AN: I just wanna mention real quick, that I am aware that the geography is off and that the prison on the show was not in or near Dalton. This is the part where artistic liberties come in;-) Now enjoy.
Chapter 38
"Pffff..." Pat scoffed amused and turned to face Merle again, casually keeping one arm around Bay's shoulders. "What's this? Another one of your little attempts at a power grab? Calm your testicles, Merle. This ain't your prison. We've been here weeks before we found your sorry, near death ass and dragged you back here. So you just stand back and I'll talk to... what you call him? Officer Friendly?"
"Name's Rick Grimes." Rick said and offered his hand for the other man to shake. Hope flared back up inside of him. If Merle was not in charge, then tings were definitely looking up. No matter what though, he would not give up this prison. They needed this. Lori and their unborn child needed this. This place was big enough for all of them to co-exist peacefully.
"Patrick Stanton." Pat shook Rick's hand. "Guess it's obvious that I know these two idiots and this pretty lady right here."
"You're from Dalton?" Rick deduced.
"Yeah. Daryl and I were best friends for most of our lives. Until he ran off with that sorry fool over there. Left this one to pick up the pieces by herself." he shook Bay gently. "Until she vanished in an apparent suicide. Fuck man... Can't believe you're standin' here right now." Pat grinned at her. "You back with the idiot?"
"You know I am..." Bay laughed at the comment and Daryl's subsequent scowl.
"Well, then I'm sorry, D... but I'mma have to hug the fuck outta your girl right now."
Before Daryl was able to reply, Bay spoke up. "Oh don't worry Pat, if he can give sensual backrubs to women who are not his girlfriend, then it is perfectly fine for you to hug me." she said with a sarcastically sweet smile and a look that told Daryl clearly that she hadn't forgotten about that little scene two nights ago.
"Wasn't like that." Daryl grumbled with annoyance, while he watched Pat embrace Bay in a tight hug.
Merle scoffed at his little brother. "You turn into some kind of casanova now? Might have taught ya right after all."
"Oh shut up." Daryl told him as his eyes took in the weird metal contraption that was replacing the hand he'd sawed off himself. "I'm glad you're alive, but I'm fed up with all your bullshit."
"Grown some balls, too, I see." Merle huffed.
"Can we get back to the issue at hand?" Rick was getting impatient, while Glenn and Maggie just watched with confused looks on their faces. "You said 'we'? There's more of you?"
"Yeah. There's five of us altogether. Used to be more, but... you know how it is these days." Pat sighed after releasing Bay.
"We know." Rick nodded. "We lost people, too."
Pat nodded and looked at the other two people he didn't know. "What's your names?"
"I'm Glenn and this is Maggie." Glenn replied and they both came over to shake Pat's hands.
"How many of you are there?" Pat asked Rick.
"We're a group of twelve."
"Twelve?! Wow."
"Yeah. It's the five of us plus two, let's call them elderly, gentlemen, three more women, two kids aged 10 and 11."
Pat nodded while he let the info sink in. "You got supplies?"
"Fresh out." Rick admitted.
"That's why you came here. Thought nobody would have raided this place, huh?"
"We came for permanent shelter first,... but yes. The longer I thought about it, the clearer it got that the supplies are probably still intact."
"How'd you get in here anyway?" Pat asked him slightly confused.
"Cut a hole through the fence. Couple of us went up on the towers, took out the walkers while I ran up and shut the main gate. We slept out in the field the first night. Second day, the five of us went in hand to hand, cleared out the yard and secured Cellblock C."
Both Merle and Pat were nearly gaping at them. Pat let out an incredulous laugh. "Holy shit. The five of you? And today? You going to secure the whole thing?"
"That's the plan." Rick confirmed. "Were looking for the infirmary and the cafeteria... armory. Check the supplies. How'd you get in? How long have you been here?"
"Guess it's been about 9 or 10 months. Me and my group were running from them biters one day. Chased us through the woods. That's when we came up on the back of this thing. A wall was down and it wasn't too many biters, so we went in and secured a little space. Bit by bit we pushed in further, just like you, trying to find food. We cleared a path from our space to the door in the back over there." he pointed behind him to where the prison's food supplies were stored. "That's about as far as we got. We wanted to get into the infirmary and the armory, too, but we were lacking the manpower. Just too many biters and too little of us."
"We could help you with that..." Rick offered.
"For a price of course." Pat's cheeky grin was still the exact same as 11 years ago, and Bay found herself laughing quietly at that familiar expression.
Rick nodded and looked over at Daryl. "You know him well?"
"Like he said. Been best friends forever. Trust him with my life." Daryl said.
"You haven't seen him in 11 years." Rick reminded him. "People change. Loyalties change. Still trust him with your life?"
"I do." Daryl nodded. "He's one of the good ones."
Pat and Daryl exchanged a nod, before Pat motioned over to Rick. "How about him, Daryl? How well you know these people?"
