A/N: Hello everyone, I'm sorry for the late update; it's just that a lot of things have been coming up so I haven't had much time to write. I do hope this chapter makes up for my lateness; it will show the final results of the poll so I hope you like the results. Chapter 42: Results
I woke up to the soft sound of Uzume snoring. She rested peacefully on top of me with her head and hands on my bare chest and her legs wrapped around my torso. She snuggled against me and sighed blissfully, her breasts pushing against my chest. I wrapped my arms around her waist and rubbed her back as I stared at the ceiling. I unintentionally thought about yesterday, mostly the sex part. I could feel my face heating up so I quickly shook the thoughts away.
Toyotama is the last one. After her, I would've had sex with all my girls. They must be really patient to wait this long for another night.
Soon, my phone began vibrating. I checked the ID and answered it after seeing it was my uncle.
"Yes uncle?"
It took him a while to answer.
"Uncle, are you there?"
"Yeah, I'm here," he responded. His voice wasn't as enthusiastic as usual, and it gave me a bad feeling.
"What's going on? Why did you call me so early? Wait, did something happen to Chiho."
I heard him sigh. "You're gonna have to see for yourself. Come to the tower around noon; make sure you're alone. You won't have to worry about challenges today, Minaka isn't doing any today because of your operation yesterday."
"Okay, but why do you want me to come alone? Is it too personal?" I asked back.
"Just do what I said. You should be receiving something soon. You'll need that to enter the building and wander around," he replied. "I'll see you later."
Uncle hung up, as did I. I placed my phone back on the nightstand and let out a sigh. Uzume began stirring in her sleep and rose up. She rubbed her eyes and yawned while stretching, making her breasts bounce a little.
"What's with all the noise?"
I refused to tell her what uncle just said, not wanting to make her
"Morning, did you sleep well?"
She grabbed my hands and pulled me, hugging me as she sat herself in my lap.
"That was the best night I've ever had. Let's do it again sometime."
I chuckled and rubbed her hair.
"You were really something last night."
She blushed and started drawing on my chest with her finger.
"I was so happy; and I know you enjoyed every second of it. "
I kissed her head, making her move her head and pressed her lips to mine.
"I love you," she stated. She kissed me again, snaking her arms around my neck and mine around her waist. In the heat of the moment, I played with her breasts and pinned her beneath me. She held her arms out to me.
"Come to me Ren."
Two hours later, we finished our lovemaking and relaxed in the bath. I helped wash her back, but I could see the pondering look on her face.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Did you hear anything about Chiho?" She asked back. I poured water down her soapy back.
"Yeah, my uncle told me to see her around noon. He didn't say anything else except to come alone."
"You don't think anything bad happened to her do you?" She asked. I placed my hands on her shoulders and kissed her neck.
"Now Uzume, you know Chiho is in safe hands; don't start doubting everything."
I felt her muscles relax and her hand rest on top of mine.
I'm sorry; I just got a little nervous."
I held her close to me.
"It's okay; I know she's fine."
She turned her head to kiss my cheek.
"Hey, have you thought about Jason's question?"
I sighed. "Sorry, I'm still thinking. Give me until tomorrow and I'll have my answer."
She plugged the plug to drain the water.
"I'm not rushing you. I want you to really think about it, just try not to overthink things okay? I know it's sudden and I don't want you to say yes just because I want to. If you're not up to it, then we'll think of something else. Either way, I'm still going to love you."
We dried ourselves off and put on clean clothes. Uzume kissed me before walking out the room. It was now ten, meaning my other sekirei were up. I walked into the dining room where I say the girls around the table.
"Well look who finally decided to show up," Matsu spoke up. "I bet you two went another couple of rounds."
Uzume smiled happily.
"You're right about that. We just finished bathing," I said. I saw the angry frown on Tsukiumi.
"So when do I go?" Toyotama asked.
"The better question is when do we get to go again? I remember you saying we would after a certain point," Tsukiumi pointed out. I walked behind her and wrapped my arms around her.
"After Toyotama have her night, I will gladly have sex with you girls again. I was actually thinking about it earlier."
