EPISODE 036: DEPRESSION HITS, PART X
Usagi had escaped from the Tsukino house and left
the house cloaked and in disguise. Nitara and
Neeblix briefed them once more.
"Usagi-Chan also will use her hearing, her eyesight,
and her sense of smell. Remember the Pink Crystal
has intensified these senses and she'll most likely
use them. We must get her back safely and without harm.
We must try to recapture Usagi by all costs. Her life
hangs in the balance as long is free without protection.
She is a danger to us and to herself. Stay together. Neeblix
and myself can cover more ground by ourselves. Let's go."
Nitara told them. Rei and the others ran down the street
towards O-SAP. To Rei it sounded like a good place
to start. They continued until Rei stopped them. She closed
her eyes. And brought out a picture of Usagi. It was an older
picture of her, but it could track her. She thought of Usagi
and only Usagi. After a few minutes, she got a strong feeling.
Then she spoke.
"I got a strong feeling on her. Let's hope we aren't too
late."
Rei instructed.
"Will she be able to sense you that you are sensing her?"
Makoto asked.
"I can't say. I don't know if Usagi is psychic because of
the Pink Crystal, let's hope that she isn't psychic."
Rei thought, not know the full extent of Usagi's powers.
"And if she is?"
Ami asked.
"Then we will have to out smart her. We must work hard to
capture her at all costs."
Rei spoke in a determined tone. Capturing Usagi was the
utmost importance now. Rei and the others ran down the
street. Rei could sense Usagi and as they ran down the
street. Rei spoke to them.
"The feeling is getting stronger, she's not too far
away."
Rei announced. Elsewhere, Usagi was running down the
street. Usagi realized that she was psychic and that
Rei had picked up her trail. Usagi stopped for a
moment and saw another advertisement for an office
manager.
"This will cause Rei to lose my trail!"
Usagi announced triumphantly. She removed her cloak
of flight and invisibility and touched the picture
with the woman that was the office manager. She then
spoke.
"Crystallina Disguise Power!"
Usagi cried as she touched the picture transforming
into the office manager. Then she concentrated and
placed the cloak of flight and invisibility into
her new brooch. And Usagi left and ran off.
"She's not cloaked any longer!"
Ami announced suddenly.
"And I lost her trail again, she must have figured
out I am tracking her."
Rei announced in a annoyed tone. Rei got out the
picture of Usagi and concentrated on Usagi's
picture. Then she thought as Sailor Mars, her psychic
ability could out do Usagi's abilities.
"Mars Crystal Enchantment Power! Make Up!"
Crystal Sailor Mars cried as a fireball landed on
Crystal Sailor Mars transforming her into Super Crystal
Sailor Mars.
"I won't use my powers on her, I have stronger abilities
in this form."
Super Crystal Sailor Mars told them. They ran again
as Mars concentrated as she ran to pin point Usagi's
direction finally, they were getting close to Usagi.
"We are close. let's surround her as we get close
and we'll cut off her escape route."
Mars instructed. Rei knew the dangers they faced and
were willing to take the risk. Finally, they caught
up with Usagi and surrounded her. Mars looked at
Usagi in the eyes. Rei's psychic ability saw through
her disguise. It broke returning Usagi back into
Princess Crystallina.
"Oh no, caught! This isn't good. Stay back! Get away
from me!"
Usagi spoke in a fearful tone. Usagi placed her
hands on her chest. She was preparing to go on the
attack. Ami spoke up.
"GUYS, WATCH OUT! SHE'S PREPARING HER ATTACK! TAKE
GREAT CAUTION!"
Ami yelled as she saw Usagi's stance. Usagi was
serious.
"Stay back and don't come near, that Nitara sent
you here!"
Usagi warned again. She didn't want to attack. Mars
and the others tried to close in on her to trap her
escape. This made Usagi angry and put her in a corner.
Usagi lost control of herself as she powered up
her attack.
"INTERNAL DEFENSES! ACTIVATE!"
Usagi yelled as her eyes turned pink and pink
electricity came from her body and hit Sailor
Mars and the others.
"She dares strike me with lightning?"
Makoto snarled.
"INTERNAL DEFENSES, MAGNIFY!"
Usagi cried sending a stronger dose
of pink electricity and hit Rei and
the others. The power of so strong that
they couldn't endure the surge of electricity.