"Enough to trust them and know they have me and Bay's back. They're good people, too." Daryl told Pat what he wanted to know.
"Are you fucking kiddin' me? That's the asshole who cost me ma hand. Ah I see, Sheriff Rick was first in line to make you his bitch, huh? You like this now, yeah?" He crossed his fingers at Daryl. "That how you treat your family, son?"
"Shut up, Merle!" Daryl spat.
"Yeah, Merle. Shut up. This isn't about you." Pat agreed with Daryl, then he looked back at Rick and seemed to think about the whole situation.
"Who else does your group consist of?" Rick asked him.
"It's me, my girlfriend, her six-year old kid, plus a guy from Dalton we all know, and Merle."
Daryl narrowed his eyes and looked at Pat curiously. "Who's the guy?"
"Nick Mayer." Pat said, making Daryl groan quietly.
"For the love of Christ, man." Daryl knew Nick Mayer, and he knew that Bay knew Nick Mayer. Back when they had first been together, he had asked Bay about who she'd had a crush on during school. Nick Mayer had been one of her big crushes in high school. Of course it had to be him, of all people, in this prison.
Bay smirked, but she refrained from saying something. Instead she asked Patrick about his girlfriend.
"Ummm... she'll be extremely shocked and happy to see you, Bay." Patrick hemmed and hawed a little. "It's Erin."
"Whaaat?" Bay was gaping at him. "You and Erin?"
Pat grew slightly uncomfortable and scratched the back of his neck. He knew that their story didn't sound very good to other people. "Yeah. We all stayed in Dalton and we kept hanging out together all these years... Sam became a firefighter not long after you two disappeared." Pat took a deep breath and steadied his voice. "He died a hero about five years ago."
Bay gasped quietly and got tears in her eyes, and Daryl swallowed hard, while Patrick kept talking. "They had a kid. Erin and Sam, I mean. Cute little boy... had just celebrated his first birthday. After that, I helped her out a lot. Caused me to actually get my shit together, to be able to do so. We got closer and yeah... the rest is history. I know it sounds shitty... but... not like it matters anymore, right?"
"You're a good man, Pat." Bay gently squeezed his arm. "I'm sure Sam would be okay with it."
Rick rubbed his hand over his tired face. They were getting off topic again and it was starting to piss him off. However, the whole thing had an upside. He was getting the feeling that those other people who had been here first could be trusted. Except for Merle, of course. "Listen. Maybe we can merge groups. We've done it before. We can live together, keep each other safe, work together on securing this prison and clearing the ways to the infirmary and armory. We have a farmer. He says that the soil is good enough to plant some things. We could build something here... If you prefer to keep to yourselves, we can still help you clear the whole thing, but we split the supplies we find per capita. It's only fair that we'd get more, because we are twelve people, whereas you are just five."
"Sounds fair. That means we get to keep all the food, since we are the ones who found it, right?" Pat smirked. He wasn't that big of an asshole and would let other people starve, but he couldn't keep himself from bringing up the snag in Rick's plan to his attention. "Relax I'm just jerkin' your chain."
Merle thought he had heard enough and he was not about to give up even an ounce of food for Sheriff Rick fucking Grimes. Instinctively he backed up into the storage room. "We can't give 'em anything. There's only a little left."
Daryl watched him with narrowed eyes, then he followed him into the room. He turned on his flashlight and shone it along the shelves before pinning Merle down with an icy stare. "That's what ya call a lil' bit of food?"
"Goes fast." Merle said, but it was obviously a blatant lie. The shelves were still full to the brink with all kinds of canned goods, flour, dried corn, and so on, and so on. Rick, who had followed Daryl, was looking around in awe. He had been right. This place was a goldmine, and if the cafeteria was still stocked like this, then chances were extremely high that the infirmary and armory would be as well.
"Idiot." Pat muttered under his breath before he addressed Rick again. "Don't go that fast, but with twelve more people it sure will go faster."
"We can help out with that." Bay told her old friend. "Hershel, the farmer, he is good at what he does and when he says we can plant things like soybeans and tomatoes, then that will certainly work. All we need is to find some seeds, I reckon, see what else we can plant. Daryl still hunts, so we can supplement the canned food with fresh meat every now and then. The field is big enough, maybe we can find some live animals, like some chicken or something like that, get us fresh eggs..."
"Sounds good." Pat nodded. "We're gonna go back to our people now. I'll talk to them, see what they wanna do, although I'm sure I already know the answer." Pat grinned. "Not gonna tell Erin about you, Bay. Wanna see her face when she sees ya."
"Poor girl is gonna have a heart attack." Bay laughed.
"Alright, how are we gonna do this?" Rick cut them off. "Meet back here same time tomorrow?"
"Yeah. You gonna be alright getting back to your cellblock?"
"We can handle it." Rick told him.
