An hour later Hermione sat back with a small smile as the kids had written a letter each for Remus, Severus and Tonks and one for her friend Becky but there was no rush for that to arrive where as the kids couldn't wait to thank the others ''Ok then go and send Crystal with your letters''
Matthew and Lyra run off into the room towards the owl ''Hey girl will you take these to everyone'' Lyra said smoothing the feathers with a smile.
Matthew and Lyra laughed when Crystal nipped them in response, once the owl had left they turned to Hedwig and gave her an owl treat.
''MUM, CAN WE WATCH SOME TV NOW'' Matthew shouted as he continued to stroke Hedwig.
''YES I SUPPOSE SO'' came Hermione's reply from the kitchen.
Lyra smiled and rushed to put the TV on before she went and sat on the sofa with her brother, they were looking forward to seeing their Great Grandfather and Mother.
An hour later when the clock showed eight thirty there was a knock at the door, which saw both kids rush towards it
Matthew and Lyra opened the door and smiled ''Grandpa Brian''
Lyra smiled ''Grandma Elaine you made it''
Elaine looked down at her Great Granddaughter and pulled her in for a quick hug ''My, my haven't you grown''
Lyra gave a toothy grin ''Uh huh I'm Seven soon''
Elaine chuckled ''I know, you getting a big girl now'' she said softly ''Now, then let's get in it's cold and we have presents''
Brian watched as the kids run into the house and shook his head ''After you my love''
Elaine smiled she couldn't wait to see Hermione, she had missed her and been so worried knowing that she was fighting in a magical war ''Come on Brian, we need to see Hermione''
Brain smiled ''Yes dear, and Hermione is just fine I told you and we spoke to her before Helen come home''
Elaine sighed ''I know but until I've seen her in person I won't rest Brian''
Hermione was heading to the living room when she heard her Grandmother complaining ''Well, Granddads right I'm fine''
''Hermione, oh dear lord, I'm so glad your ok'' Elaine said as she pulled her into her arms she then pulled back and pulled Harry into her arms ''Good to see you again Harry, now let me get a look at you both''
Elaine looked at both Hermione and Harry before nodding ''Hmm, Hermione your still a little thin, Harry you're a little thin too''
Harry looked at her sheepishly ''I know, but we were limited on food while we were on our mission and...well now it's harder to go back to eating lots''
Hermione nodded ''Our stomachs have shrunk, due to eating so little food meaning out body adjusted to accommodate the lack of food, I'm better than I was after the war, Harry too''
Brian could see Elaine about to protest and smiled ''Elaine, dear, she's right the kids area alive and with us, it was war they were limited, god knows I went without food plenty of times''
Elaine sighed but knew he was right and she knew how important it was but it still didn't make it any more fun ''I know'' she then gave her daughter and son in law a hug and kiss before going to sit on the sofa.
Brian looked at both Hermione and Harry ad stuck his hand out to Harry first ''Congratulations on ridding the world of that madman, though It would have been nice if someone else could have taken him on''
He said sighing ''But as you know I'm aware of the magical world and I more than anyone know the dangers of a war, I'm just...just glad your safe'' he said before looking at Hermione and Harry again ''The both of you''
Harry nodded ''Thanks' Brian and well it's over now, our world is still healing and there are still some Death Eaters about, but there not really a threat there being hunted all the time and there less crazy than the others.''
Hermione then hugged her grandfather ''I missed you Granddad, and Thank you so, so much for hiding mum, dad and the kids''
Brian hugged his granddaughter back and smiled before he kissed her head ''It wasn't a problem I had people who owed me and
being the boss has it's perks'' he said chuckling ''I missed you too Pumpkin''
''Mum, mum look what Granma Elaine got me''
Hermione turned to see her daughter holding a voucher up ''What is it''
''It's annual pass to any of the Zoo's, that means we can go to Chesington world of adventures, West midlands Safari Park, Longleat, Bristol and London Zoo'' Lyra said excitedly ''And the pass allows you access to the indoor aquarium in London and Sea World''
Matthew then cut in with another smile ''And I got an annual pass to enter any theme park, Thorpe Park, Oakwood, Drayton Manner, Alton Towers and Lego land''
Hermione smiled ''Wow that is so cool now what do you say''
''Thank you'' The twins chimed in unison smiling
''It's ok I'm glad you like them and now you can get your Mother and Harry to take you''
Harry groaned '''Oh man that means hours and hours at a Zoo'' he said making them all laugh they all knew he loved doing things with the kids

''Were moving in with Mummy and Uncle Harry, there are others who live there but we met one his name was Severus he was Mum's old Potions teacher and he came with uncle Harry when I was in the hospital''
''Why were you at the hospital?'' Brian asked in concern
Helen answered this time ''Lyra was being sick and there was a little blood mixed with it, and her heart had been irregular they kept her in most he day but she's fine now Hermione's ex Professor has brewed some potions for her since Hermione was in her exams''
Elaine and Brain nodded when he spoke next ''Severus why have I heard that name before?''
''Probably from me, I used to complain about him hating me and being harsh to us, but I suppose it was important to his double spying''
Brian nodded ''That's it I remember now, and yes being a spy is dangerous work and more serious when you're playing spy on both sides''
Hermione and Harry nodded ''Yes well Lyra was right, there going to be living with Harry and I, we have Severus, Remus and Tonks living there but there good and are looking forward to having the kids living there, you'll be able to come over also''
Elaine beamed a smile at them ''That's brilliant news, I'm so happy for you all''
Harry chuckled ''Yeah I'm pretty excited too and it's about time they deserve to be with their mother they deserve to be like a family''
''Harry we are her family'' she said looking at Harry seriously
Harry smiled and nodded ''Yes Know Mione, I was just saying''
Richard smiled ''Never mind, let's all take a seat, dinner will be ready at twelve''

Matthew looked up from his tickets ''What''
''Do you wanna' build a snowman?'' Lyra smirked as she began the familiar song that drove Matthew and everyone else mad

''It doesn't have to be a snowman'' Lyra finished the part of the song smiling before she finished laughing
''Mum! tell her would you, that's all she sings its irritating it's bad enough she watches it all the time''
Hermione smirked ''I understand son, but...''

''Do you wanna build a snowman?'' Hermione couldn't' help it as she burst out laughing when Matthew pouted and whined causing the others to laugh.
Matthew shook his head at his mother ''Ok fine but you and Uncle Harry got to come with us''
Hermione shook her head ''I'm not going out I got to go get dressed''
Harry smiled ''Come on coats, hats, scarfs and gloves on and we'll go build a snowman''
Hermione couldn't' help it and sang the other bit of the song again ''It doesn't have to be a snowman''
Harry narrowed his eyes at Hermione before helping the kids into their outdoor gear.
Hermione smiled ''I'm going to get dressed I'll be down in a moment''
''Ok honey'' Helen said smiling at her family that surrounded her
''Your not staying out there long mind it's to cold'' Hermione said sternly as she looked at each child ensuring she got a nod from them ''Good'' before turning and exiting the living room and heading for her room to change.