I whispered in her ear.
"You might be my first target Tsukiumi."
She blushed as I gave her breasts a light squeeze, making her gasp softly.
"Ara, ara, our darling has become even more daring. I say it's only a matter of time before we're all in bed," Kazehana said with a giggle. I took the last seat and enjoyed the breakfast Akitsu has prepared. Afterwards, I just felt like relaxing until it was time for me to head out. The girls were in the war room, which I could monitor on the seventy inch TV.
"Ren; I need to talk to you about something," Toyotama said walking towards me. I grasped her palm and pulled her to me. She straddled my waist and placed her hands on my chest.
"What's up?" I asked.
"Well, like I asked before, when am I going to get my turn?" She repeated. I caressed her cheek.
"Before I consider it, you first have to pour your heart out to me. You have to tell me why I deserve to have your virginity. Why do you think I'm worthy? And you can't just say it's because you love; it has to be deeper than that."
"But why do I have to tell you when you already know the answer?" She asked. I tapped her nose.
"Because it will be more meaningful that way; I will know that you are truly positive I deserve something so sacred."
She sighed. "This is just like you. I don't get why we have to confess when you know Ren. You know full well that we gave you our heart, body, and soul. We gave it to you not because you're our ashikabi, but because you showed us how much you love us, how much you care for us, and how much we mean to you. So why do I need to pour my heart out to you knowing that."
I cupped her cheeks.
"Because it means that I've truly made you happy. I will know that I'm doing the right things. As your love Toyotama, I need to know that you're mentally prepared for it. I may be your ashikabi and it gives me the authority to do whatever I want, but I don't want to make love to you when you're not ready. I'm not that type of person, that's why I'm doing this. So when we do have sex, we're both prepared."
She smiled as she leaned down and kissed me. We invaded each other's mouth as we continued kissing. She smiled as she placed her hands on my cheeks to deepen the kiss. Giggling, she pressed her lips back to mine after each separation. She pulled back again and whispered to me.
"Don't make me wait too long okay?"
"I'll see that you won't. So try to contain yourself a little while longer," I replied. She kissed me again.
"Then you're gonna have to be more affectionate with me. I know I'm being demanding right now, but it's only because I'm eager. I want to feel the same pleasure everyone else is feeling, but I also wish for us to be bounded with that indestructible bond. So let this be my confession to you and your worthiness."
"Do you really believe I'm worthy?' I asked. She let out an irritated groan.
"Jeez, you're difficult; yes, you are indeed worthy."
Before I could respond, she placed a finger on my lips.
"No more arguing; this conversation is over. I love you and I will never stop loving you. I know you have some things to do so I'll leave you to them, just remember what I said."
She got off me and gave me another passionate kiss. She proceeded to the war room while purposely swaying her hips. I couldn't help but stare, causing her to smile and wink at me. Once she disappeared behind the doors, I heard the doorbell ring and went to check it out, only to receive the package uncle told me about. I thanked the delivery person and sat back on the couch. Akitsu noticed and sat beside me as well. When I opened it, I found a complete suit with a tie and everything. The tie alone made me groan. There was also a note that stated, "In order to gain access, you need to wear this suit and carry around the card. Keep them with you at all times. Also, Haihane sent you something too."
I looked deeper in the box and saw a premium M.B.I access pass and a list of anime Haihane wants to see. Immediately catching my eye was the message at the bottom written in red. I smelled it; and sure enough, it was blood.
"This is my list of anime; you have a week to bring them to me. And you better remember the red if you don't want me to extract it t from you."
I laughed nervously and looked at the suit. Uncle knew me really well because the sizes were perfect, but I bet mom and auntie picked it out. Before I went to change. I took advantage of the alone time and pinned Akitsu down on the couch, surprising her. I kissed her as she moaned during it. I then kissed her neck and cheek.
"Akitsu, remember how I said would be more affection with you all?"
She nodded with a deep blush on her cheeks. I whispered in her ear.
"You will be the first."
She blushed even deeper.
"You have been waiting the longest Akitsu; and I know how patient and fair you can be. So when it's time, you will be the first person I go to; but don't tell the others."