"Before you go, take some food. Feed your kids." Pat said, earning a grateful nod from the other leader.
Bay stepped up to Merle, who wouldn't budge. It was a weird sensation for Merle to have her stand in front of him again. Actually, deep down he was impressed that she hadn't given up after all. That she was still standing and still fighting. He'd always kind of liked her and respected her. Taking Daryl and her money away from her had never been anything personal, but if he had to choose between himself and someone else, Merle had always chosen himself. Now, Merle didn't believe in much of anything, but that his baby brother had found the love of his life again after she had been believed to be dead for over a decade, that must have been more than just coincidence. Now that they had found each other, maybe he and Bayanne could let bygones be bygones, but judging from the cold stare she was receiving from her, her attitude seemed to be different on that whole matter.
"Move." Bay demanded icily.
"Now, now... what's the magic word, Miss Bayanne?" Merle asked, breaking out into his trademark grin.
Bay narrowed her eyes at him for a couple of seconds, just before she put the sweetest smile on her face. "Oh, I'm sorry... where are my manners?"
Merle fully expected her to say "please", which is why the searing pain between his legs caught him by utter surprise and he wasn't able to keep himself from groaning out in pain, after she had delivered a hard kick to his balls. "You fucking bitch!" Merle struck out of reflex, only to get pinned to the shelf behind him by Daryl, who had anticipated Merle's retaliation.
"Touch her and I'mma take your other hand." he growled. "You've done enough. You deserve much worse than what ya got just now."
"I see she's already got ya wrapped 'round her pretty lil' finger again, huh?"
"Shut up, Merle. We're gon' have ourselves a nice chat, just you and me. But not now." Daryl told him before he released his older brother from his grip.
"Let's get moving." Rick pushed past them, while Glenn grabbed one of the big metal tables on wheels and started putting the food on it, which Rick and Maggie were handing him. Pat helped them until the table was fully loaded.
"Good. That should last y'all at least until tomorrow. In case we decide to come over and join you, we'll need 3 cells... As well as some space for all the supplies. You got that much space left?" Pat asked Rick.
"And then some. Got the whole Cell block C cleared out. Like I said, step by step we're going to secure more space. Just needed to find supplies first."
"Alright. See y'all tomorrow then." Pat said, before he hugged a still slightly reluctant Daryl again. "So fucking good to see you, man. Though ya aged fucking badly." he snickered, making the tiniest of smiles appear on Daryl's face.
"Asshole."
"Be safe." He kissed Bay's cheek, then he followed the group to the door. "Sounds like their gone, but be careful anyway."
He opened the door and Daryl quickly whacked a single walker that was still wandering around outside the door. Pat closed it behind them and chained it shut, before he and Merle got some food for their small group and they went on their way back to them.
"Hm... looks like Daryl ain't so happy to see ya..." He couldn't help but taunt Merle a little. "Maybe he finally came to his senses and realized that following you around like a puppy dog will never get him anywhere."
"Shut up, you fucking fag. What's with all the hugging shit? And I'm tellin' ya right now that I ain't gon' live happily ever after right next to Rick fucking Grimes."
"Then you can stay here by yourself. You always forget that we don't owe you anything. You on the other hand, wouldn't be alive right now if we wouldn't have brought you back here when we found you half dead, crying and begging the good Lord to save you. You got your wish, now be happy with what you got."
"Pfff..." Merle scoffed, but much to his dismay, he knew that Pat was right. If it hadn't been for Daryl's friends, he wouldn't be alive and wouldn't be reunited with his brother.
"That took long!" Dale stated the obvious. "Are you alright?"
"We are. Had a close call, but we found the cafeteria." Glenn explained.
"Oh look at all that. You were right!" Carol and the rest of the ladies had a huge smile on their faces, when they saw what the group had brought back.
"There's more where this came from." Rick smiled a little. "But there's something we need to talk about."
Hershel looked at Rick questioningly, just like everyone else. Unconsciously, they were all bracing for bad news. "What is it?"
"There are other survivors here." Rick explained.
A collective round of gasps and "what?" was being heard, and Rick quickly held up his hands to quiet them down. "It's gonna be okay. They mean no harm. Actually, Daryl and Bay know them."
"You know them? How?" Lori frowned, not immediately making the connection, that this was Bay's and Daryl's hometown.
"Patrick was, or is, Daryl's best friend since childhood. He's with a woman, who used to be my best friend. Her name is Erin. They have her son with him, and another man I went to school with. They have a fifth group member... who you know as well." Bay explained.
"We know as well?" Lori's frown deepened. "Who?"
"Merle." Daryl replied for Bay.
"Merle, as in your brother Merle?" Lori's eyes widened. "Then I'm pretty sure that he does mean harm."
"Got nothin' to worry about." Daryl told her. "I'm gonna keep an eye on him."
Bay scoffed quietly. "Yeah, that'll help for sure."