Sailor Mars and the others fainted. Usagi
powered down her attack and her eyes returned
to normal. Usagi removed her hands to her side
and spoke.
"It's better to flee than to be cooped up all
day in that house."
Usagi spoke to herself. Then Usagi ran off
in tears crying that she attacked her friends.
Nitara sensed that Usagi used her ability
on Rei and the others. Nitara and Neeblix ran
to where Rei and the others. Nitara waited
until they all awoke.
"I see Usagi used her special power."
Nitara observed.
"I have an idea."
Mamoru announced.
"Let me go after myself with the Crystal Zapper to subdue
her."
Mamoru offered.
"You'll be putting yourself at risk. If you transform
into the Crystal Knight it will protect you from her
defensive power."
Nitara advised him.
"Got it. I know of a way of trapping her without suspecting
me."
Mamoru revealed as he picked up his cell phone.
"Hello? Michiru? This is Mamoru."
Mamoru spoke into his phone.
"Hello Mamoru. How are you?"
Michiru asked.
"Listen, Usagi has escaped. Nitara has placed her on
house arrest to keep her safe, but she escaped
and ended up attacking Rei and the others. Please
can you go look for her. But don't tell her that
you know she escaped, maybe she won't consider
you a threat until its too late. Please, go
out and look for her. Please know this, because
of Usagi's supernatural abilities, I think she
can sense people. Don't let think you know. That
could fool her until its too late. But be careful.
Text me if you have her somewhere I can capture
her."
Mamoru instructed.
"Understood. Michiru out."
Michiru finished talking Mamoru and she hung up the
phone.
"I'm off."
Mamoru said as he transformed into Tuxedo Kamen.
He ran off. He ran and trying to think where
Usagi would go to hide. Elsewhere, Michiru
and Haruka went driving to look for Usagi
and it wasn't too long until they found
her.
"Hey there Odango. Where are you going?"
Haruka asked.
"Nowhere."
Usagi replied in a depressed tone.
"Hop, in we'll give you a give you a
ride."
Haruka offered as she smiled. She didn't
let on that she knew what had happened.
Usagi accepted and got in the car. Michiru
secret texted Mamoru where they were taking
Usagi to a secluded park where capture
could be easy.
"What's wrong Odango?"
Haruka asked.
"Did you get in a fight?"
Michiru asked.
"No."
Usagi trailed off. They got out of the
vehicle and walked over to a wall, where
Usagi couldn't escape so easily. They
walked up to the wall.
"Let's wait here and feel the breeze for
a moment."
Haruka suggested. Usagi stood by the wall
in a corner. Soon Mamoru arrived and
he took out the Pink Crystallized Rose
and transformed into the Crystal
Knight and he walked up to Usagi.
"Now, Michiru and Haruka, please step away.
Usagi need to be captured I am sorry
but I have to capture you with this
device."
The Crystal Knight told her. She placed
her arms to her chest and prepared
for her to make her attack.
"Stay back! I'm warning you!"
Usagi warned.
"Usagi, this is for your safety."
The Crystal Knight told her.
"You leave me no alternative... INTERNAL DEFENSES!
ACTIVATE!"
Usagi spoke as she powered up her attack. The
Crystal Knight activate the Crystal Zapper.
Pink and dark energy came of the device and
hit Usagi. The more she fought the more it
grew in strength.
"No... I got to keep fighting..."
She spoke as the power started to subdue her.
"Sorry."
Crystal Knight replied as the Crystal Zapper
intensified again. The Crystal Zapper intensified
again as Usagi fought on.
"You're mean Mamo-Chan..."
As Usagi's eyes returned to normal as she fainted
and started to fall, The Crystal Knight
caught her and kept her from falling. He
shut the Crystal Zapper and retransformed back
into Mamoru.
"Is she okay?"
Haruka asked.
"Yes, it put her to sleep. It won't last long.
Thanks you two, I owe you one. I'll take
Usagi back to Nitara. Farewell."
He spoke as he picked up Usagi and walked
away. it took him several minutes to get
back, he caught up to Nitara and Neeblix.
"You got her. Good job."
Nitara told her.
"Let's take her to her room."
