Year 2022 Havoc spreads in the city of Berk. The b.e.r.k police are trying to catch a man who is behind the chaos . He goes by the name of elite shadow. Once the elite force of b.e.r.k police get put on the case will they be able to capture the man behind the elite shadow. Eventual hiccstrid ,human blackmist ,I am accepting 3 more characters dragons included, dragon can be made up.
