Disclaimer-I do not own Bleach or the Percy Jackson series.
While creating this chapter, I thought of another fanfiction idea but it's not a crossover. It's PJO related so keep an eye out for it.
Anyways this chapter will not be in Ichigo or Percy's perspective. You'll find out why later on in the story. I hope you like the conclusion of the story.
Here it is.
It's been over a month since the meeting took place. After the scenario between Zeus and Artemis, the campers were forced to stay at their respective parents' table during meals. The thing was Karin had already been claimed, yet she still stayed at Hera's cabin.
Anyways during the month, Isshin stayed at the camp and mostly around his "secret" lover. *cough* Artemis *cough*
While it did make Ichigo happy seeing his father and mother love each other, he had a plan that would crush their hearts. First stage of his plan was completed: find out the truth.
Second stage was in motion; piss off Zeus while revealing he's the son of Artemis to everyone.
He was the last to walk into the mess hall during dinner time. He smirked to himself when he caught the gods watching him. Ichigo walked to Hera's table, but instead of sitting down whispered into his sisters' ears. "Go to Mom's table. I'll be there in a few."
As he walked to his next destination the girls did exactly what they were told. The other demigods stared wondering what the Strawberry was planning.
Ichigo sat his brother's table and as he did Percy said, "What the Hades are you doing?"
"Making Zeus mad," he answered. "Want to join me?"
"Sure," the son of Poseidon agreed.
The two got up from the table, but before Ichigo could go to his next spot, Percy grabbed his arm. "What if he punishes us for sitting at her table?" he whispered.
"Don't worry," the soul-reaper insisted. "I have a plan." They went their separate ways not saying another word.
Moments later Ichigo wrapped an arm around Rukia, taking the spot beside her at Hades' table. Rukia pecked his cheek before laying her head on his shoulder. It turns out the two have been dating in secret for almost three years. (Well in the World of the Living. Everyone in the Soul Society knows about it.) Their secret relationship became revealed a couple of weeks ago when Orihime caught them kissing in the woods. She told her half-siblings who spread it around camp in less than an hour. Orihime hasn't said a word to the couple since then.
"So how would you three like to help me infuriate Zeus?" Ichigo questioned like he was offering them candy.
The women at the table agreed while Nico hesitated. "What's in it for me?"
"You get to sit by your boyfriend again without it raising any suspicions," he muttered so the immortals wouldn't over-hear. He along with his girlfriend, Hazel, Percy, Annabeth, and Thalia knew about him dating a certain boy whose father would disapprove.
Nico blushed as the girls giggled while they made the venture to the other table while Ichigo hopped to another; this time Zeus's.
"So what scheme are you plotting now?" Thalia asked as she took a bite out her apple.
"I'm trying to anger your father for making the campers sit at their regular tables again," he replied. He focused his attention on Jason, already knowing Thalia's joining. "There's a special seat for you if you're in, Jason. It's right beside your best friend Nico-."
Ichigo didn't need to finish because Jason was already walking to the once empty table. "I should've said that from the start," he mumbled to Thalia when they walked pass each other. The only sign that she heard him was when she coughed, like attempting and succeeding in hiding a laugh.
Next table was Hephaestus, which was the quickest so far. All he did was place a hand on Leo's shoulder and at that touch, Leo stood and made his way the goddess of hunts' table, sitting next to Hazel who smiled brightly at him.
"Somebody has a crush," Ichigo thought while looking at the tables he hasn't been at yet. "Who's next? Oh, Lady Athena's."
He stole the seat next to Annabeth while she glared at him. "What are you doing?!" she whispered harshly. "You're going to get everyone involved in whatever you're planning in trouble!"
"Don't worry," he repeated. "It'll work. And it's worthy of your mother."
She groaned before giving in. "I hope you know what you're doing," she said as they walked past each other.
"So do I." he admitted before heading to Ares's table.
He sat beside his old childhood friend who happened to be sitting by Chad and Clarisse. "So-"
"Sure." Tatsuki agreed before he could even start and immediately rushed to the table where all their friends were and Chad slowly following her.
"What's up with her?" Clarisse asked.
Ichigo glanced at Tatsuki to see her nodding her head at him. He sighed. "She doesn't like her father because he left her with a drunkaholic mother who elopes or dates someone knew every month or so."
"That's not so ba-."
"They abuse Tatsuki almost every day." Ichigo interrupted. "When she was younger, every new boyfriend threatened to stop having the mother pay for her karate lessons. When she'd come over the first time, we laughed at that."
"Why?"