"Bay..." Daryl shouldn't have been surprised by her statement, but he was, as well as mildly hurt.
"Forget it." She said and walked up the stairs to go to their cell.
"I'll talk to her." Maggie mumbled and followed Bay, while Hershel gently put his hand on Daryl's arm and pulled him back when he wanted to go after her as well.
"Leave her be for a moment. She's lashing out because she's scared. You can't be surprised that your brother being here brings up some issues for her."
Daryl chewed on his lip and nodded slightly. He got it, but that didn't mean he liked it. He thought she trusted him again by now, but it looked like she wasn't quite there yet after all.
Rick told the others that he had offered Pat to come stay with them, and that together they would work on making this whole thing safe and a home to live in. Nobody really minded, they all knew by now that there was safety in numbers, and if Daryl and Bay said those were good people, then they trusted their judgment. Nobody was too happy about Merle being a part of it, though. But however unpleasant of a human being Merle might be, he'd never done anything to intentionally harm anyone back at the quarry, so there were no real objections to him being around.
"Do you really think this is a good idea?" Lori asked in a whisper after she had pulled Rick aside for a moment.
"It might be tough at first, but it might not be the worst. I think it might not be the worst for Carl to have around."
"For Carl?"
"Think about it. Merle lost his hand, Carl lost half his arm on the same side. They can both blame me for it." Rick admitted bitterly. "I know Merle Dixon is not a shrink, but he might be able to help Carl deal with this."
Lori sighed deeply and rubbed the small baby belly that had started forming by now. "Okay. If you think it's best... then yeah... okay."
Rick looked at his wife for a moment, trying to see if she was being genuine, then he walked off without another word.
"Hey Karate Kid." Maggie smiled slightly as she took a seat next to Bay on the mattresses inside the cell. "I always knew you could hold your own, but that was some kick. You've been holding out on me. Where in the world did you learn that?"
"When you grow up in the meth capital of the whole country, and have to walk home alone in the dark, you pick up a thing or two."
"Do you feel better now, knowing that he might be walking funny for the next day or two?"
"I don't. I wish I would be able to hurt him just as much as he hurt me. As he hurt Daryl. But even if I had the chance, I never would and right now that kind of pisses me off."
"Even if that's the case, you can take comfort in the fact that that makes you a much better person than he ever will be."
"Not much of a comfort." Bay said. "Because in the end he still wins. Merle Dixon always wins."
"And that's what you're scared of, right? That somehow he'll take Daryl away again?"
"More like that Daryl will let himself be taken away again."
"He didn't look very thrilled to see his brother." Maggie smiled encouragingly. "He defended you right away, too."
"Yeah..." Bay muttered quietly.
"Time is short, Bay. Don't punish Daryl for something he hasn't even done yet. Don't punish him for something he might never actually do, just because you are afraid that history will repeat itself. The only thing it does is, that it will push him closer to his brother." Maggie gently admonished Bay for her behavior.
"I know. God, I don't know why I'm such a bitch lately. I'm pissing myself off." the older women lamented.
"You need to get laid good and hard by your man."
"Can't. Don't have protection."
"Well, we have some condoms. But they're regular sized ones." Maggie smirked when she noticed Bay perk up noticeably.
"Really? Gimme!" Bay said, making Maggie laugh.
"You sure?"
"That's a risk I'm willing to take." Bay's mood quickly took a turn for the better.
"Come on, then. Let's go down to my cell and I'll give you some." Maggie said while she got up, then she helped Bay up and took her down to the cell she shared with Glenn.
Right after her short visit to Maggie's cell, Bay had wanted to talk to Daryl and apologize, but they got sidetracked by another mission. One, she was very grateful for: schlepping in buckets of water from the river outside the prison, so that everyone would be able to wash up properly. Something they haven't done in way too long. In Bay's eyes, the timing could not have been better, because no matter how much she wanted Daryl, she would not have gone anywhere near his junk, and she neither would have let him near her lady junk, without them washing up first.
Daryl had never cared much about this stuff since the world turned to shit, but he had to admit, washing himself with the warmed up water and a soapy washcloth, and finally getting all the gunk out of his hair felt damn good and refreshing. It wasn't too bad that the women had insisted on having things like towels, washcloths, and hygiene products around, no matter how much space it might have taken up. They sure came in handy today.
When he was done, he toweled himself off and dressed in cleaner clothes, before he made his way upstairs to their cell. His poncho hung in front of the door, covering as much as possible, and he carefully pushed it aside and stepped inside. He stopped short just when the poncho fell back in place, his breath hitching in his throat, when he saw Bay in just a pair of simple black panties and a top, bend over, with her ass in the air while she rubbed some kind of lotion into the skin of her legs. He hadn't realized how much he had missed these little intimate moments with her, as well as seeing her like this. He never forgot how beautiful she was, but sometimes it hit him harder than at other times. Today was one of the times it hit him harder. The way she looked, completely clean for the first time in weeks, with her hair still slightly damp and wildly spilling over her back and shoulders, that top with no bra and just her panties... For a short moment it was like they were back in a happier place. Back in their apartment on a regular night after work. For a moment, everything else was forgotten and he just stood there and drank her in.
