Did You See The Flares In The Sky?

Three women, one redhead, one raven haired, and one blonde, sat on comfy thrones in a majestic white room, all of them peering into bowls filled with shimmering silvery water. The regal blonde one was looking into one that showed Cole and his future wife bumping into each other in a restaurant, Cole looked at the woman with recognition on his face, smiling at her, he introduced himself, holding out his hand which she shook, giving him a wide smile that was identical to her future daughter's; the blonde woman nodded, leaning back into her ice blue throne with a satisfied quirk of her full lips.

The fiery redhead stared into the one that showed Lily and the Marauders laughing and goofing around in the kitchen, James was throwing chicken at Sirius who shifted into a dog, catching the food and licking his chops before shifting back with an impish grin, Remus was helping Lily with dinner, and by helping I mean doing all the work because Lily could not cook for the life of her, he was making rice to go with the chicken, a blush making its way up his neck as Lily brought up Phoebe, he shook his head in denial, a depressing self-hatred filling him; tapping her bottom lip, the redhead dipped her index finger in the water, swirling it, before sitting back in her red throne with a sweet smile on her lips.

The imposing raven haired woman gazed into her bowl that showed the four Halliwell sisters in a cave in the mortal Underworld, they had tracked down the warlock that would kill their cousin and her husband, Piper and Paige were fighting back to back as were Phoebe and Paige, Piper was blowing demons up left and right as Paige stabbed them with an athame and orbed the fireballs back at them, Prue was doing the same as her youngest sister only with telekinesis instead of telekinetic orbing and Phoebe was throwing vanquishing potions at the demons, using her newly returned levitation to dodge the fireballs; biting her maroon lip, the raven haired one relaxed into her shadowy black throne, watching with pride as the sisters vanquished the warlock, thereby saving their cousin and her husband… for now.

"It is getting better but it is still not right yet. Someone is messing with our domains and our most promising subjects. This cannot be allowed to continue." The raven haired woman severely as she gracefully stood from her throne, gliding over to the middle of the room where a fourth bowl floated in mid-air.

"What, pray tell, do you suggest we do, Hecate? We have no idea who is doing this. All we know is that he is powerful enough to shield himself… even from us." The blonde said in a low throaty voice that radiated royalty and power, she too stood from her throne, sashaying over to the taller woman, hips rolling seductively like a cat.

"We have to do something, Hera. Not only is this person defying the natural order and the Fates, he is making us look like fools, like we cannot defend our own domains." The redhead uttered furiously, flames licking at her fingers as she met the other women in the middle of the room, looking over at the bowl, a dark look came over her face, "The future is always constantly flowing, constantly changing, but never like this. Never several different universes. Something needs to be done."

"That is something we can all agree on… for once. But what can we possibly do when we do not know who we are fighting against?" Hera asked, exchanging dark looks with the other Goddesses before they all peered into the bowl of possible futures as if hoping it held the answers they needed.

Most of the world looked bleak and desolate until you got to the Kingdom, untouched by the rest of the world, it was royal and majestic inside that bubble, the grass was green instead of brown, the sky was blue instead of black, there were beautiful flowers instead of poisonous ones, lilies mostly, and right at the center of all that beauty there was castle that towered over everything. It was like something out of a fairy tale. Only instead of a kind King, there was a cruel King, he was fair most of the time but even then he was cruel, he was awful to everybody but his Queen who wouldn't take that kind of crap and could give as good as she got.

The King stood looking out the window over his land, watching his subjects go about their daily routine, feeling petite arms wrap around his waist, he smiled, turning around to face his dirty blonde haired Queen. Brushing a crazy curl behind her ear, Wyatt leaned down to kiss her, cupping her face gently before taking her hand and twirling her, listening to her beautiful laughter as he dipped her. Bright whiskey eyes gazing up at him lovingly, Hermione wrapped her arms around his neck, hearing the door open, they looked over at the demon who had entered, their displeasure at being interrupted evident; squinting her eyes, Hermione sent a wave of power at the unfortunate demon, watching as he went up in flames shrieking.

Raising an eyebrow at the smirking witch, Wyatt chuckled, "Oh, I do so love you, My Queen."

"And I you, My King."

.

Ducking a fireball, Hermione sent a wave of fire at the five demons in front of her before spinning around, reddish sandy hair flying out behind her as she ran over to her partner who was slowly getting overtaken by the demons. Setting the demons around the edge of the group on fire, she pulled out her athame and started hacking at the others, not able to use her Pyrokinesis against them because of their close proximity to her mortal partner. Suddenly the demonic group flew fifty feet back, Hermione looked to her side, seeing Chris, she nodded thankfully before kneeling next to a battered Neville, cupping his bruised face, she sighed in relief when his green eyes blinked open groggily. Focusing his blurry gaze on the beautiful girl kneeling over him, he smiled at her reassuringly, leaning up to kiss her. Sensing a fireball flying their way, Hermione held out her hand, sending a wave of fire to destroy it and its owner.

Looking over at the incinerated ashes, Neville breathed a laugh, shaking his head before looking up wonderingly at the sandy haired girl, "You are amazing, Amazon."

"Back at you, Warrior."

The living room of the Potters house was decorated cheerfully, mistletoe and garland, a Christmas tree in the middle of the room with red and gold lights wrapped around it and fairies weaving through the branches giggling. Lily and James were cuddled up on the couch, she was reading a book, a cup of coco in her hand, and he was playing with her hair, a hand resting protectively on her huge swollen stomach. Prue and Severus were leaning against the opposite couch, the raven haired witch between the curly haired man's legs as they argued about potions, stopping occasionally to kiss and swap research books. Piper and Leo were sleeping on the couch above the bickering duo, legs tangled up as the brunette snuggled into her husband's chest, their four-year-old daughter, Melinda, had a cold and had kept her parents up all night hence why they were sleeping.

Phoebe and Remus were sitting on the loveseat, reading a book together as the shaggy haired man rubbed his wife's slight baby bump, still not convinced that this wasn't a dream that he was going to be cruelly awoken from. Paige and Sirius were sitting on the recliner, her in his lap with her head resting on his chest sleepily, he was brushing the back of his fingers against her arm unconsciously as he watched the fairies dancing around the tree. Peter and Mary Macdonald were wrapping popcorn strings around the tree, occasionally sneaking some into their mouths, making the fairies giggle.

Harry and Luna were resting against the couch that held the raven haired boy's parents, his arm was wrapped around her shoulder, a genuinely interested smile on his face as he listened to the blonde talk about a bunch of different creatures, Luna smiled happily, leaning over to kiss the boy that never picked on her once. Fred and George were leaning against the loveseat with Hermione laying across their laps, they had their eyes closed with their heads laid back as they listened to Hermione's quiet voice reading from her Christmas book, Fred was running his hand through her thick curly dirty blonde hair and George was tracing his fingers up and down her leg. The only reason the Marauders weren't trying to make the twins heads explode with the power of their minds was because their wives had them distracted, a fact the twins were very happy about, they did not need their idols glaring daggers at them.

As the clock struck midnight everyone yelled out, "Merry Christmas!" Well, everyone expect Leo and Piper who didn't even flinch at the loud noise, they just kept sleeping.
