Hello again! Thanks for all the reviews, favorites and follows. It's completely awesome! Anyway, this chapter does contain some harsh language and Jack. So warning is up. I would say upper T to low M just for some of the language choices. Jack cuts loose when her students aren't around apparently. : ) Anyway, thanks again and happy reading!

Crazy Biotics
"Hell, yeah! Did you see that, Shepard?" Jack exclaimed as the overhead voice chimed 'Winners,'.
"Did you see that last shot?" Jack punched the air over her head. "Right through the eye! Ha-ha bastard never known what hit them."
Shepard smiled and holstered her shotgun. "That was pretty good for a crazy ass biotic." Shepard quipped nudging Jack's shoulder.
"Yeah, well, I'm no Commander Shepard with a gun." She laughed tucking away her own pistol. "But I've got power. Hell, that's one thing Cerberus might have done right."
Shepard still smiling shook her head. "Jack, Cerberus had no idea what they were getting into with you."
"No, they didn't. Probably thought they were getting an obedient attack dog. Fuck that. This dog isn't some pure bitch that will roll over on to her back." Jack exclaimed as she started toward the exit and the locker rooms. Shepard shrugged and followed suit.
"Weren't you on a 'no swearing' policy?" Shepard asked as they stepped onto the elevator that would take them back down to the locker rooms and showers.
"Yeah, but only around the kids. You know me being a positive role model and what not."
Shepard snorted. "A positive role model, huh? You who wanted me to steal my ship from Cerberus and become a pirate."
"Hey, I'm still all for doing that. You just give the word and I'll be your trusted first mate." Jack laughed as the doors closed and the elevator started down. Her tattoos seemed to glow with the low key lighting of the small space. "Though rumor has is that I might have to take second mate or bosun of the ship." Jack raised an eyebrow at her.
Shepard's brow crinkled in confusion. "What are you talking about?"
"Rumors…okay, mainly Joker. He says that you have a nice piece of stress relief on board the Normandy now?" The doors opened and jack stepped out walking to the locker she had claimed as hers for the day. She keyed in her password. Shepard followed her out and over to her locker across from Jack's.
"I didn't know that you were my stress relief…at least not in that regard." Shepard teased unhooking her arm-guards.
"Oh hell no! Don't play coy with this. Dish it out. Now!" Jack snapped grabbing a towel from her storage unit.
Shepard pressed her lips together. Damn it, Joker. Okay, she knew people knew about her and Kaidan and they tried really hard to not be overly affection in public. Even after they had attended the charity benefit together, they had kept it as professional as possible. Plus it only made sense that the two human Spectres knew each other. Going together hadn't really stirred the rumor mill too much. But, Joker…this was probably pay back for the bait thing.
Shepard sighed and placed her right foot on the bench in the middle of the walkway. She started stripping off her leg guards.
"Well?"
"You really want to know?" Shepard paused glancing up at the psychotic biotic across from her.
"I'm curious what would make you, Queen of the Girl Scouts, break rules. Sounds like this guy might be one. And don't feed me that love bullshit. Spill it. I mean he must be killer in the sack."
"Jack," Shepard warned as she switched legs. She wasn't about to deliver a detailed report to Jack about what Kaidan was like in bed. That was private and she respected him enough to not talk about things like that with another person. She wasn't certain if Kaidan would mind, but she wasn't willing to take that chance either.
"Seriously, Shepard what's your deal? You don't just break rules to break rules." Jack turned to where she was standing closer with hands on her hips. She looked down at Shepard with glee in her bright eyes.
"You aren't going to leave this alone are you?" Shepard inquired.
Jack shook her head smiling maliciously. "Don't bet your ass on it."
Reaching up Shepard unhitched her chest piece. Maybe she should just play along for now. Jack was much like a pyromaniac with matches. She was doing better, but Shepard still kept a certain guard up around her. It wasn't that she didn't try to relax around Jack, but the soldier in her saw the biotic as a potential threat. And Jack was powerful, wickedly sharp and ruthless when she wanted to be. Shepard believed Jack was trying to turn her life around. Working for Grissom Academy seemed to be helping with that. Teaching other biotics seemed to be giving Jack a purpose; something she had been lacking before.
