Entry no. 32: Shades of Grey

God, I LOVE holidays. I'm writing a lot now, but unfortunately most of it are not LoS oneshots, but if you are generally interested in my stories, keep an eye out for those, since I might decide to post them when I'll feel like it. Oh, and sorry for another gap day in updating, I got stuck watching Shippuuden AGAIN. There are just so many feels and cool fights now!

That should be all, so now simply: Lots of love sent your way guys, enjoy the oneshot.

Whoever/Sakura, again. This time just because of her hair and eyes! ... wow, that sounded weird.

Might or might not be AU. Depends.

He hated grey for a long time.

It was so bland and dull.

And then he met her.

In his world, boring, full of grey and dreams that never came true, she was like a supernova.

Bright and shining, so flamboyant against the oppressive dullness of everything else, so full of life.

The bright pink of her hair, her vivid emerald eyes, the radiant red of her summer dress as she ignored the fact it looked terrible in combination with her hair...

If in a world where grey is the main colour a thing like love on first sight can exist, then it is exactly what it was.

In a world where monotone was the only sound to be heard, her voice was like music.

And the best thing?

She loved him, as well.

She showed him what crazy really meant and that it wasn't as bad as he thought.

She showed him how to laugh, how to find colours where he thought was only grey.

She taught him it has shades, and why is each one of them beautiful.

She taught him what was beautiful about grey.

Without grey, people often fail to notice how beautiful colours are.

Grey was perfect, because it let every colour stand out in all of its beauty without losing its own.

It was the perfect match, a perfect contrast for every colour.

He hated the colour before.

And now, in a way, he loved it.

And he loved her, of course.

Her, her craziness, and her shades of grey.

I love grey. And I really think what I wrote there about it.

Peace, love and shades of grey,

Mo
