Merry Christmas guys! I wanted to be the first one to update on Christmas!

Don't worry guys! Lucy won't die... Well it depends on how the story goes. But thanks for all the support, and I am so sorry I didn't update sooner. I had a lot of things to do sadly. Sorry, but enjoy this chapter!

The blonde clenched her hands tight at the disgrace she was giving herself. She was selfishly trying to keep her image while her only and best friend could be in serious trouble. She admired how Erza was acting though. It just broke her on the inside that she couldn't be like her.

"Do what you want Scarlet, I could careless about this ridiculous problem. I only wish to make this bastard my dog," Lucy lied as she pointed at Natsu. She hated herself. What she would give to just tell them she wanted to help search for the Bookworm...

The scarlet-haired glared daggers at her. Erza knew how cruel the Danger Class was, but this was a new level. She was a terrible person... Erza grabbed Lucy's collar with shadows covering her eyes and nearly punched her, "you are a terrible person Heartfilia. I hope you're next," she let go of the Danger Class and walked the other way with Loki trailing behind her in fear.

Lucy bit her lip harshly and walked the opposite direction where Erza went. The rosy-haired teen chuckled at the amusement going on and knew this was the perfect time to destroy a part of the busty blonde, "you really are a terrible person," the King of Royals spoke, "you have no heart. No soul. You only care about yourself and isolate others."

She hated that he was right. She was heartless... Always keeping her feelings locked up toward others... "Fuck off Dragneel, I don't want to hear it from a guy who thinks of everyone as a tool," she tried to fight back her tears and make sure he wouldn't win.

"At least I still somewhat worry about my friends," he smirked. Natsu stopped and pinned Lucy at a door. His hand blocked her from moving. His lips went closer toward her ear and whispered, "I see why Gajeel calls you 'Bunny Girl'..." Lucy's eyes widened by this, "it's because no matter what you do..." Natsu continued to try and slowly break her, "you will always be alone, you will never be loved, and you will never be understood." Lucy was now at the verge to break... He was horrible. He was a devil, "bunnies die alone after all, right?"

Without knowing, Lucy slapped Natsu on the cheek with her face pink from nearly crying... How could she even think he could have a tiny piece of kindness in him. He was evil to the core, "you maybe right about me..." she spoke softly with tears falling out, but she was lucky it was dark enough for him not to see it, "I am selfish and cruel..." the blonde pushed him away and stood up for herself. She placed her hand on her heart, "but you don't know who I am and the shit I go through! I am me, and you have no right to talk!"

The rosy-haired man's eyes widened from the burst of confidence the blonde splat out. His heart started to race like never before. For some reason, he felt nervous yet... breathless. She was glowing in his eyes. Only one person ever made him feel this way...

Celesta...

"See ya later Dragneel," Lucy waved Natsu off and went to search for her best friend. She didn't care what anybody would say now. Who she was, was who she was. But before she could leave, the male grabbed a hold of her wrist unconsciously. The action surprised both of them.

Natsu struggled to speak for a moment, "... are you.. Cele-"

"There you guys are," a familiar voice interrupted and walked up to them. Two shadows were walking forward. It was Gray and Juvia. Juvia had some old blood stains on her face under her nose. She must have had a nosebleed.

Lucy and Natsu looked away from each other and stayed nonchalant. The blonde's heart-beat raced when the rosy-haired bastard almost called her Celesta... Did he know that it was her? She bit her tongue to try and contain her stress and anger. The busty blonde decided to speak first to Gray and Juvia to try and distract herself from all her anger and nervousness, "where the hell did you two go?"

"You worried the hell out of some people ice princess," Natsu hissed folding his arms and glared at the duo. The rosy-haired Star Class tried to forget what he was about to do, and his heart-beat slowly started to pace at a regular speed.

The raven-haired clicked his tongue and rolled his eyes, "whatever, so where's everyone else," he asked changing the subject with Juvia behind and trying to hug him which he reacted by trying to dodge her.