"Yes master," she replied. I kissed her again and went to go change. The suit fit perfectly, but tie was like my archenemy. Carmen told me step by step how to correctly put it on. I thanked her and headed back downstairs. Uzume and Matsu snapped pictures like crazy, as they suddenly appeared at different places like ninjas.
"This is a nice turn of events," Matsu commented.
"Who are you, what have you done with my Ren, and how long have you been here?" Yomi asked.
I rubbed my shoulders.
"Ever since fifteen minutes ago. I'm going to see my uncle and I can only walk around with this suit on and the card given to me. I would bring you all with me, but uncle said to come alone."
Matsu handed me a briefcase she inexplicably acquired. I just looked at in ponder.
"It goes with the outfit; and I did you a favor of completing that list. It's all in here, full volumes, sets, and extras."
"Thanks Matsu; I appreciate that," I replied. She came closer and closed her eyes. Knowing what she wanted, I gave her a quick kiss and did the same with the others. Akitsu followed me to door and bid me farewell. I was surprised when I saw the giant black limo waiting for me. Someone stepped out of the car, whom happened to be Mrs. Sahashi. I got into the vehicle with her as she told the driver to drive off.
"Hello Mrs. Sahashi thanks for coming to pick me up."
I soon began blushing.
"But uh, what's with the get up?"
She was dressed in an elegant black dress and heels, showing off her nice features. I felt my blush brighten and saw her frown.
"Blame your uncle; he made me do it."
"What happened?" I asked.
"Yesterday when you brought Chiho in, we had a little celebration. Let's just say your uncle won a bet and forced me to do this."
I scratched my head.
"Oh, well, I apologize on his behalf; but if it makes you feel better, I think you look extremely beautiful."
"You're the only reason I haven't murdered your uncle. But thank you for the compliment," she said. "And please stop staring."
"Huh? Oh! I wasn't intending to," I apologized. "I'm sorry for gawking."
"It's alright. So what's with the briefcase?" She asked. I checked the contents and made sure Matsu had everything. I sighed in relief once checking it five times.
"I made a deal with Haihane. She would let me proceed and tell me the location of my uncle if I gave her the complete set of eleven of her favorite shows. In her note, she emphasized what she would do by writing a threat in blood; but since I'm a man of my word, she won't kill me."
Takami couldn't help but laugh. The rest of the trip was mostly small talk. When we arrived at the tower, Takami didn't follow and stayed in the limo. Instead, a guide took her place and escorted me through the maze. I had to flash the M.B.I card to avoid any trouble. On the way to meet my uncle, Haihane literally ran into me and tackled me to the ground.
"Did you do it? Did you do it? Where are they?" She interrogated. I held up the briefcase, causing her to scream and snatch it away.
"Wait a minute."
She went through the case at least four more times before jumping off me, hugging the case tightly.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you."
She ran off delightedly as I sweat dropped and stood back up. The guide simply laughed at me while continuing to escort me. We arrived at the same area I relinquished Chiho and met up with my Uncle Clyde.
"I see you finally made it," he said.
"Is she okay? What happened?" I asked. She looked the other way and sighed.
"I've got good news, bad news, and wonderful news. Which do you want to hear first?"
"Good news," I said immediately. He then grinned ear to ear.
"The good news is that there no bad news."
"What?" I said. He suddenly burst out laughing and opened the door. We walked in and saw Chiho sound asleep. She had a smile across her lips and looked as though she didn't have a care in the world.
"The wonderful news is that the operation was a complete success. Chiho is virus free and healthier than anything you can think of," Uncle informed me.
"Why?" I asked softly enough for him to hear me. He started laughing again.
"I just had to; I wondered to play a little prank on you, and boy did it work."
I tightened my fists and gritted my teeth as he continued laughing. I looked at with livid eyes and summoned my inner hydra; however, he was completely unfazed by it.
"Ren; I work with Takehito and adjust the Discipline Squad. Do you honestly think your beast can scare me?"
Everyone up and within range cowered in fear, but uncle just stared at me with his signature smile.
