Marco whistled as he walked down the corridor with narrowed eyes. Coming across a crossway, he looked around and spotted two guards walking down the right corridor. He growled and narrowed his eyes and stood in the middle of the crossway with his arms crossed, "Well…if it isn't the two guards from the forest," the two guards stopped and looked up.

Marco smirked and shook his head, "Odion and Zabodo, right? Well I hate to break it to you idiots, but-" Marco's eyes widened before he groaned and grabbed his head.

The two glared at the teen and Odion spoke, "Hey, it's a little early to be losing your head, kid," Marco growled and looked up at the two in front of him, "Look, under orders from the princess, we can't touch you, but-"

"You…you're the bastards!" he looked up with narrowed eyes and panted, "You're the ones who pulled the levers and killed my parents!"

"Heh, you seem confident. What makes you think it was-"

"The damned queen ordered you two idiots to pull the levers! I was there!"

Odion smirked and shook his head, "And you didn't do anything to help them? Accessory to murder. And your own parents, too…that's sad. No wonder your parents didn't-" before Odion could finish, he fell back with a force.

The two brothers looked up and saw Marco rubbing his knuckles, glaring at them with narrowed eyes, "What the hell is wrong with you? I was just a child, and one of your damned buddies held me back! I wasn't going sit back and watch you morons murder my parents willingly,"

"And what were you going to do?" the three looked back and saw Moon walking down the corridor, "You were merely a child. My guards have been trained and-"

"Trained to kill, I know, you ordered them to kill my parents!" Moon narrowed her eyes and Marco growled, "My only question is this. If a queen is for her people, why would you order my parents to death if all they were doing was stealing to make sure their only son had something to eat every day?"

"Why? It's simple, young man. Your parents were constantly stealing, never caring who got hurt in the process. You're just lucky I didn't order the guards to have your head that day,"

"What?" Moon's eyes widened before she looked back and saw her daughter standing behind her, "Mom…you did have Marco's parents killed and you were going to have him killed too?"

"Star…sweetie, Marco's parents were a hazard if we allowed them to live and-"

"Mom…you kept telling me you never ordered their death and I believed you…why would you do that?" Star narrowed her eyes as she walked over to Marco and stood next to him, "I…mom I…I don't know why you would do something like that, I kept telling Marco you were too kind to do something like that, and I find out you did have them killed,"

Moon glared at her daughter as she turned and looked at Marco, "I…I'm sorry for…not trusting you,"

"Star, get away from that-"

"No," Star snapped and looked over to Odion and Zabodo before holding her wand out, "Stand aside!" Odion and Zabodo stood their ground as the wand began to glow and Star hissed, "Move!" the two quickly jumped out of the way before a wave of energy flew past them.

Star looked back at her mother and narrowed her eyes, "Mom, Marco and I are going for a walk, and you are not going to stop us!" Moon narrowed her eyes as she watched Star take Marco by the hand and led him away.
