Days have passed and Marco walked down the corridor with a smug look crossing his face. Coming to a crossroad in the corridor, he looked around and spotted a servant walking down the corridor. Smirking, he quietly stepped back and hid behind a pillar. Spotting the servant walk past the pillar, he reached out and grabbed him by the arm, pulling him back behind the pillar.

The servant looked up and saw Marco standing over him, his forearm pressed against his throat as a menacing grin played across his face, "Now, now, buddy, it's time for you to go to sleep," Marco applied more pressure to the servant's throat as the servant began gasping for air.

Marco dropped the motionless servant to the floor and glared at the body for several moments. Hearing footsteps coming down the corridor, Marco turned and quickly ran away from the unmoving body.

Turning the corner, he peered down the corridor and saw a guard looking down at the motionless body of the servant. He smirked before he turned and raced down the corridor as he heard the guard shout.

Marco walked into the room he was staying in and saw Star sitting on the bed. Taking a deep breath, he shook his head and slowly walked over to her, "Hello Princess Star," Star looked at him and arched a brow, "Well…I am trying to be a bit more formal and-"

"You don't have to do that, Marco, you're living with us and I want my new friend to feel as comfortable as possible," Marco frowned and looked away as Star stood up and walked over to him, "Now that you're done with your daily run…what say we go rail sliding,"

"Uh…sure, why not," Star smiled and the two of them walked out of the room.

The two walked down the corridor where Moon and several guards approached them. Moon grabbed Marco by the arm and narrowed her eyes, "I knew inviting you to the castle was going to end in disaster. What do you have to say for yourself?"

"What exactly are you talking about?" Marco said coolly, "I haven't stole anything from anyone, and I don't think I've caused any trouble,"

"The explain to me why Manfred is dead,"

"Manfred is dead?" Moon sighed before leading the two teenagers down the corridor.

The three stared at the motionless body and Moon glared at Marco and crossed her arms, "So young man, do you care to explain?"

"It appears that he suffered an allergic reaction, his throat swelled shut and he suffocated…what a painful way to go," he looked at Moon and narrowed his eyes, "But you should know what it's like, you hung countless-"

"I don't know how, but I am going to prove you did this," Moon grabbed her daughter by the arm and began leading her away, "Come Star, let's leave this murderer alone,"

"But mom, he said he didn't do it," Marco watched as Moon dragged Star away.

He looked down at the corpse and smirked, "No blood, no blood trail, nothing to come back to me. All I have to do is keep leading the princess on like this and-" before he could finish, he grunted and held his chest, "Damnit…so the Queen cast a spell on me…whatever, I'll just bide my time." He took a deep breath before he turned and walked down the corridor.