"Because my dad was paying for it." he answered. "Well, your dad did ask him to and he'd pay him back every couple of months. But anyways when she's get abused, she'd run as far she could then call me. All she had to do was say my name and I'd knew what happened. We meet up at the farthest place from both of our house and I'd treat her injuries there.
"Remember how the Karakura students went back home for Spring Break." She nodded so he continued. "Well the mother eloped again and when Tatsuki came home, she was almost beaten to death by that man because he thought and I quote 'A mistake like you shouldn't live'. Tatsuki punched him in his balls, which paralyzed him, and ran straight to my house as fast as she could. Luckily my dad was away when she knocked the door. And with the help of Rukia and my sisters, we were able to stop most of the large bleeding and swelling."
While he talked, Clarisse's face turned paler by the second. "But before we could do anything else, Dad walked in. He had already known about her being abused, but didn't know it was that bad. So after he was done healing her, Dad called the mother up. There was a huge scream fest between the two. Finally Dad said, 'Forget this. I'm suing you for everything you got.'"
"But it doesn't sound like she have anything." Clarisse said when he paused.
"That's actually what she said. 'But I have nothing,' she insisted." Ichigo shook his head a smile started to form slowly. "Then my dad said, 'You have Tatsuki.' That shut her up. He continued saying, 'I'll do everything in my power to make sure she's out of that hell house!' He hanged up and smiled at us, saying that she wouldn't be going back anytime soon."
"You're dad's a good man." she complemented him.
"He is. Anyways, back to my plan. Want to help me make Zeus mad?"
"By sitting at a maiden goddess's table? Sure."
She left as he made his way to the Aphrodite table. He sat by Piper who was seating across from Drew. All he had to do was ask and they were in. He looked at Orihime, but she shook her head at him, so he left the table.
Feeling too lazy to walk to the table, Ichigo yelled, "Hey Uryuu! Want to come with us?"
"No." The stubborn Quincy answered.
"Why not!"
"Because I'm not stupid." he retorted.
Ichigo rolled his eyes before looking around the crowd.
"That's everyone Ichigo!" His sisters shouted at the same time.
But when he skimmed the area one more time, he noticed two campers sitting alone at an empty table, Dionysus's table. Instead of going back to his mother's table, he went to that one.
He stood at the end of the table instead of sitting. "I don't think we've met," Ichigo said as he held out his hand. "I'm Ichigo Kurosaki."
The youngest shook his hand. "Nice to meet you, I'm Dakota, Roman."
"Awesome." Ichigo commented before extending his hand to the camper that looked a couple years older than him. "And you are?"
"Pollux." he answered after hesitantly shaking his hand. "So why are you here?"
Ichigo sat beside Dakota while answering, "Thought I'd strike up a conversation. So how long do you two stay at the camps?"
"For me it's year-long." Dakota stated.
"I stay during the summer and a couple weeks in the winter to visit my dad," Pollux explained picking at the food with his fork. "I really don't like being here any longer than that. It brings back some bad memories."
Ichigo stared at him in wonder until something clicked in his head. "Oh crap! Sorry. Percy told me about that. I should have kept my mouth shut."
"It's fine." Pollux insisted. "How long are you staying?"
He hesitated before saying the truth. "I'm leaving on my birthday. My great-grandfather wanted to spend the rest of the summer with me."
"When is it?" Dakota asked sitting down his cup, a red mustache on his upper lip.
"And are your sisters going with you?" Pollux questioned.
"No and in a few days," the soul-reaper answered. "Anyways, do you two wanna make some new friends? All you have to do is sit with us, if you want to of course."
"I'm up for it." Dakota stated.
Pollux shrugged. "What the heck? I'm in."
The three new friends walked to Artemis's table and sat with the waiting group of people. Everyone seemed to get along great. They were joking around and laughing with each other. It was wonderful.
Then Zeus cracked.
He slammed his hand hard on the table and as he stood yelled. "That is enough!"
Every camper looked up at him. He glared at Artemis's table, which almost all of them averted their gaze. Almost. Ichigo held his gaze, his eyes slowly changing color.
"Get back to your regular tables now!" Zeus yelled.
"No." Ichigo stated. "They don't have to."
"What makes you say that?"
"Because they have permission to sit here."
Zeus scoffed at him. "And what makes that true? I didn't see Artemis give them permission."
"That's because her son did."
Gasps broke out everywhere along with whispering.
Zeus gave him a look that could petrify anyone, but Ichigo held his gaze; one eye black and the other slowly turning that color.
"What's wrong? You're not going to deny it now?" Ichigo challenged, his voice changing slightly, not that anyone noticed.
"You have no proof." Zeus insisted.