"Before we answer that, where were you and Juvia? Don't tell me you were doing 'it' because looking at Juvia, it looks like she had a major nosebleed," the Danger Class hissed. She was just being pitiful and letting all her steam out on them.

The swimmer was the one to answer that question, "well this is what happened..."

Flashback:

Everybody went towards the music room. Gray was about to follow, but the bluenette stopped him from going. Juvia stared at him with sparkling eyes from tears, "please don't leave Juvia, Gray-sama. Juvia is scared and doesn't want to go," she hugged his arm as if it would save her life.

The raven-haired wanted to run away from her, but he was weak to her tears for some reason. He didn't understand. Many girls begged him to be theirs and cried after he rejected them, and he was perfectly fine with it. But for some reason, he couldn't ignore her, "well what do you want me to do?" he asked half harshly and half bothered.

She pointed shivering at a random hallway, and the stripper sighed and helped her get to there in a piggy-back position. Without knowing, Juvia smirked evilly and hid her fake tear drops in a bottle in her pocket. She was as devious as the devil. She wasn't even scared right now. Juvia was merely pretending, so she could get closer to the Star Class.

Suddenly when they made it to the destination Juvia was pointing at, the hallway turned freezing. Gray didn't notice by his cold resistance, but Juvia started to really shiver, "it's really cold here," Juvia said trying to close their bodies together for body heat.

After a moment, it suddenly turned hot. Gray felt it that time how the temperature changed, "isn't temperature change rapidly one of the Seven Mysteries?" he asked Juvia. She nodded and began to get chills down her back from the temperature changing from hot to cold.

Luckily for Gray, they were near the main office where the thermometer was. Juvia got off of the raven-haired man's back. He kicked the locked door which loosened. The blue haired girl was drooling at the action, "that was so... amazing Gray-sama..." she could barely able to talk with the fantasize she had in her head.

"Come on, the thermometer should be around here," the stripper said entering the main office. Juvia followed wiping off some drool. She secretly took a picture of him kicking the door and set it as her wallpaper. They surrounded the thermometer after finding it. Gray used his flash setting on his phone to observe the device. It had a small crack that would result in certain places of the building to turn hot to cold in seconds.

Juvia leaned closer to her crush, "so this explains the temperature change, in the night time the thermometer has to work extra hard because of the cold winds in Magnolia. It must have had a crack and messed up the temperature during the night."

"We solved one of the mysteries, nice job," he told the Sky Class who blushed madly. This was one of the first time he praised her.

"L-lets go back to the others, they must be worried," she shyly muttered.

The words escaping her mouth surprised him. He thought she would have wanted to try and stall for them to be alone longer together. His lips curved to a smile. She could have been kinda cute at these rare times when she wasn't acting crazy like his other fans, "lets go Juvia," he said grabbing her hand and leading them out. The swimmer's cheeks grew red, and her nose started to bleed. Gray was surprised by the amount of blood shooting out, "what the hell?!"

End of Flashback

"So you got a nosebleed from holding hands?" she questioned in disbelief and stared at Juvia. Was this real life right now? She could never understand love and its craziness.

Gray fake coughed in embarrassment and turned to his best friend/rival, "so where are the others?" without noticing he stripped off his clothes. Juvia almost got another nosebleed. The blonde rolled her eyes and slowly walked farther and farther away from the group.

The rosy-haired Star Class explained everything that had happened. Lucy disappeared the scene to search for Levy.

After several turns and twists Lucy made, she officially ran all around the building in search for her best friend...

Where the hell was she?!

This was getting her nowhere fast. Almost giving up to find her friend, she heard Erza and Loki with two other voices tagging along with them. The blonde revealed herself in the open so they could see her, and she only greeted them with an uncaring look. The two other voices were Levy and Gajeel. Levy! She was as relieved as she was furious for her to making her worry so much. She going to kill her later.