She decided to humor Jack a little. "Kaidan and I aren't technically breaking any rules. I'm not his commanding officer and I'm not his subordinate. We're both Spectres and while there are Regs, the lines are a little blurry on this point." Shepard paused and glanced down at her feet. "Besides all that I'm not giving Kaidan up. I almost lost him on Mars, Jack, and it made me realize something. I can't do this without him. No, I guess that's not quite it. I can do this without him. I just don't want too. Kaidan makes things a lot easier." She looked up pointedly at Jack. "Maybe I'm not as Girl Scout as you think."
"Shit, Shepard, I couldn't think of a better person for you. You're Queen of the Girl scouts and he's fucking King of the Boy Scouts. Prefect match." Jack grinned and she winked at Shepard.
"Kaidan told me you two had met briefly at Grissom."
"Yeah, had him pegged almost immediately as your type. He actually reminded me of you. Though he was a bit more reserved and quiet than you, he treated the kids really well too. Hell, I remember when Kaylee introduced him to one of my classes. It was like the second or third day for some of my students. Man, those kids were scared shitless about being away from home. I caught two girls in the bathroom crying about leaving their families behind." She leaned back against the lockers crossing her arms as she stared up at the ceiling remembering. "I thought, 'holy shit, these kids have no fucking clue'. I knew it wasn't fair of me to think that way, but after the shit I went through I didn't want them to have the same experience. Anyway, when Kaylee introduced him to my class I could see a few of the kids were excited and some were nervous about an Alliance officer being present. He didn't say too much just sat and watched the kids perform their drills. At one point, Martina- a little blonde haired girl of like thirteen- started straining too hard to lift a weight. He walked over and quietly told her she needed a break. That even the best biotics had to know their limits. Martina just nodded and walked away."
"Okay, I don't quite understand why that's a big deal." Shepard stated intrigued by this new insight into Jack and Kaidan.
Jack chuckled. "Martina's a problem because most of the time she tries too hard, Shepard. She's not quite as powerful as some of my other students though she desperately wants to be. Because of that she has a mouth and can be a bitch to deal with…even at thirteen she gets so frustrated and angry with herself. She takes it out on others especially adults. She and I have had our differences, but she's never treated an adult with as much respect as she treated Kaidan. I don't know maybe she thought he was cute or something. Or maybe she was scared he was going to take her away from the life she was starting to get used to. Afterwards I talked him into teaching a class or two. He taught one and the students responded really well to him. Especially once they found out he was an L2. I about shit myself when I found that out. Talk about the prefect show of working hard and keep practicing you do get better. I don't know any L2's that can Reave, Shepard, I can't even do that."
"Yeah, that is pretty impressive." Shepard agreed. She had been quite impressed with the fact actually.
"I can only imagine what he's like in bed, Shepard. If he's one of those men that gets better with age," Jack smirked pausing suggestively, "He's got to be…"
Shepard snapped her fingers in front of Jack's face. "No, don't even think about it. Don't even ask."
"What? Oh, come on, Shepard, you know I'm just teasing." She paused, her expression thoughtful. "On another note, Joker was telling me that you were under a lot of stress lately. He's worried about you, Shepard. And if Joker's worried about something, then I feel I should be too. He isn't the kind of guy that worries about things easily. I guess, what I really what to know about…is are you okay?"
Shepard blinked stopping her hands on the last buckle to her leg guards. Jack was asking if she was okay? Did she step into an alternate dimension without realizing it?
"Shit, I don't ask these questions. But Joker made it sound pretty bad. I just wanted to see…"
"I'm fine, Jack." Shepard answered how had this gone from a conversation about Kaidan and Jack meeting to asking if she was okay?
Jack shrugged. "Whatever. I figured I should at least ask. You know the whole trying to be good and all." Jack pushed away from the lockers. "Come on, Girl Scout, you smell like shit, we should at least shower before you head back to your Boy Scout."
Shepard rolled her eyes but finished tucking away the rest of her armor before grabbing her shower supplies to follow after Jack.