Ichigo glared at the King of Gods while standing. As he did his spiritual rose greatly, startling the people that can feel it. "Ich-"
But before whoever could finish saying his name, a bright light appeared blinding everyone for a moment. When it died down a white lion took its place, rubbing its head against Ichigo's leg. "Need anymore proof?" he asked as he pet the large animal.
Zeus looked around nervously. Most of the demigods were staring at him, wondering what he'd do next. So he stupidly asked, "What's its name?"
Isshin shouted from his spot, "He just learned how to summon her! How do you expect him to-"
"Zoe." Ichigo answered shocking all the Greek demigods. "Her name is Zoe, after the constellation."
Some of the Greek half-bloods lowered their head, and wept silently over the memory of her loss.
"Anything else you wish to ask us?" Ichigo asked, the change in his voice now noticeable. When the god didn't say anything, Ichigo smirked a smirk that wasn't like him. "That's what I thought."
He looked down at Zoe to see her looking up at him. "Keep those two safe. I'll be back later." She nodded her head before walking to his sisters and sitting at their feet.
As if in a trance, Ichigo walked down the aisle to the entrance of the mess hall. "Get back here!" Zeus exclaimed. "We're not done here!"
"But I am." he said not looking back.
"Leave and I'll banned your friends and sibling from staying in Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter."
He stopped walking and when he did his spiritual pressure rose greatly, startling the ones that can feel it. He turned and faced the god. The expression on his face was sour, like he was contemplating on whether he should kill him or not.
"Unbelievable." Ichigo commented, growling slightly, the difference in his voice noticeable. "You threaten him by going after his friends. How clever! No wonder no one has thought about that before. Oh wait! They have."
"Keep your mouth shut." Zeus commanded.
"Why?" Ichigo challenged; his voice sounded as if someone was possessing him. "Is it because you're afraid I'll let the other secret slip?"
"No," the immortal answered immediately. "Because that is not going to happen."
"You're just pissed because you know Ichigo will make a better king than you!" The soul-reaper demigod screamed at him. As soon as the words slipped through his lips, both of his hands shot up, covering his mouth.
Once again the room was filled with gasped and multiple shouts. "How are you in control of Ichigo's body, Shiro?" Persephone demanded. (A/N: I don't know his hollow's name, but I've read him being called Shiro so that's why.)
"He gave me permission." Shiro answered. "He had enough with this conversation, so he let me do the rest. Now, if you all will excuse us." He turned around and walked through the entrance, Ichigo taking control of his body once more.
Step 2: Complete.
Ichigo traveled deep into the woods before dialing a number on his phone to start step three: make the deal. After the second ring, someone picked up. "I didn't think you'd call so soon, my grandson," a familiar voice commented.
Yeah, right Lord Kronos, Ichigo thought but said, "I want to make the deal now. It can't wait any longer."
"Alright," Kronos said. "What's your proposal?"
"I join you, but none of my family gets killed." Ichigo answered. "And when I do, I get to finish my last year in high school. I don't care if I have to go in disguise or you have to change my spiritual pressure so I'm not discovered; I just want to finish it."
"So it will be alright for my men to hurt them?" Kronos clarified. "I didn't expect you to say that."
"No, there is one person that nobody, and I mean absolutely no one, is allowed to touch or hurt. Because if they do, the deals off. Understood?"
"I will make sure it is known by all of my allies and everyone that fights for me." Kronos offered. "I assume this special someone is Rukia Kuchiki?"
"Yes." Ichigo confirmed. "If she never came in my life, I'd be dead and have no clue about soul-reapers or demigods."
"Fair enough. Any more conditions?"
"Yes, Grimmjow and Tia can leave the group for good, with no strings attached, so they can live a close to normal life together without worrying about getting killed by Aizen or anyone in that group."
On the other end of the line, Ichigo could hear him sigh. "Fine. You have one more condition then it's my turn."
"Luke Castellan is resurrected into his old body before you possessed him and is welcomed at Camp Half Blood with open arms."
"Deal. Now time for my conditions. Lucky for you I only have one."
"Which is?"
"You cannot contact any of your friends or family when you join us." Kronos explained. "You can't text them that you're alright or anything like that. And you can't Iris-message them either. No one can know what happened to you or where you are, alright?"
Ichigo closed his eyes and groaned as he leaned against a tree. "Alright. I'll see you on my birthday."
"See you then."
He hanged up as slid down the tree, sitting on the forest floor. Resting his arms on his knees, he laid his head on them, letting the tears fall down hard.
Step three is complete, he thought miserably.