"I apologize for making you misunderstand. I can guarantee that she is one hundred percent healthy. She was so relieved that she just slept."
I calmed my beast down and relaxed my shoulders.
"That's a relief; you nearly gave me a heart attack," I said.
"Again, I apologize for scaring you like that. So what are you going to do with her?" Uncle asked.
"Honestly, I don't know. Uzume wants to adopt her, but I don't know. I don't know if I'm fit to be a father."
He patted my shoulder. "That's all part of growing up. It's not whether you think you can or think you can't, but whether or not you have the right skills. It takes the right attributes to be a father; and Ren; I can list a lot about you. I believe you have what it takes to be a great father, but you have to decide what your next step will be."
"I see what you mean," I responded. He released my shoulder.
"She can leave tomorrow; we want her to get as much rest as possible before releasing her. Sadly, I have some important matters to attend to so I'll leave you alone to think. I suggest you come up with an answer quickly; and let me know when you're about to leave."
I nodded and watched him leave. Going to one of the chairs, I sat down and watched Chiho sleep. Soon, she mumbled, "Mom, Dad; don't leave me, please."
My mouth practically hit the floor as a gasp came out. Her mumble made me think about the million-dollar question, but I was still conflicted. Suddenly, I heard footsteps rushing this way and looked at the door, only to see Jason in a suit as well, panting.
"How is she?"
"She's cured. The operation was successful; she can now live without fear," I told him. He sat in the chair next to me.
"That's great to hear; your uncle scared the hell out of me."
"He did the same with me too. He's also not affected by our demons so don't try it," I replied. "By the way, how did you get here?"
He quickly turned red, telling me he received the same greeting.
"I was picked up by Takami."
"You saw her in that outfit didn't you?" I asked. He nodded.
"I would be lying if I didn't find it attractive. I couldn't stop staring really."
"I'm just glad she didn't kill my uncle for it," I pointed out. He laughed at that one. Pretty soon, it got silent.
"Have you finished thinking of my question?" He spoke up.
"I'm still debating. Uzume says yes, but I'm still thinking," I responded.
"I see. It's a tough choice I know," he sympathized.
"Why don't you take her in?" I suggested. He burst out laughing again.
"I'm probably the worst candidate. No actually scratch that; Seo would be the worst. Anyway, Chiho only sees me as an older brother, and I as a younger sister. While she still is affectionate towards me, we set our relationship to a close sibling bond, much like the bond between Ku and me. And there's no way I can parent her, even though Ikki is my fiancé. Besides, you're a much better choice so it's only right for you to do it. I will stick with the close sibling thing; I like that better for me."
I sighed. "I still have to think about it. I told Uzume I would give her my answer tomorrow."
He nodded and looked at his phone.
"I have to go. I told my girls I would take them out today since there aren't any matches today."
He got up and went to kiss Chiho's forehead. We bumped fists, and he walked out. Pretty soon, Chiho awake from her slumber with a loud yawn. She rubbed her eyes and finally noticed me. Chiho smiled happily and jumped out of bed, rushing to hug me.
"Ren, you're here."
I returned her hug.
"Of course I would come. Uzume would be here too, but my uncle told me to come alone. I'm glad the procedure was an attainment."
She sat down on the bed.
"I'm really happy about it too. Now I can finally explore the outside world like I want to."
I chuckled. "My uncle said you can leave tomorrow so you'll have plenty of time to explore, but for now, I want you to get as much rest as possible. Take advantage of your healthiness and get lots of rest."
She nodded and gave me one last hug before tucking herself in. I kissed her forehead and walked out the room, shutting the door behind me. I let my uncle know I was leaving, and he gave me an unexpected surprise. He smiled as I stared at the long black limo with Zonin written in white.
"Is this?"
"Yep, all yours; and here's the best part," he said. On cue, a female chauffer exited the limo and approached us.
"You have your own driver, just call her up when you need to go long distances and she'll take you there. I gave Jason one too; his driver happens to be this one's twin sister."
The driver bowed. "Hello, my name is Stephanie; I am at your service."