Neeblix suggested. They took her back to her
room placed her on her bed and placed the Crystal
Zapper and turned it on and now it activated. It
provided a barrier all around Usagi's bed. Usagi
couldn't leave the enclosure without getting
zapped. Nitara felt bad for doing this, but she
was left with no choice. Usagi remained asleep
for about thirty minutes then she started to
awaken. Usagi wakes up and realizes where she is.
When she is fully awake, she sees a force field
and Ami, Rei, Minako, Makoto, Nitara, and Neeblix.
She sits up and looks at the force field. She
stands up and goes to investigate the force field.
Nitara spoke to her.
"I wouldn't if I was you. The force field is powered
by Momoirozuishou and Kuraizuishou, together they
are opposite forces, but together they can keep anyone
who wield the Momoirozuishou at bay and sealed so they
can't escape to cause harm to innocents people."
Nitara explained. Usagi reached out to the force
field to test it and a slight touch, Usagi got
zapped by the force field.
"Ow!"
Usagi yells.
"That hurt..."
Usagi rubs her hand which is throbbing in pain. Usagi
backed off and gets on the bed and lays down. Nitara
spoke again.
"Usagi, I will talk to you in a while. You need
to think about what you did. You put everyone in danger
and yourself in danger. You are more of a danger to yourself
and to others, I told you I had ways of keeping you here.
I am on your side Usagi, believe me I am. I just want to
keep you safe, so you may live long enough to fulfill your
destiny. Think about what you did. I will talk with you
later. By the way, I will allow others to visit you if they
come over, they may see you. We are here for you. Remember
that."
Nitara told her. Usagi laid there in silence. She didn't
like being told to do or having her life to change on her.
She hated how fate had dealt her a bad hand. That is
the way she thought about. She had no say if she wanted Crystallina
hibernated in her or have three Golden Crystals in her, or having
those nightmares or being unstable. To her life was so unfair.
Being a princess wasn't Usagi's strong suits. Now, Usagi had decided
to trust Crystallina. Crystallina trusted in Usagi to use her
consciousness to the best of Usagi's ability. Usagi knew Crystallina
needed help in keeping her safe. it was strange, she was starting
to think that in some way, she was Crystallina. But actually, Usagi
loved being herself. knowing she was alive. Knowing that life had
its challenges and she had to face them head on. She didn't like
challengers either. It meant that she had to accomplish something.
She didn't know how long she was there, but it didn't matter
anyway. Rei and Makoto were wondering was the last time Usagi had
something to eat. They were all getting worried. They knew Usagi
need to be stronger for the trials ahead. Nitara knew Usagi was
becoming more and more depressed. Usagi seem not to care anymore.
Nitara entered the force field and walked over to the bed where
Usagi was laying. Nitara wanted to her her up.
"May I talk to you?"
Nitara asked.
"I guess, it's not like I am going anywhere to do anything important."
Usagi replied as she sat up and faced Nitara.
"Usagi-Chan, I really like you. I have supported you from the beginning.
I watched you back then before I knew you were Sailor Moon. That day,
when I joined your school, I didn't know at first you were having those
horrific nightmares. After you fought and defeated Robo Weed by a
Body Attack and I brought you back to life. You know why I gave you the
Power of the Legendary Soldier?"
Nitara asked.
"No, I don't know why."
Usagi answered in a unsure tone.
"When I realized that Princess Crystallina my Mistress was hibernated and
you were wounded by Robo Snoid and then you were killed by making a body
attack on Robo Weed, I realized you were the one to fit the prophecy of
the Legendary Soldier, so I realized you had to be revived with the
'Crystal Moon Healing Power,'and then you had a choice to make."
Nitara thought back.
"I remember, I had to endure the beam to receive the Legendary Soldier
Power."
Usagi thought back.
"You are right Usagi-Chan, only you could successful in obtaining
the Legendary Soldier Power. And you succeeded. From then on, Usagi-Chan
I knew I had to look after you, to not only protect Crystallina, but you
as well. I have always put you in top priority. You had to be
protected so, the prophecy of the Chosen One and the Legendary Soldier
could be fulfilled. And it has. But, now you are still the most important
to me. I still have to keep you safe. I can only keep you safe if you
let me. I know life hadn't been easy, but now no nightmares bother you,
right?"
Nitara asked.
"Yes, the nightmares ended when the Pink Crystal appeared. I have had
none since."
Usagi replied as she brought down the Pink Crystal from above her head
and placed it in her hands.