"Hey. Do you have a moment?" She smiled carefully at him after she had straightened.
"Yeah." Daryl was pulled out of his spell, and nodded. And just like that, everything that had happened earlier came back to him, and it made him watch her with an unreadable expression, a little warily maybe, when she stepped into his personal space. Gently, she put her hands on his cheeks and looked deeply into his beautiful baby blue eyes. "I know it's pretty much all you've been hearing from me these past couple of weeks, but I'm really, really sorry for being a bitch. I'm frustrated, scared and tired, and I'm taking it out on you, even though you do nothing but care for me and keep me safe. I'm being a horrible person and I apologize and I promise I'll work my hardest at being a good girlfriend to you again." She tried to stay strong, but her eyes still filled with tears. She felt like shit, just like she should. She had done wrong by him a lot and she was very sorry. "All these little remarks... I never wanted to be that person. I still don't want to be and I'm horrified that I am turning into that kind of person. So, I truly promise you, I'll get better. I love you so much and I understand if you need some time or something, but I just want you to know that I'm so sorry."
"Okay." Daryl simply said, before he kissed her long and deep.
"Forgive me?"
"Mhm." He grunted with a nod. "We've all been through a lot... but we gotta keep sticking together. Ain't gonna work any other way."
"I know. I'm sorry I snapped."
"Stop saying you're sorry. I get it." he said with the hint of a smirk before he lowered his head and kissed her again. Their tongues touched briefly, before Bay pulled away, making a little sound in the back of her throat.
"Mouthwash?" she grinned quietly.
"I still know what my girl likes." Daryl smirked.
"You do. I think I might remember a thing or two you like."
"Really? Wanna show me?"
"Very much so. Why don't you take some of this stuff off first?" She smiled and tugged at his clothes.
"Not now. After dinner, when everyone starts turnin' in. Don't want your Pop to hear ya, do ya? I sure as hell don't want him hearing what I'm gon' do to you."
"Tease." she laughed and kissed him lovingly, before she turned serious again. "Hey... tell me something."
"What?"
"How are you feeling? With Merle being here... and Pat... freaking Pat. And Erin... I never ever would have thought we'd see them again."
The seemingly deepest sigh ever was his immediate answer. "Dunno." Daryl shrugged and sat down on the lower bed. "Kinda happy to see Pat. Good to know that Erin made it... Good to see Merle alive, but... guess that's about it. Didn't think too much about it, but fact is, he left me alone back at that camp. He didn't come back. He went to fucking Dalton instead, for God knows what reason. I went back to get him, but he just left me there. Again... and then I'm the one who treats family badly?"
"You can't listen to him. You really shouldn't. We all told you that over and over again. I know it's a very bitter pill to swallow, but he only cared when it was convenient. He loves you, I know he does, but he only really cares about himself. He makes sure that he comes out on top, no matter who he's got to use or stab in the back to get there. He left you without family in this mess of a new world, and now he's pissed that you are still with Rick? Rick might not be blood, but he treats you like Merle should treat you. With respect. He cares what you think. He knows your value and he knows that you are one smart cookie. That's why he's looking to you for opinions. He trusts your judgment. He doesn't judge you. He gives you your space to be who you are. To get back to who you truly are. Merle has never been able to do that, because you having your own opinions was inconvenient to him. You having your own life and friends was inconvenient to him. That's why he did what he did to remove you from Dalton and the other people in your life once and for all. And for what? Because you started to truly settle down with a girl and a job. He was scared of losing you, so he took you away. And again, for what? So you'd be able to clean up his messes. So you'd be there to provide him with everything he needs once he got out of jail. Getting locked up in the first place... he left you to fend for yourself again. He loves you, but he loves himself more." Bay hadn't meant to give a speech. She had wanted to let Daryl talk, but everything just rushed out of her before she was able to stop it. Maybe she was desperately trying to get Daryl to see the truth, so history wouldn't repeat itself.
"I get it." Daryl nodded dejectedly. "Wish I could hate the guy."
"But you can't and that's good." Bay reassured him. "You shouldn't hate him, he's your brother. But you have to break that spell that he has on you. I know it's hard, but you have to or it will destroy you one day."
"Do you hate him?" Daryl looked at her curiously.
"Oh geez... I don't know. I'm most certainly not his biggest fan, but I don't know if I hate him. I might not ever forgive him for what he took from us. But then again, he didn't know I was pregnant. Maybe if he had known... I don't know. I really can't say."
"He liked ya. He did... Maybe if he would have known he would have changed his mind." Daryl said quietly.