"Uh, hello; I'm Ren. Nice to meet you Stephanie," I greeted back. After getting more info from uncle, I bid him farewell and entered the limo. I was still surprised by the entire thing, but Stephanie managed to make the ride enjoyable. She's a nice girl, but I don't want to know what my girls would think about her. On the way home, I stopped by a few places to do some errands, having to deal with the stares of other civilians. I did have Stephanie accompany me because of how petite she looks and I didn't want people to take advantage of that. After finishing what I intended, Stephanie drove me home. I paid her for a job well done and bid her farewell.
"Girls, I'm back," I stated entering the house. Next thing I know, I was currently living the dream. All eight of my sekirei greeted me in nothing but aprons. I could feel the heat on my face rising to dangerous levels; it's was just something about them made them more enticing.
"Hello darling, welcome back," the girls greeted. My only response was to nod my head.
"How was your day?"
"Eventful," I answered. "Very eventful."
"How is Chiho?" Uzume asked.
"She is fine," I replied with wandering eyes. "The operation was a success and she is now cured. Uncle Clyde told me that can leave tomorrow."
"That's great," she stated happily. I didn't say anything; else, I'll risk starting a war. I gulped a little, but thought of a workaround.
"So, how's the planning for the beach coming?"
"Ah, we need to go over that with you. We need your opinion on some things, like set times for you to be with us and transportation," Yomi spoke up.
"I can get us transportation," I said, thinking to Stephanie.
"Great, now we need to pick times for you to be with us," Matsu said.
"How long do you plan on being there?" I asked.
"We forgot to mention that it's a special resort for sekirei and ashikabi. It has a beach and a very nice bathhouse. Everything we need to have fun is there," Toyotama answered.
"As for duration, we agreed on a three day, three night thing. So that gives us seventy hours," Matsu added. "And if there are any matches that we're fighting in, don't worry about it because the resort is actually close by. We can still head back after matches."
"Okay, so since we're staying for seventy-hours, that gives me nine hours total and three per day to spend with you all. That's the only way I can get to all of you," I mathematically said.
"I can't wait," a happy Musubi cheered.
"We must first plan out our swimwear," Tsukiumi point out. They all gave me a kiss hello and left to prepare. I just chuckled as I returned to my thoughts. The rest of the day was just preparation, mostly them seducing me with swimsuits. We decided to bring Chiho and Jason along with his sekirei with us. Other than that, it was a test to see if I could control myself; and so far, I'm losing. I did outlast the show since it was nighttime; but the girls kept it going by wearing really bold lingerie to bed and slept beside me.
The next morning, I greeted the girls with kisses and began preparing for my trip to see Chiho. Kazehana packed my briefcase, telling me we really resemble husband and wife. Well as her husband, I kissed her goodbye and saw Stephanie pull up, much to the surprise of the girls.
"Told you I had transportation," I said before entering the limo. During the trip to the tower, I acquainted myself with the driver a little better. I asked her to wait for me to get Chiho and proceeded into the building. The time was ticking and I still couldn't make up my mind. I already memorized the location and the directions so I didn't need a guide, mostly because some were scared. I stopped at Chiho's room and took a deep breath.
This is it; but I still can't decide. Why is it so hard for me to make up my mind?
I opened the door and the first thing I see is Chiho wearing a long white dress with a hat over her head and a pair of white gloves over her hands. She got off the bed and showed me her new outfit.
"What do you think? Does it look good on me?"
I couldn't help but smile.
"Yeah, it really does. You look so cute in it."
She giggled. "Thanks Ren."
I bit my lip a little and took another deep breath.
"Father," I said.
"Huh?" She said blinking at me with a confused a face. I reached into my case and pulled out a certificate. She gasped as she saw it was one of adoption.
"Ren; I," she whispered.
"It's father now. By this certificate, you are no longer Chiho Hidaka, but now Chiho Zonin. Along with Uzume and my signature, you are now our daughter. You will live with us and will get to meet more of your new family," I explained to her. She soon broke into tears and ran into my chest, sobbing quiet but happily.
"Is this really happening?"
I rubbed the back of her head.