Erza only glared at her, Loki gave her a seductive smile, Gajeel didn't care, and Levy was blushing mad and looked at the ground the whole time in embarrassment. Lucy only waved all of them off but tried to get the reason how the Bookworm and metal-lover disappeared, "so what the hell happened to the love birds?"

Before the scarlet-haired could speak, Levy told the story...

Flashback:

Gajeel found it extremely annoying to be in a group. The only reason he invited Levy to come was because Loki suggested getting some time with her alone here, so she would hold onto him when she was afraid like couples did when they went to watch scary movies... When everyone exited the door he grabbed his girlfriends wrist and sneaked out the other door.

"What are you doing Gajeel? We might get separated from the others if we don't catch up real soon..." her voice started to get lost when she stared at his red orbs.

He leaned closer to her and whispered in her ear, "lets let them enjoy their exploration while we...," he started cupped Levy's chin to make her stare at him and only him, "have our own private exploration." he teased.

The Bookworm's cheeks pinked brightly from hearing that... But one thing was true... She could never get enough of him... They both pushed their bodies closer for a kiss... "w-we shouldn't be doing this Gajeel... what if they see us like this."

"What? They already know we're a couple. Don't be so embarrassed," the raven-haired bit the small girls neck which she moaned to it. Her face turned red from the situation, "for once, you should try to be a bad girl," he spoke that made her blush even more. "Just once lets let loose Shrimp."

End of Flashback

"You're telling me that you left everyone to worry just so you two can have sex?!" Lucy yelled furiously. A vain popped out showing how angry she was. She was worried sick for nothing!

The bluenette turned more red by the minuet. She was too embarrassed to even talk now. Gajeel also was a bit red from the story being told and looked up the ceiling. They really did make a cute couple.

"There you guys are," Natsu's voice rang walking towards them with a sulking Gray and clinging Juvia hugging his arm again. If they weren't in a tight place right then, Gray would have tried to at least get away from her.

Erza sighed with folded arms at her chest, "at least now that we have everyone here, we can explore the Mirror of Truth in the main hallway."

"What about the 4th and 5th mystery? Stripper and Stalker girl here found the cause of the temperature," the Danger Class said pointing her finger at the duo. They merely reacted with a 'hey!'

"Do you really want to continue this ridiculousness Heartfilia? Levy and Redfox were close to having sex, and Gray and Juvia were somewhere together doing who knows what. I just want to get out of this place as soon as possible. I do not care about the rest of the mysteries," the member of the Student Council stated.

Lucy saw her point. She didn't want to go through the rest of the craziness the night had in store for them.

The group headed towards the main hall. Levy's cheeks still had a dash of pink from embarrassment but still stood next to the metal lover closely. The stripper gave up on trying to get away from Juvia and let her hug his arm the entire time there. Erza was walking behind them all so that way nobody would get lost again. Natsu merely looked bored the whole time getting there. And Loki was flirting with Lucy, he forgot all the threats she gave him before, but the blonde didn't do any of the actions she said she would do.

When they finally made it to the mirror, they saw nothing supernatural about it. It was very big, but that was all it was. Levy and Gajeel went first but nothing paranormal appeared. The scarlet-haired was next and nothing was off yet again. Following her were Gray, Juvia, then Loki but nothing suspicious still happened, Lucy was still nervous that her true self would pop out in the mirror for everyone to see like the myth said, but all she saw was her own reflection.

Everyone but Natsu and Lucy were headed for the doors. When the King of Royals was catching up with the group, the radio star noticed his reflection in the mirror while walking.

His reflection in the mirror was of a small boy crying. It was only for a short time, but she saw a little rosy-haired toddler holding onto a scaly white scarf with tears all over his face. Blood was covering his entire body and his onyx eyes were filled with terror and absolute fear. He was shivering like he had seen a ghost and was extremely pale.

It wasn't a illusion... Lucy knew what she saw was real. Was what she saw Natsu's true self? A scared person who hides his feelings when he actually is terrified of everything? Just like her...

Whether if it was real or not, the blonde stared at the Star Class who had been bullying her everyday with harsh words since she made it to this school.
