalier and UN.
