"Because I thought the emerald was dangerous I guess." "No more secrets Alex, okay?" "Okay." Out of nowhere, a blue and white figure suddenly was upon them. He ran at unthinkable speed, and took the emerald right out of Dan's hands. The figure looked like a streak of light, and then disappeared. "What just happened?!" asked a paralysed Alex. "That, was Sonikku, and he took the emerald!" said Dan. They all ran downstairs and nearly destroyed the front door. They all ran outside and saw the figure. He seemed to be a blur, even when standing still. "離れてください。 私はエメラルドのために来た。" said Sonikku. "Wait, what? What did he say?" asked Steve. "Please stay away. I came for the emerald. That's what he said. It's Japanese according to my translator." "So…what? I'm confused." said Steve. Sonikku moved eight steps to the right, and then eight steps left at insane speed and kept moving back and forth until a dust cloud had formed. "Kaosu seigyo!" said Sonikku. The dust cloud disappeared and reappeared right behind them. "I can't see!" screamed Steve. "Kaosu no yari!" yelled Sonikku. A blue electric, spear-like blast shot out of Sonikku's hands. It hit Dan right in the face. Dan screamed in pain, and Alex pulled out her sword. "Enough!" yelled Alex. She ran out of the dust cloud and made an uppercut towards Sonikku. Sonikku dodged the attack effortlessly and grabbed Alex's arm. He threw her into the air with incredible force, where she landed in the small lake by the field. "Nante kawaisōna" said Sonikku, and then he ran out of view. The cloud of dust had disappeared, and Steve ran to help Alex out of the lake. "Great, I'm all wet now." "That was pretty brave of you Alex." said Jordan. Dan and Steve nodded in agreement. "Oh, it was nothing. Who was that guy?" "Sonikku is from another realm. I shall explain that later. He can run at the speed of sound or faster, and he is, eh, Japanese I guess. He used to be one of the good guys, until he was marked by Ace." "Who's Ace?" asked Alex. "He is one of the four members who own all realms. Basically he's a god." "Why does he want the emerald?" asked Alex. "Have you ever heard of the seven mythological stones? They are in your realm, but they do not belong in your realm. Different objects from different realms were scattered by Barry, one of the four members that owns all realms. All seven emeralds are in your realm, and they're are known as the chaos emeralds in their original realm. They give the wielder unimaginable power, and so Ace wants them. We came for the emerald to keep it from Ace and so that we could give it to Barry." "Hold on, if Barry and Ace are both members of the four that own all realms, then why does it seem like Ace is the bad guy and Barry is the good guy?" asked Steve. "Because that's true. Ace is an ex member if you want to think about it that way. He wants to rule all realms, but the other three members want to maintain balance. At least Barry anyway." "What do you mean at least Barry?" "Because the other two, named Norab and Blaze, didn't think Ace was a threat until now, and Barry knew it from the beginning. He never trusted him." "Whoa. Barry sounds like a good guy." said Steve. "Yep. He is known as the Minecraft god, which by the way, Minecraft is the name of your realm. Blaze is Barry's, er, nevermind her, Norab Barry's best friend ultimate weaponsmith, and Ace is what he calls himself the OW god, which I don't know what that is. No one does." "What exactly is a realm?" asked Alex. "It is a universe. Each universe is different from the other." "Oh, ok." responded Alex. "So, what are we gonna do?" asked Jordan. "Sonikku is probably headed to the barrier. He's probably there by now." said Dan. "Ok, so?" said Jordan. "So, we can ambush him." "How? He's super fast remember?" said Steve. "Simple. With this!". Dan pulled out an odd looking ender pearl. "A blue ender pearl? Those don't exist!" said Alex. "Well, they do now. I made one when I had the emerald. I didn't know that it was an ender pearl or whatever though. What's an ender pearl?" said Dan." "When you throw it, wherever it lands is where the wielder will be teleported." explained Alex. "Except that's what a normal ender pearl does. Who knows what a blue one does." said Steve. "True, so let's test it. It might bring us to Sonikku." Dan raised the blue ender pearl, and threw it. It did nothing. "Wait, what?" said Steve. "That's odd." said Alex. Dan decided to put the blue ender pearl in his fist and then made a throwing motion. He thought about the barrier. Instantly, everyone was teleported to the barrier, and Steve ended up on his back. "Whoa, it worked!" exclaimed Alex. There, standing in front of them was Sonikku. "Wa?!" said Sonikku confused. "So much for an ambush." said Jordan. "You! Give is back the emerald!" demanded Alex. Sonikku shook his head. "Fine." Alex took out a grey liquid from her inventory, and threw it at Sonikku. Sonikku didn't even dodge it. He thought it was just water. He was wrong. Instantly, Sonikku's movement slowed. "あなたは何をした？！" said Sonikku. "Ha! Brilliant! You slowed him down!" said Dan. Alex took out her sword and ran toward Sonikku. She then took out a light blue liquid and drinked it. "Potion of swiftness!" yelled Alex. She ran with great speed and grabbed the emerald from Sonikku's hand and slammed her sword on Sonikku's arm. Sonikku was knocked back, hit the side of a hill, and set on fire. Alex was surprised because it seemed Sonikku was made of metal. Suddenly, lightning struck the ground and a blue sphere of energy stood where the lightning had hit. The sphere disappeared, and in its place was what looked like a god from greek mythology. "Barry?!" said Jordan in shock.