"It is. I got all the paper work done yesterday after leaving. I had to think really hard about this, but I finally made up my mind. I will adopt you and make you my daughter with Uzume being your mother. It was Jason who first brought the question up, and I've been thinking about it ever since."
"Thank you," she responded. "Thank you, father."
I smiled and continued our embrace.
"Hey no hug for the great uncle?" Uncle Clyde asked suddenly appearing. Chiho looked up at me nodding and gave her now great uncle a hug as well.
"Welcome to the family Chiho; you have a great father now. I know you'll be taken great care of; just don't walk in on your parents at night."
Chiho quickly turned red.
"Uncle!" I yelled.
"What? I know for a fact that you and Uzume had sex the night you brought Chiho here," he retorted. It was my turn to blush.
"That was my reward Uzume said."
"And you enjoyed every second of it. Now all that leaves is Toyotama," he reminded me. He released his embrace on the still red Chiho.
"I know what goes on at your house, just remember that; and I've been filling your parents and auntie in. There have been some stories we're telling."
"Yeah and that worries me," I responded. He laughed.
"Don't worry; I don't go into details. I just let them know who you're banging."
Chiho had to giggle that time.
"Don't encourage him," I scolded her.
"And that's my accomplishment of the day. Yesterday I had to avoid Takami from murdering me. She almost had me, but I know this place better than anyone does, even better than Minaka; I can't be trapped, unless someone sneaks up on me," uncle responded. "Kidding aside, I'll talk to you later Ren. Have fun being a father; and Chiho, I hope you like your new family. We'll always be there if you need any help, but with Ren here, you might not need it."
"Bye great uncle," she replied. He chuckled and left the room.
"Shall we head home too?" I asked.
"Mm-hmm, I can't wait to see mom," Chiho replied with an ecstatic smile. We made our way back to the limo, but Haihane tackled me again with repetitive thank you. She disappeared as quickly as she arrived. Chiho just laughed at me as we progressed forward. She was completely shocked at seeing the limo. I apologized to Stephanie for taking so long, but she didn't mind. On the trip back home, Chiho and Stephanie hit it off very quickly, and I just smiled at the two. We arrived home, where I paid Stephanie for her assistance. I helped Chiho out the limo, hearing a loud gasp escape her mouth at her new house.
"This is your new home. I know; it's beautiful. So, ready to meet the others?" I asked. She gave a nervous nod.
"Then let's go."
I let her walk inside first, causing her to look in awe at the décor. She slowly walked further in, unaware of the residents and guests, whom burst out from their hiding places and yelled, "Surprise!"
Lights flashed on and confetti escalated down. My sekirei, Jason, and his sekirei all jumped out, pretty much scaring the hell out of Chiho. The house was completely decorated with balloons, streamers, and other décor. There was a big banner that read, "Welcome to the Family Chiho."
Uzume approached us and gave her new daughter a tight hug. Chiho hugged her mother back as they both smiled happily.
"Welcome home Chiho," Uzume said.
"Thanks mom," Chiho replied. Her mother laughed softly as Jason walked over. Chiho wrapped her arms around him too, giving him a hug.
"Nice to see you safe and sound," he said.
"I'm glad to see you too," she replied. Jason looked at his seven jealous sekirei.
"Like I told you, we only have a close sibling relationship. Siblings can hug each other."
Chiho backed him up by walking to his sekirei.
"Please don't misunderstand; we are not in that type of relationship. I assure you that I only see Jason as an older brother."
"Told you," said big brother spoke up. His sekirei apologized for jumping to conclusions. Chiho then spoke to her aunties next.
"She has a lot of aunties," I said.
"How did you figure that relation?" Jason asked.
"They are all my wife, but they are also Uzume's sisters. Chiho is Uzume's daughter so that makes the others her aunties," I explained. Speaking of family,
"Chiho, come here for a bit."
"Yes?"
I took out my phone.
"Okay, I'm going to call your grandparents and I want you to speak with them; however, don't mention anything about you being their granddaughter or being my daughter."
"Okay."
I dialed their number and waited for them to pick up.
"Hey Ren, how's it going?" Dad asked.
