Chapter 19
The next day the J team and the demons were wandering outside the palace when they suddenly heard a loud bang out in the distance.
"Hatcha! What as that bang? Uncle questioned.
"I have no idea Uncle, but it didn't sound very good." Jackie stated.
A few minutes later
"Hey everyone, what's up?" Jade asked walking toward the group with Mamoru.
"We're trying to figure out what that loud bang was." Viper confirmed.
"Oh yeah, whatever it was it sounded like it destroyed something." Jade stated.
"Don't you think someone should see what it was?" Jackie questioned.
"The police are already on it. Besides stuff like this isn't completely unusual, we are in Hell after all." Jade stated. "Anyway, we're out of here. See you all around." Jade said before walking away with Mamoru.
"Well, that was really weird," Drago said.
Literally one minute later Amber came running up to the group with a panicked look on her face.
"Has anyone seen my Mean Girls DVD?" She questioned.
"No," Jackie said.
"I can't find it anywhere!" Amber stated frantically.
"Who cares?" Chow stated.
"Yeah, that movie is stupid." Ratso declared.
"How dare you! If I didn't have self-control I would throw you into an awful dimension where watching Mean Girls and Twilight seem like a trip to Moose World or Disney World!" Amber yelled.
The Enforcers actually looked terrified.
Amber just stormed off.
"I never thought the bubbly blonde chick could actually be scary." Finn declared.
"She's a reaper you idiots, what do you expect?" Bai Tza questioned.

Later
"So, where are we going again?" Paco questioned as he and the five reapers walked through the along the side walks off the city.
"I told you, we're going to the mall." Jade confirmed.
"Remind me why again," Paco said.
"We told you days ago dude, you need new clothes." Dante declared.
"Yeah, you've been in that outfit since you guys first arrived here." Mark confirmed.
"You guys really don't have to go through all this trouble for me." Paco stated.
"Paco, you're our friend, and besides you can't go around wearing the same outfit all the time." Jade stated.
"But Yade…" Paco began.
"No buts, now just go with all of this." Jade stated.
"Yeah, it could be really fun." Amber squealed in delight.
"Amber, he's a guys, it's not the same as when we shop for clothes." Violet declared.
"So we can't have him model outfits for us?" Amber questioned.
"Amber…" Jade and Violet warned.
"Oh, fine, I'll just be quiet now." Amber said sadly.
"Thank you." Jade replied.

After about an hour in the mall, the six friends had already bought a lot, and that included stuff that they got for themselves, and clothes that they bought for Paco.
"You guys really like shopping don't you?" Paco asked rhetorically.
"Well yeah, three of us are girls after all." Amber stated.
"That was actually a rhetorical question Amber." Paco stated.
Amber just gave him a glare.
"So, what do you guys want to do now?" Mark questioned.
"Why don't we go check out the video game store?" Dante suggested. "We haven't been there yet."
"I'm cool with that, plus I heard some new games just came out." Jade said.
"Yeah, I wanted to get the newest version of Rock Band anyway." Violet stated.
"I'm fine with going there." Paco stated.
"Yeah, me too, let's go. Amber said before skipping ahead of everyone.
"I wonder how much coffee she had this morning?" Violet said looking at Jade.
"Too much." Jade said before they all followed after the hyper blonde.

The Next Day
Paco was walking around in one of his new outfits; it consisted of a black zip-up hooded sweatshirt which he wore over a dark green t-shirt, dark blue baggy jeans, and white sneakers. He wasn't used to wearing sneakers, normally wearing sandals, or the boots that were part of his luchador uniform, but the sneakers were comfortable enough. He ran into the J Team in one of the halls of the palace and decided to stop and talk to them.
"Hola everyone." Paco greeted.
"Paco, where have you been?" Jackie asked.
"And where did you get those clothes?" El Toro added.
"Yade and the others took me to the mall in the city yesterday." Paco replied.
"There's a mall in the city?" Viper asked.
"Yeah, and it's a pretty big one too." Paco replied.
"Why did no one ever tell us this?!" Uncle yelled.
"Maybe because you never asked?" Paco suggested.
"…He does have a point." Tohru stated.

A Few Days Later
The Devil and Jade were in the training room sparring with each other. About half an hour into the sparring a guard came in interrupting them.
"I apologize for the sudden interruption your majesty, but the nine diplomats have requested a meeting with you and the princess." He stated.
"Very well, tell them that the princess and I will speak with them in the throne room momentarily.
"Very well your majesty." The guard said before bowing and exiting the training room.

A few minutes later the Devil and Jade entered the throne room to find all nine of the diplomats, including Tarakudo waiting for them.
"Greeting gentlemen, my guards tell me you all requested a meeting with the princess and me?" The Dark King questioned.
"Yes your majesty," the diplomat of Limbo replied.
"Your majesty, although it is true that we did come here to celebrate the fact that the princess has agreed to accept her role as heir, you must know that there is another reason we came here." The diplomat of Heresy declared.
"I already know gentlemen; you came here to negotiate peace amongst the main kingdom and the nine circles." The Devil confirmed.
"Exactly, and we have all came up with a possible solution." Tarakudo declared.
"And that is?" Jade asked.
"We believe that an alliance can be made if one of us were to marry the princess." The diplomat of lust suggested.
"What?!" Jade exclaimed.
"Jade, calm yourself." The Devil said.
"Never tell a girl to calm down!" Jade replied.
"Gentlemen, this is a bit of a shock." The Devil stated. "Although I do agree that marriage is one possible solution to peace. I alone cannot make the decision."
"Why is that your majesty?" The diplomat of Treachery asked.
"Even though the princess is at the age where many reapers start finding partners I would prefer that she rules alone for a few years. Jade and I have discussed this topic before and we can to the conclusion that the least amount of changes at once the better and having Jade take the throne and immediately get married is too much for the populace at once." The Devil stated. "The final decision is in the hands of the princess though…Jade?"
Jade was silent for a few seconds before finally speaking.
"I will need some time to think about this, but in all honesty I'd be more than happy to have this conversation after I have been ruling for a couple of years since I do recognize that a marriage is a good way to keep the peace. Though if all of you really believe it is necessary to talk about this now I will listen to what you have to say." She declared.
"Very well then, take all the time you need your highness." The diplomat of Wrath said.
"We will leave you and your daughter alone to discuss this, your majesty." The diplomat of Gluttony said.
And the diplomats left.