A few days later, before the fated day, the son of Hermes appeared at the camp border during the campfire. While everyone was greeting him, Ichigo watched from his mother's cabin. A tear dripped down his face as he watched.
He kept his end of the deal so far, he thought. Now it's my turn.
So early the next morning, before anyone was awake, he fled the camp. Ichigo ran as fast as he could to the border. He stopped as soon as made it to Thalia's tree. He looked over his shoulder and let out a shaky breath. "Stay safe," he said to the wind as he cried another tear, which wouldn't be his last.
Less than an hour later, when almost all the campers were in the mess hall, Karin came bursting through the door; her hands on her knees and head bowed down as she tried to control her breathing.
"Woah!" Percy exclaimed. "What's the matter? You look like you've been chased by a. . ." He trailed off as when he saw her shaking.
Yuzu rushed over to her sister's side. "Karin, you okay?" She asked in a firm but calm voice.
"No I'm not!" Karin screeched her voice braking.
"Karin," Isshin called. "Don't be ru-" He stopped talking because he saw something unbelievable when Karin lifted her head.
She was crying.
"What happened," her father demanded.
"He's gone," she answered as he voice continued to crack. "I searched the whole camp and tried to sense his reiastu but I can't find it. It's like he disappeared all together."
"Who?"
"Ichigo!" she sobbed. "Yuzu and I woke up this morning and he was gone, so I tried looking for him while she came to breakfast, but he's gone!"
"She's right," Uryuu stated. "I can't detect it either."
"Neither can I." Chad added. "But that can't be possible, we can always feel it."
"Is today his birthday?" Pollux asked out of the blue.
Isshin nodded. "Yes, why do you ask?"
"He told me and Pollux he was leaving camp to visit his great-grandfather for the rest of the summer." Dakota explained.
Isshin paled. "We need to find him."
"Why?" Thalia questioned.
"We just have to!"
"Well how do you expect us to find him when none of us can pinpoint his pressure?" Tatsuki reasoned.
Persephone glanced at a certain someone before taking part in the conversation. "I think I know someone who can."
Everyone turned to who she was looking at, Rukia Kuchiki.
Persephone kneeled beside her. "You know you can," she encouraged. "He found you when no one else could. So it's possible you can do the same."
Rukia hesitantly nodded. "I'll see if I can detect his reiraku." She didn't say anything more because she already closed her eyes and started searching. When she did all the demigods and mortals were replaced by white ribbons, the soulreaper was replaced by red, and the immortals were replaced with gold ribbons.
The others watched impatiently, wondering if it was working. They all flinched when they heard a loud snap. Though no one could see it, but Rukia was holding a red ribbon with specks of white.
"That idiot!" Rukia jumped out of her chair and ran to the door. "Don't follow me! If I'm not back in fourty-five minutes come find me!"
No one could question her because she was already at the border.
After those events, Ichigo was sitting in an abandoned train station where there was a homeless family, a mother and two young children wearing torn clothing, walking by. "Excuse me, young man," the mother began, "did you run away from your home?"
"Yes ma'am." Ichigo answered politely. "But my grandfather said he let me stay with him until I finish high school. I'm just waiting for him."
"Oh, that's good!" The mother exclaimed with a smile. "Well if you need anything I'll try to get it for you."
"Actually there is." Ichigo grabbed something from his bag and put it in the woman's hand. "There's plenty for you to rent an apartment for a few months, until you find a well-paying job and for groceries. There's enough for new clothes as well."
The woman gasped when he uncovered her hand. She was now holding a large roll of hundred-dollar bills. "I can't take this from you!" she insisted. "You might need this!"
"No I won't." he promised. "You need it more than I do. It's the least I can do."
The two kids hugged him and shouted at the same time, "Thank you. . umm?"
"Kaien." he lied. "My name is Kaien."
"Well thank you very much Kaien." The mother agreed. "I hope we see each other again in the future."
Ichigo smiled at the retreating family then frowned when he saw a familiar figure at the top of the staircase when the family walked past her.
"Rukia what are you doing here? You need to leave now."
"Why?" Rukia interrogated him as she descended from the stairs. "Why did you leave camp? How did you make your spiritual pressure disappear from everyone?"
"I left to keep everyone alive." he stated. "And I can't answer your other question."
"Ichigo-"
"Don't worry. I'll be fine. But I need you to do me a favor."
"Which is?"
He grabbed two notes from his pocket, one thicker and more folded up, and gave it to her. "Don't read the note for you until you're by yourself at camp. The smaller one of the two is for Lord Ares."
"What does that one say?"