"Doesn't really matter anymore, does it?"
Daryl just shrugged in reply. In a way it did matter. He would tell Merle about Bay losing their baby, and maybe his reaction to it would help Daryl decide on how to feel about his brother. "What about Nick Mayer?"
"What about him?"
"You still into him?"
"Daryl, it was a high school crush. Just a crush, 15 years ago. You I love, honey. With all I have and with everything I am."
"Good answer." Daryl deadpanned, but he still didn't like having another guy around, that Bay kind of found attractive. The whole bond between her and Rick was hard to take already. Adding another guy to the mix would suck.
"Right here?" Bay's calm and quiet voice floated in his ear.
"Yeah..." Daryl replied in a drawn-out groan as Bay's fingers dug into the strained muscles between his spine and shoulder blade on the right side of his back. He was starting to feel that he was getting older and that he was no longer in his 20s. His body was not really getting used to handling the crossbow nonstop and the muscles in his back, especially on the right side, were always sore and achy. He scrunched up his nose when the smell of the oil hit him again. "Ya really gotta use that? I ain't no damn baby. Don't need to smell like one neither."
"You sure are acting like a baby about it." She giggled and kissed the back of his neck.
Daryl's eyes popped open wide when he felt her naked breasts pushed up against his back. When the fuck did she take off her shirt?
"How about you turn around on your back now?" she murmured right into his ear before she let her teeth scrape over the lobe.
"Damn, sweetheart." he groaned when he settled on his back and saw her kneeling there in nothing but her panties and the cross necklace, which he had given her. It made his dick grow rapidly inside his boxer briefs. His hands went to her hips, and he helped her straddle him. Bay's oiled up hands sensually and slowly slid up his belly and rubbed over his strong, hard chest. She smirked when she let her thumbs flick his nipples, making him hiss and buck up his hips against her. Bay held in a moan when he bumped his hardening cock against her center. It felt so damn good, she thought about just ripping down their underwear and riding him until the cows came home. But she didn't. She wanted to enjoy this for a little while. It had been too long of a wait to have this end within five minutes. She lowered herself, pressing their bare chests together while she kissed him hotly. She moaned into his mouth when Daryl stroked his strong, warm hands up her naked back. Feeling him like that made goosebumps erupt on her skin, and her nipples harden against his chest. She started moving her hips a little, all the while moving her mouth from his lips down to his neck. Daryl turned his head to the side, giving her more access. He breathed deeply and groaned quietly, his blunt nails raked down the soft skin of her back, leaving thick, red welts, when she found his sweet spot and proceeded to lavish it with little licks, bites and sucks.
"I love you, baby." she whispered against his skin, which he acknowledged with a little grunt. Then she let her lips travel lower, and her hips started moving in a slow and steady rhythm. Daryl shuddered when she settled into the perfect movement, giving him some great friction on the sensitive ridge of the head of his erect, but still underwear-clad, dick. "Just like the good old times, huh?" Bay breathed with a little grin, referring to all the dry-humping they had done back when they had first started out with getting intimate.
"Never gets old." Daryl pressed out, while his hands caressed her soft skin everywhere he was able to reach. He had to bite his tongue to keep from groaning any louder when her teasing tongue found his small, stiff nipples. She circled them languidly, increasing blood flow to that area and making him a bit more sensitive, before she caught one of the tiny nubs between her teeth. His breath hitched when she bit down gently, only to be released in a deep groan, when she tugged at it. His cock jumped excitedly, making her release his nipple with a small giggle.
Daryl grinned and caught her face in his hands, making her look up at him. "Tease." he grumbled affectionately.
"Look who's talking." She shot back, before they shared an intimate smile.
"Missed this." Daryl admitted quietly in a rare show of openness.
"Me, too." She smiled and kissed him passionately. Their tongues stroked and teased, while Daryl's hands found their way to her satiny, soft breasts. He relished in the pleasure-filled sound she made as he gently pinched the hardened peaks between thumb and forefinger, before he started rolling them between the two digits. He was slightly disappointed that she was suppressing the sounds she usually made, but he knew that it was for a very good reason. They had even less privacy around here, than they'd had back on the farm. Even being quiet like this, the others who weren't asleep yet would sure pick up on some of the sounds and know what they were doing. Still, they didn't need to hear everything, which was why they where being careful to be as quiet as possible. They weren't too worried about the kids hearing anything. They were asleep by now and they slept through the loudest thunderstorms.
When he had successfully made her shudder and ground herself down hard on his cock, he removed his hands from her perky mounds and slung one arm around her back, while he used the other to support himself, while he sat up with her. Once they were sitting, he grabbed her chin and broke the kiss. He tilted her head back and licked and nibbled along her neck. He sucked hard on the base of her neck, leaving a faint mark, before he moved further south. He drew her left nipple into his heavenly hot and wet mouth and started sucking gently at first, but he quickly increased the intensity.