"Usagi, I am sorry if I have been harsh on you. But, I want you to
stay alive long enough to fight the Ice Titan and Krun Bruikas. You
have to conserve your energy and power so you can win the Crystal
War. Only the The Legendary Soldier and The Chosen One together
can win this Crystal War. Is your life worth conserving long
enough for you to win this Crystal War?"
Nitara calmly explained.
"Yes, I enjoy being alive, honestly I do."
Usagi answered.
"You are the one who can win the war. The trials will be hard on you
in the future. But the one who can decide to be safe is you, Usagi."
Nitara tried to reassure Usagi.
"I will try my hardest to be safe. I won't escape anymore, I promise.
Please forgive me."
Usagi replied with silent tears flowing from her eyes crystallizing.
"Usagi, please don't cry. be strong. I have an idea. Why don't you
come with me tomorrow to Hikawa Shrine, I want to see Sarah and
see how she's feeling. She's been rather weak lately. It'll be
fun. Ami, Makoto, and Minako can go with us too. They'll
be there to protect you if needed. Okay?"
Nitara offered.
"Okay, it might be fun."
Usagi decided.
"Good, each day you can go out, but others must go with you. Sounds
reasonable enough?"
Nitara asked. Usagi smiled.
"Okay, sounds fair."
Usagi answered.
"Good. By the way. Your family misses you. I'll shut of the force
field. Rei, please shut it off."
Nitara told Usagi and asked Rei to shut off the force field. Rei shut
off the force field.
"Usagi, princess, my maiden... I believe in you!"
Nitara told her.
"Nitara... thank you."
Usagi thanked her and they went down stairs. Downstairs were
Kenji, Ikuko, and Shingo. Kenji spoke.
"Usagi-Chan, glad you are with us. Please sit down and join
us."
Kenji offered. Usagi went up and hugged her dad.
"I'm glad you're fine Usagi. You look very pretty today."
Kenji commented his daughter, yes she had changed, but he
didn't care what she looked like, she was still his daughter.
Usagi sat down across from her mother.
"Usagi, good to see you in good spirits. Shingo has been worried
about you."
Ikuko told Usagi.
"I am glad to see you Usagi. I am glad you're back to normal."
Shingo spoke as he looked at Usagi, he knew she changed, but
he knew that it was still Usagi. Usagi smiled.
"Usagi, are you hungry?"
Ikuko asked.
"Umm..."
Usagi thought and then she continued...
"Yes, I guess so."
Usagi thought. Then she had another idea.
"Mom, Dad, Shingo, please gather around me."
Usagi announced.
"Nitara, I will be back in a moment."
Usagi announced.
"Alright."
Nitara responded knowing already where Usagi was going.
"Gather around me and hold on. This won't hurt."
Usagi announced. Usagi got a hold of the Pink Crystal
and transported her and her family into the White Room.
There Crystallina was waiting.
"Hello Usagi-Chan, brought friends?"
Crystallina asked with a warm smile.
"Crystallina, this is my family, Kenji my dad, Ikuko my mom,
and Shingo my brother."
Usagi introduced them to Crystallina. Usagi didn't use
the nickname she gave to Crystallina because they weren't
alone.
"See, Crystallina has trusted me with her very existence.
I am still adjusting to my new responsibility."
Usagi told them.
"So, when you're in here your Usagi is blond, but elsewhere
it's blue?"
Shingo asked being quite curious.
"That's right. In here, I can talk with her, she can talk
with me. We can help each other succeed."
Usagi thought as she looked at the Pink Crystal.
"Crystallina, do you like Usagi?"
Ikuko asked being curious.
"Yes, quite. She's bright as the moon itself."
Crystallina answered. Usagi blushed a bit. Usagi walks over
to Crystallina and puts her hand on Crystallina's right
shoulder,
"Mom, dad, Shingo, I wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't
for her. She has my gratitude."
Usagi spoke as she smiled at Crystallina. Usagi had grown
to enjoy their talks in the White Room. Usagi then goes
back to her family then she spoke back to Crystallina.
"Crystallina, I got to go for now, when I come next time,
I need to ask you something important."
Usagi announced.
"I'll be waiting. Nice to meet you Kenji, Ikuko, and Shingo.
Come again soon!"
Crystallina told them. Usagi used the Pink Crystal and
transported her and her family out of the white room.
They appeared by the kitchen table.
