Two months had gone by since I started helping Sebastian around the manor and as usual I had been rushing around, cleaning up after Bards kitchen 'accidents', routinely catching Mey-Rin and the used plates – occasionally needing to buy new ones to replace the broken. And let's not forget the garden area, which Finny, always leaves in a mess after he waters the plants and weeds the area.

I tended to put up with these peculiar mannerisms as this is what Sebastian asked of me, besides i always get a lollipop afterwards. Same as usual. Except that today, Ciel wanted me to see him in his office after id done my 'official' chores.

I hope it isn't too serious.

Later that day around 5pm, I had finished my chores, and headed towards Ciel's office. I gulped as I knocked on the door in front of me.

"No need to be so concerned Raven, my dear." Sebastian was here too, wonder why?

"Enter!" We heard from behind the huge doors, Sebastian opened one so I took the opportunity to walk in first to Ciel gesturing at the chair in front.

"Sebastian has been telling me how well you have been doing at your position as his underling, and I am very pleased to hear you are doing so well. A-achoo~" Ciel rubbed his nose with a handkerchief. I was happy to hear such praise from him that I blushed peachy, making both Ciel, and Sebastian smirk. They had noticed I was hiding something – other than the fact I'm female. Sebastian put his hands on my shoulders from behind.

"Which is why, I-I-achoo. I've decided to let you spend time with Sebastian this evening to discuss how free time is spent between you. Raven, you may leave now. Achoo."

I quickly nodded, and left the room without a word.

I didn't know Ciel was allergic to cat fur.

WOOF!

Pluto was sat at the bottom of the staircase, said to have been a dog, or something but I've never seen it, but I patted his head anyway. It was nice to have a 'pet' in the manor.

"I've got to go see if I need to do anymore cleaning, OK?" Pluto nodded and decided to go else-where. As I expected there was some cleaning to be done in the kitchen, so that's what I did. Washing dirty cups, saucers and plates. Bard came into the kitchen to see what I was up to, and Bard being. Well. Bard had shoved a cigarette into my mouth and lit it. I can't say that I didn't miss smoking, but Sebastian didn't like it so I tried not to. Bard laughed heartily as Mey-Rin and Finny appeared grinning, ear-to-ear. I started to wipe the sides before they spoke.

"The master must thing of you highly, Raven, to let you spend time with Sebastian." Finny spoke first.

"Y-yeah, Raven. I'd give anything just to have 5 minutes with 'im." Mey-Rin added.

They all decided to hug me at the same time, knocking the cigarette out of my mouth, into the air. To my surprise Sebastian ran in and caught it.

"I thought you had finished this bad habit of yours Raven?" The tall man's voice ran through my ears. We all stopped and looked at him.

"I-I did Sebastian, I-I was b-but-!"

"No buts Raven. And you, Bard. You should stop randomly putting them into her his mouth."

Bards face dropped like he had just gotten a bunch of cinder blocked on his head, everyone dispersed quickly and Sebastian smiled and help me finish cleaning. It seemed Sebastian wanted me to go to Ciel and dashed off.

I went to see what Ciel wanted with me and knocked on his bedroom door.

"Raven, enter."

"Y-yes sir? What did you need?" I asked, thinking I was in trouble.

"I understand that you aren't whom you seem to be, am I correct?"

"W-well sir, I-I'm a girl, may I still continue to dress as a male?"

"Of course, Raven, it is only Sebastian and myself that know. Achoo. You would tell me if there was anything else bothering you, wouldn't you?"

"Y-yes sir. But may I ask something, my lord?"

Ciel nodded. "You may."

"Are you allergic to cats sir?"

"Yes, I am. What makes you ask this?"

"N-nothing sir.

"OK, well now our talk is finished, you may leave, Raven."

I left Ciel's room to retire to my own room, when I saw Sebastian sat on my bed, patting the space next to him, with a pleasant smile.

"What would you like to do, miss?" He gently put one of his arms around my waist, and one on my cheek. My face grew hot and I couldn't help but hug him. Sebastian ruffled my hair, feeling something unusually fluffy on my head. A neko? His other hand went to my back, under my shirt and he felt the same fluffiness there and gently pulled it out.

"N-Nya~" My blush deepened as he brought his face closer.

"Raven, there is no need to hide this, besides as you know I simply adore cats."

His face only millimetres away from mine, he tightened his hugging grasp and whispered in my ear.

"How about I teach you, personally to read and write properly. I do love a literate neko."

And this is how I started to read and right.
