(*Silver Eyed Stranger's aka HIM POV)

This guy was-dead. I turned him over and saw a stab wound in the chest. These thugs committed a serious crime! They mugged and killed a guy! No wonder the paparazzi didn't approach these guys! Was this the guy they were beating up.

I swore I saw somebody else. I called 911 and reported this. I walked over to the big guy of the gang and knocked him out with a press to his neck. I hear a creaking sound. I turn around and see nobody.

Then a voice comes from the nearby dumpster. I take out my pocket knife and approached the dumpster cautiously. I yell at the dumpster "I know your in there come out now!" I demand.

Although if I'm giving out demands I might still be at a disadvantage. The lid creaked open revealing a funky looking beanie and a pair of odd looking shades to follow. "Shion! What the hell are you doing here?!" I asked shocked putting away my knife. "Y-you...did you stop them?" he asked very shakily.

He looked very shaken up. "Yeah... They are down for the count now, but might I ask what the hell happened here?" I asked as I helped him out of the dumpster. "Sir!" he exclaimed and went up to the guy. "Sir are you-" he cut himself short and looked at the stab wound and staggered back, and with one glance he already knew.

"He's...dead." he said with a tremble in his voice. "Yeah I've already contacted the police. They should be here in 5 minutes." I said as I heard sirens approaching. Four police cars pulled up and got out and pointed their guns at us. "Hand in the air and slowly walk toward us!" one guy shouted.

We both complied. Once we made our way to them we were still at gun point. "Sir I was the one who called and this is one of the victims. The three on the floor over there are the ones responsible." I said calmly. "State your names!" he demanded.

But we could answer another policeman came up with one of the paparazzi's camera men. "Sir they got the whole scene on tape." he said. "Right. You two turn around and put your hands behind behind you back!" he said.

We complied. We both got hand cuffed and shove into two different police cars. Now all we had to do was wait.

(*Police officers POV)

The video was pretty long but proved these two innocent. The three thugs were mugging a high school kid for marijuana money and this kid with the beanie was trying to help.

The first kid escaped and the beanie kid got the punishment. The guy who seems to be in his late teens early twenties was near by and stepped in and took the worst of it.

Then the rescuer came into play just shortly after the guys stabbing and the beanie kid was thrown into the dumpster. The silvered eyed kid stopped and put the thugs down and seemed to bring out his phone and called 911.

He then knocked out the leader just in case. Once the call was over it seems a noise got his attention.

And he approached the dumpster with caution. And revealing the student and recognized him and began to shortly communicate.

The kid then was startled to see his first rescuer was dead. Soon after we arrived. That makes things pretty clear.

These guys were free to go. We will need to contact their families of course but the main people at court will be the victim and the three students.

(*Shion's POV)

This was a a lot to swallow. The man was pronounced dead. We were at gun point. We were handcuffed and put in the police car. And the paparazzi got everything on tape to my relief.

The first police officer who I'm guessing in charge opened the door to let me out. "Alright give me your name" he said sternly. Oh no was I in trouble?! "Shion K. Sir." I say in reply.

It was oblivious I was really nervous. I glanced at HIM and saw that he was getting his name written down as well. "Alright we will be taking you and your friend home." he said as he turned me around and undid the handcuffs. It was true those things aren't nice on the wrist.

"Get in." he said opening the door again. I got in again no arguments or questions. I think the news will say everything.

HE was put in next to me and we were waiting for quiet a while. "Well this was the worst day ever." I say truthfully. He said nothing. He's ignoring me in this situation? I must have really done something.

Even so I feel really achy I have bruises on all my limbs. The silence in the car was thick enough to cut. Somehow this felt like this moment happened before.

The police seemed to be talking over something. The lead officer came in the car and spoke. "Okay well sine mr silver eyes here seems to be well known and he is still a minor plus I called his father whom is out on a business he will have to stay with us-" before the police officer could continue HE disagreed.

"Wait why can't I just stay home?" he asked. The man raised any eyebrow at his rude interruption but he replied. "The press will be pressing you door bell non-stop and we do not want any more media leakage.

Plus you aren't felt to be safe after a murder to be home alone, but there is another option." he said as he buckled. "What?" HE asked eagerly. "Stay at a friend with a trustworthy adult." he finally said "So anybody you know?"

"Sorry sir my reputation never allowed me to get close to any body." HE said truthfully. At that made me frown. "Ah I see how about...well you two know each other right?" the man asked. We both answered at the same time. "Yes sir." "No." I glanced at him in disbelief.

"We are in the same class sir." he raised his eye brow again. "Alright then it's settled lets go." he said getting the directions to my house. Before HE spoke another word I covered his mouth.

"You listen to me mister. If you think you can get out of this by saying you don't know me I will tell every girl in the whole school your address!" I threatened. HIS eyes widened, sighed through his nose, and nodded in agreement.

I wasn't going to give up this opportunity of helping his amnesia. The officer laughed at our one sided conversation. I am still in shock but I'm also excited. HE is coming home.