"So you and her have to work together for your sake?"
Ikuko asked.
"Yeah. We have to for the sake of good."
Usagi announced.
"So, here, you take her appearance?"
Shingo asked in a curious tone.
"Yes, it's the only way possible to save my life. I absorbed
her into my body with the Pink Crystal. But I have access
to her consciousness and she has access to mine. Without
this Pink Crystal, I wouldn't be here."
Usagi spoke as she thought about what it took to get here
to this day.
"Mom, got anything good to eat?"
Usagi asked.
"I got some dumplings. Want some?"
Ikuko asked.
"Sure!"
Usagi answered in a cheerful voice.
meanwhile at the Ice Titan's Palace, the Ice Titan's
Palace.
"Those accursed girls, Tsukino, Usagi and Crystallina
has merged and fulfilled the prophecy and gotten
the Legendary Crystal Moon Power! That means I
must revive Takalon, to start stealing energy from
the Princess."
The Ice Titan spoke as he revealed his plan.
"So, master can't you just release him?"
Morgoth asked.
"No. It takes the Princess's energy to release Takalon
since she sealed him and Krun Bruikas long ago."
The Ice Titan replied.
"So, we steal Crystallina's energy?"
Belogore asked.
"No, we take Usagi's energy."
The Ice Titan answered.
"Boss, don't you mean Crystallina's energy?"
Morgoth wondered.
"You fools! We can't take Crystallina's energy anymore
because she no longer has a body. Usagi absorbed
it with the Pink Crystal when they merged. We need
to steal Usagi's energy to release Takalon. But to that,
we have to be clever. Nitara Nori will have Usagi
closely guarded to keep her energy drained."
The Ice Titan explained.
"How about a monster that cloaks himself, that way
we can collect the energy from Usagi?"
Belogore suggested.
"Good idea. I only need thirty seconds worth of energy. we
don't want to take too much at one time. We only need a
small amount."
The Ice Titan thought.
"Master, how about Robo Shadow Cloak?"
Morgoth asked.
"Yes, he can cloak himself and collect the energy
I need to revive Takalon. Robo Shadow Cloak, arise!"
The Ice Titan called out to Robo Shadow Cloak. A shadowy
figure appeared.
"How may I serve you master?"
Robo Shadow Cloak asked.
"You must take energy from Tsukino, Usagi. She's the
girl who merged with Princess Crystallina. I need
only thirty seconds worth of energy. I don't want her
to faint, just enough to awaken Takalon, put it in this
vial. GO!"
The Ice Titan ordered. Robo Shadow Cloak vanished. Nitara,
Usagi, Ami, Makoto, and Minako were nearing the Hikawa Shrine,
when Robo Shadow Cloak appeared behind Usagi and he was cloaked,
he touched her body and started draining her lifeforce energy.
Robo Shadow Cloak was timing himself, so he had the right amount.
Usagi felt dizzy all of a sudden and her body started glowing
an ill faded pink. She spoke.
"Someone is stealing my energy!"
Usagi cried out loud as the energy was leaving her body. She started
to weaken as the energy was leaving her body. Before Nitara could
act, Robo Shadow Cloak got the energy he needed and vanished, Usagi
collapsed to the ground.
"USAGI! ARE YOU OKAY!?"
Nitara asked in great concern.
"I am okay, just a little dizzy. Please help me up."
Usagi spoke in a weakened tone. Nitara and Makoto helped Usagi up
and took her to the Hikawa Shrine. They got Usagi to one of the
guestrooms. Rei spoke.
"What happened?"
Rei asked.
"A monster stole Usagi's energy."
Makoto replied.
"For what purpose?"
Rei wondered.
"To revive Takalon!"
Nitara revealed.
"We need to keep our guards up. Takalon will come for Usagi's
energy to revive Krun Bruikas, the Robo Ice Emperor. We need to keep
Usagi-Chan happy so her morale will be high. And we need to keep
her from Takalon."
Ami spoke in a concerned tone.
"Takalon is a mean monster. We must be on alert."
Nitara spoke with great urgency. Will Takalon revive? Find out
next time!
Next on Crystal Princess, Takalon revives and the Ice Titan decides
to capture Crystal Sailor Destiny to get her out of the way, and
he uses Usagi as an hostage to get Crystal Sailor Destiny to
surrender to the Ice Titan! Find out next time!