"Basically it's telling him that if he wants to make things right with Tatsuki to go to court on a certain day, but don't tell anyone you know what it says and tell him I said it's private so it's not to be read out-loud."
Rukia sighed putting the papers in her pocket before looking at him with teary eyes. "Please don't go. You don't have to leave."
"Yes I do, to keep you safe," Ichigo insisted.
"So you're doing all of this for me," she concluded. "I can take care of myself."
"I know that."
"Then why?"
"Because I love you and I don't want you to get hurt!" he yelled. "Just trust me, okay?"
"Oka-"
She never finished. Ichigo hit her pressure point causing her to faint. "I'm so sorry," he apologized again as he laid her against the wall. "I can't have you following me."
He kissed her cheek before walking as far as he could away from her.
"Wait!" Rukia shouted as she sat up from the couch she was laying on. She was no longer at the abandoned train station. She was back at camp in the Big House's meeting room.
"She's awake!"
In a matter of seconds she was surrounded by some of her friends and other demigods. "Did you find him?" Yuzu questioned.
"Yes."
"So where is he?" Orihime interrogated her snidely.
"I don't know," Rukia admitted. "When I found him it looked like he was waiting on someone. He told me a couple things and. . ." She shook her head as she remembered what he wanted her to do. "Where's Lord Ares?"
"He's at the training ground watching his kids practice." Mr. D answered from the other side of the room. "Why do you-" He was interrupted when he heard the door slam.
A few minutes later Rukia was at the training grounds and spotted Ares sitting up in the stands, his eyes only looking at one of his daughters. "Lord Ares?"
"Yes?" He said without looking at the soul-reaper.
"Ichigo wanted me to give this to you." Rukia explained holding out the paper. "And he said to make sure you don't read it. It's private."
Ares grabbed the note without looking at her again. She turned around and walked away saying, "If I were you, I'd read it now."
Once she left, he tore his eyes away from the field and unfolded the neatly folded note.
'Lord Ares,
I thought I should tell you about a certain event coming up involving your daughter, Tatsuki.
If you want to make things up with her and want to do what's right, then here's your opportunity.
On July 20, she will be going to court to see whether she will still be living with her horrible mother or staying with my father and sisters until she graduates.
If you want her to be happy, then go and make sure the outcome is in her favor.
It starts at noon.
Try not to be late,
Ichigo'
Ares chuckled to himself. "That kid. Always thinking about others before himself."
Five days has past since Ichigo disappeared. The cabins' counselors and some of Ichigo's friends were trying to find another way to find him.
"Maybe when he goes into his soul-reaper form, you could sense him better?" Leo suggested weakly.
"It's possible." Chad answered not wanting to give up anyone's hope.
"No it's not," Rukia argued.
"And why would you say that Miss Moody?" Piper retorted.
Rukia grabbed something from her pocket and held it up for everyone to see. "Because he needs this to get out of his body."
In her hand was something Ichigo would never give away; his combat pass.
At a different location, Tatsuki sighed. "I hope we win," she confessed to Isshin, who was sitting next to her.
"Same here," he whispered.
"Alright!" the judge exclaimed causing all conversation to die down. "Let's begin."
But before they could, the doors opened and everyone looked to see who it was except for Tatsuki. "Sorry to interrupt," the intruder apologize. At the sound of that voice, Tatsuki gasped and turned to confirm her suspicions. It was indeed Lord Ares dressed in formal wear. "Am I too late to join?" he continued.
"Who are you?" the judge questioned.
"I'm Tatsuki's father," he answered as he looked at his daughter.
"Well then come in!"
A few months later it was the beginning of the new school year. The students were in their homeroom class waiting for their teacher, Mr. Blofis. "Why do he think he's late?" Annabeth asked her boyfriend.
"He's probably talking to the new student." he reasoned.
"But why would it be taking so long?" Uryuu countered a couple seats behind him.
The door opened and the late teacher walked in with a black haired student following him. "Class," Mr. Blofis began. "I'd like you to meet your new classmate. But a little advice, he can't speak but can hear you."
"How's that possible?" one of the Stoll brothers said.
"He was just born that way." Mr. Blofis explained. "Anyways his name is Kaien."
Rukia, who was half asleep, shot up at the sound of the name, her books falling of her desk on to the floor. "Miss Kuchiki!" the teacher yelled at her.
She didn't listen to him, or she couldn't hear him because she was too busy staring at the new student, who was staring back at her.
He smiled kindly at her, a smile she was to familiar with.
The man in front of her looked very similar to Kaien Shiba, but it wasn't him.
It was Ichigo Kurosaki in disguise.
The end!
