Atem`s Pov
I closed the door behind Bakura and Yugi, before going over to sit at my desk, as Yugi jumped into my lap
"Hi papa."
"Hello to you as well little one, next time you want to wander off, tell me where you are going first, okay?" he nodded
"Okay papa." I smiled and placed a kiss on his forehead, before looking over at Bakura
"What`s going on Bakura?" he shook his head
"Yugi is to give the message to Akefia, not me, but I can explain in detail if needs be." I nodded and looked down at Yugi
"Do you remember the message you need to give to Akefia?" he nodded and I pointed over to Akefia, who was trying to avoid all eye contact."
"'Kefia, Ryou say he 'give you, and he not wiv uncle `Kura." Akefia gave Yugi a confused look before turning to look at Bakura with a raised eye brow
"What Yugi is trying to say, is that Ryou forgives you and, that he isn`t in a relationship with me, yes he was some feeling for me, but he still loves you."
"How do I know you aren`t just saying that?" Akefia asked
"It came from Yugi first, I only said I was here to explain if I needed to." Bakura explained before walking over to me and Yugi and petting Yugi on the head
"I promise I`ll play ball with you tomorrow, okay?" Yugi grinned and nodded at Bakura, before raising his arms for a hug. I chuckled as Yugi gave him the deadly puppy eyes, and Bakura gave in and picked him up for a hug.
"I bet you hate that look don`t you?" he groaned, and I chuckled
"Don`t even start, he has us all wrapped around his finger." I shrugged
"I don`t mind, he`s still Young and has time to learn."
"Fair point, I have to go now Yugi." Bakura set him back in my lap, before ruffling his hair and leaving the room with a 'bye bye' from Yugi. I chuckled and looked over at Akefia who was holding his head in his hands. I leant down and whispered in Yugi`s ear
"Why don`t you go and cheer Akefia up?" He nodded and hopped off my lap and ran over to Akefia, before pawing at his knee to get his attention
"'Kefia hug."
"Yugi, I`m not-" I saw Yugi give him the puppy eyes, before he picked him up
"Yay."
"You`re a little menace, you are." I frowned
"What a men-ace?"
"A menace, is someone who causes trouble, harm or can be dangerous, and I don`t appreciate you calling my son that Akefia." He smiled sheepishly
"Sorry Atem." I nodded and stood up, before walking over to the door
"Papa, where you go?"
"I`m just going to talk to someone, I`ll be back in a minute." He nodded and I stepped outside the room, before calling a servant over
"Yes, My Pharaoh?" he asked
"My servant Yami, have you seen him?"
"No My Lord."
"You may go." He then walked away
"Something wrong My Pharaoh?" Honda asked from behind me, I turned to him
"Have you seen Yami?"
"No, is he missing?"
"He went to get lunch over half an hour ago, and he hasn`t returned I`m getting worried."
"Would you like me to go check the kitchens for you?" I nodded
"Please, Honda if you find him come get me immediately." He nodded and set off down the corridor. I sighed and stepped back into my chambers, to see Akefia stood in the middle of the room looking confused
"Where else could you be Yugi? I`ve looked everywhere."
"You lost my son?" Akefia jumped and turned to me
"We are playing hide and seek, but I don`t know where he is."
"Listen, he`ll be gigging." I sat down at my desk and began to finish some paper work, when something fluffy stroked against my leg. I set down my writing utensil and pushed my chair out slightly, before looking down to see Yugi hiding in the corner under my desk, his tail swishing slightly
"He isn`t giggling, I still don`t know where he is." I pointed underneath my desk and placed my finger to my lips, he nodded
"You lost my son? Fantastic then it`s your job to find him again, go." He nodded and walked over to the door opened it and then closed it. Then Yugi jumped up on my lap and looked up at me
"Me hid good papa, 'ight?"
"I don`t know Yugi, Akefia looked really worried." Akefia slowly walked over to my desk careful not to make any sound
"Me 'cared 'Kefia?" Akefia then grabbed him from my lap, making him scream before laughing as Akefia tickled him relentlessly
"Yes you did you little Imp." I laughed along with the pair, before stopping as the door was thrown open, by Honda. I stood up and looked at the terrified look on his face
"Honda? What is it?"
"It`s-it`s Yami."
"Where is he?"
"He`s being held by Japanese guards, the emperor wants his grand children." The colour from my face drained
"Get Seth and Jono, along with the other Priests then assemble the guards, they aren`t getting Jono or Yugi and we are getting Yami back." I heard Akefia order and the door close. I sank into my seat and closed my eyes.