A helpless moan escaped Bay's mouth, which caused her to quickly bite down on her bottom lip in an attempt to stifle the sounds that were sure to follow. She buried one hand in his growing hair, loving that she had more to hold on to now, than she had back on the farm.
The next stifled moan came from Daryl, who jumped a little in surprise when he suddenly felt Bay's fingers playing along his bare cock. He'd been so absorbed in playing with her tits, that he hadn't felt her pull back the waistband of his underwear, to free his turgid length. Bay made another sound in the back of her throat and ground herself down on him once more, when she felt how slippery the tip of Daryl's erection was. He must have been leaking pre-cum for a while and somehow that drove her near insane with lust. She loved that she was able to get him to that state of arousal so quickly.
She started to pump her hand up and down at a fast pace, twisting her fist over the head on each stroke. Daryl lost focus on what he was doing. His eyes rolled back into his head and he simply rested his forehead against her chest for a moment, and enjoyed having her hand on him again, while his fingers dug themselves into the soft flesh of her hips. When he tried to help along by pumping his hips up, he grew slightly frustrated, because it didn't work sitting up.
"Remember that one time, when we started bein' more careful? When I kinda... fucked into your hands?" he asked under labored breath.
"Yeah. I think so."
"I wanna do that now. 'kay?" he asked urgently.
Bay had to fight a smirk. He wanted to cum now, but he also wanted to be careful, like back then, and not do naked dry-humping and risk her getting pregnant. He still didn't know that Bay had gotten condoms from Maggie. However, this worked out just fine for Bay. If she would make him cum now, he would last longer for the actual act later. "Yeah, okay." she smiled and kissed him deeply while he maneuvered them into another position. Within seconds Bay was on her back, with Daryl on top of her, supporting himself on his forearms on both sides of her head. Bay reached between them and wrapped both hands around his warm and heavy length.
"Harder." Daryl told her to tighten her grip while he straddled her legs in order to be able to thrust better. "Yeah... like that." he groaned appreciatively when she gripped him just right. Daryl started pushing into her tight grip, his pre-cum acting as a lubricant, giving him perfect friction. He moved forcefully and fast, and Bay needed a moment to get used to it and to keep her hands steady and in place, so he would be able to feel more like he was really slamming into her. It wasn't the real deal, but it was close enough for Daryl in that moment. He'd missed his woman's touch more than she would ever know, and even though he wasn't inside of her like he wanted to be, it was still heaven to have her bring him to orgasm. He humped into her hands like a madman. When he felt his climax building in his balls and at the base of his spine, he knew it would be a hard one. He quickly buried his face in her neck, hoping it would mute at least some sounds that were sure to escape him when his orgasm would hit.
"Ooohhhh shhhhh..." he groaned into her neck, while one of his hands found her hair and gripped it tightly. The pleasure was so mind-blowing that he wasn't even able to finish moaning the word "shit". He had been right. He came hard, with gritted teeth and seeing white behind his eyelids, which where screwed shut tightly. He held his breath while he reveled in the pleasure he hadn't felt in too long. In the back of his mind he registered that he seemed to be making quite a mess. He felt little bursts of warm wetness splash against his own belly and chest, and he felt more of his essence erupt from his contracting length, presumably making a mess of Bay as well.
He was not wrong. His orgasm was just as forceful as his thrusting had been. Some of his cum had shot all the way up to her neck, making her giggle happily. "Under pressure..." Bay sang the words in the melody of the old Queen song, making Daryl's head snap up.
"Seriously?" he asked under his breath, while he blushed a little.
"Sorry." She laughed quietly and quickly kissed him. "Love you."
"Love ya."
"Feel good?"
"Best I felt in a while." Daryl murmured, his breathing still a little heavy. He kissed her lovingly and deeply, before he rolled on his back next to her. Bay grabbed the pack of wet wipes and cleaned him off of her and Daryl rubbed his hand up and down her thigh, while she did it and he came down from his high. When she put the wipes away, Daryl's hand moved up and cupped her heated sex. "Your turn, baby girl." he slightly rolled on his side and kissed her again, swirling his tongue around hers and coaxing it into his mouth, so he could suck on it. Bay moaned softly and turned on her side, when she felt him pull at her hips. "Come up here." he rasped against her cheek, where he was pressing little kisses on her warm skin.
Bay's eyes lit up like a Christmas tree, which made him chuckle. She swallowed hard. "You mean..."
"Yeah. Been a while. Want you on my face. Want you to push that sweet little pussy of yours right up against my mouth." he groaned right into her ear, making pleasurable chills run up and down her spine.
"Good God..." she moaned. She loved when he talked dirty in her ear. It was doing things to her that were indescribable. All the muscles in her lower regions clenched hard and she felt her arousal increase tenfold. She knelt up and pushed her panties down her thighs, ridding herself of her last article of clothing. Daryl helped her position herself and grinned a little when he heard her embarrassed giggle and noticed her blush in the dim light of the camping lantern. No matter how often they had done this in the past, there was always a bit of positive weirdness to it when she was straddling his face like this. However, she quickly got over it as soon as his tongue touched her. "Sweet Jesus... Oh God..." she moaned, before she remembered to be quiet. It was not an easy task. Daryl's skillful tongue swirled around her entrance, lapping her up, groaning deep in his throat when her familiar tangy and salty flavor hit his taste buds. He grabbed her ass in both hands, pushing and pulling at her, to guide her movements. He laved her outer lips with long, slow strokes from bottom to the top, before he pulled each one into his mouth and gave it a good suck. He had her shivering from pleasure in no time at all. When the tip of his tongue gave short little licks to her clit, he had to keep himself from grinning smugly, when she trembled hard and he noticed her thighs quaking. He felt the little bud get engorged and stiffened underneath his skilled ministrations, and his tongue left no spot unexplored. His tongue nudged, licked, flicked and swirled until she grabbed his hair hard in her small hand, and started to grind herself harder against him. Her breathing turned more erratic by the second, and he kept her on that edge for a moment, before he pushed her over, by wrapping his lips around her and suckling on her little pearl.
"Oooh!" The loud sound escaped her, before she quickly bit down on her bottom lip while her body shook rhythmically. "Nnnngghh..." she grunted as she rode out the waves of her pleasure, before she fell forward on her hands. Daryl grinned and gave her one last lick from bottom to top and ended with a little suck, before he maneuvered her back down to his side.
"Feel good?" he mirrored her words from a couple of minutes earlier.
"Jesus Christ... So good." she panted, making him smile.
He wrapped his arms around her and held her while they basked in the afterglow of their activities. Bay was tracing invisible patterns across his chest with her fingertips for a while, before she slowly let her hand slide down over his belly. He had been hard while he had eaten her out, but now that they were just cuddling and relaxing, he had gone half-hard. Bay burrowed her fingertips in his pubic hair and ever so gently scratched the sensitive skin, making goosebumps break out on Daryl's skin from the sensation. "I have a surprise." Bay whispered smilingly.
"Yeah? What?"
"Push your hand under the mattress. To your right." she instructed him with a grin.
Daryl did as he was told. His eyebrows rose in pleasant surprise when he looked at the small foil package he was holding between two fingers. "Hell yeah. Where'd you get this?"
"Maggie. They're the regular ones, though. Wanna use it?"
"Think you already know the answer." He scoffed when his hardening dick bopped against her hand.
"Hand it over." She held her hand out, while Daryl tore open the little package and placed the condom in her hand. Bay made him groan by kissing the tip of his dick with soft lips, before she placed the condom on him. "Such a big boy..." she muttered more to herself while she rolled it down his shaft, but Daryl grinned proudly nonetheless.
He was careful when he pushed inside for the first time in months. He went slow and let her adjust, before he started building a rhythm. After their previous activities had taken the edge off of their intense need for each other, their lovemaking was unhurried and gentle. They held each other tightly, both of them were able to fully enjoy being united like this again, sharing smiles and little whisper while he pushed into her slow and steady. Daryl only picked up the speed of his strokes when he felt himself nearing completion. "Touch yourself for me, baby girl." he panted against her jaw while he moved his mouth back to her neck. Bay sneaked her hand in between them and rubbed herself with tight little circles, while the other hand slid up his back and buried itself in his hair. Her clit was still sensitive from her first orgasm, so it didn't take long at all until Daryl was able to let himself get pulled over the edge by her contracting walls. They came together, stifling their moans and harsh breathing against the others flesh, while their bodies writhed in unison.
Both of them were absolutely drained now, and Daryl had no idea how he managed to come up with the energy to pull out of her, pull off the condom and quickly check it for leaks, before he tossed it in the corner, to be taken care of in the morning. "We're good." he mumbled, and quickly got up to get dressed. "Let's go to bed."
"We are in bed."
"Ain't sleepin' in no cage, Bay." he repeated for the umpteenth time. Bay sighed deeply and quickly grabbed a shirt and some shorts and crawled the short way outside the cell to the mattress. Daryl laid on his back and pulled her against him. Once again, they were asleep within seconds, and everybody who was still awake was happy that they no longer had to try to ignore the telltale sounds coming from the cell upstairs. No matter how quiet any of the couples would be, if they had sex in the cells, it would always be heard. Just like back at the farm, the level of privacy was slim to none. But after 4 months on the road together in close quarters, keeping their modesty and privacy had become the least of their worries.
Thank you for reading!
What do you think? Will the groups merge? Will Daryl get jealous once Nick lives in the cellblock? How about Pat and Erin being a couple now? Think that'll last? How will Merle react to Bay having been pregnant? So many questions, lol.