"Going great, is mom there with you? I have someone you two need to speak with," I replied.
"Yeah, she's here; who is it?" he asked.
"Just talk to her," I repeated. I handed Chiho the phone and watched her speak.
"Hello, my name is Chiho. He just told me to speak with you. No, nothing's wrong; I am not a sekirei. Okay then, nice speaking with you."
She handed me back the phone.
"So, did you like speaking to her?"
"Yeah, but who is she?" Mom asked. My lips curled into a smile.
"That was your new granddaughter."
I immediately put the phone on speaker mode and silently counted from three. As soon as I hit one,
"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" My mom squealed in pure contentment. All of us covered our ears.
"Ren, are you serious?"
"Yep, your granddaughter, parented by me and Uzume," I said. "Thing us though, we adopted her."
"Who cares? I'm finally a grandmother. Oh, I can't wait to tell Amaryllis and your brothers. But first, send me a picture of her," she stated. Uzume was already on it as she snapped a pic, and I sent it to my parents.
"Oh, she's a cute girl isn't she?"
Chiho blushed slightly after hearing that compliment.
"Well Chiho, welcome to the family," Dad announced.
"Yes, we're happy to have you. Don't be a stranger and talk to us sometime. We'll always help you if you need anything," Mom said.
"Thank you," her new granddaughter replied. After the whole greeting, Akitsu showed Chiho around the house while I worked my magic and started preparing something extra. Next thing I hear are the others going over beach plans and then going to the pool, in which Yomi had to share outfits with Chiho since she is around the same size and build, which made Yomi self-conscious about her body, but I got rid of that lie.
"Hm, I'm better than I thought at this, maybe I was worried for nothing," I said aloud.
"Why are you talking to yourself?" Someone asked. I turned to face them, only to turn red at Uzume in her revealing swimsuit.
"No reason, I was just thinking out loud."
She giggled at my flushed face and walked to me. We shared a quick kiss.
"I want you to know how grateful I am for you adopting Chiho. I understand that you're nervous about the whole thing and so am I really, but we're looking after her together. We're here together and will raise her together."
She placed her hands on my cheeks.
"We're in this together, for now, and forever."
"Hm, yeah; we're in this together," I repeated with a smile. She giggled and wrapped her arms around her neck, giving me another kiss.
"Gather everyone in the backyard okay?"
She nodded and left to her task. I finished preparing my product and cleaned up my mess. I carried it outside to the others, causing Chiho to gasp at the giant cake in my hands that read, "For my new daughter Chiho."
I set it on the table.
"Chiho; I prepared this cake just for the occasion; to welcome you into the family. We'll take good care of you and love you as though you're truly our own; I don't care that you're not our blood child."
Uzume wrapped her in tight hug.
"No matter what, we'll always love you."
"Thank you guys; this means so much to me. Thank you so much," Chiho replied returning her mother's hug. Uzume beckoned me over for a family group hug, which caused Matsu to snap a picture and send it to my mom. The rest of the time, we engaged in water festivities that Tsukiumi dominated in, but met her match at the single numbers and myself. Later on, we watched the starry night sky like before, seeing a lot more stars in the sky.
"This has been a very eventful day," Uzume said.
"Yes, but do you know what would make it all better?" Ikki asked. The girls, except Chiho, turned to us ashikabi.
"You want us to sing don't you?" I asked.
"Yep," they replied. Chiho gave us a questionable look.
"You guys sing?"
Jason scratched the back of his head.
"Apparently so, the girls like it so much that we do it on every special occasion. I guess this calls for one. Ren, you're the music guy so what do you have this time?"
I was already looking at the list as I thought of the perfect song for the topic. Luckily, I found one that went perfectly; and another song just in case we need to do an encore. I showed my partner the songs and he quickly hopped up to begin.
"Alright, let's do this."
I first turned to Matsu.
"Go ahead and call them; I know you want to."
She giggled and pulled her phone out. I asked Carmen to set up the stage and prepare the first song.

The song began to play, immediately sparking the first start.

Long ass guitar solo plays as my partner and I stare at the happy and surprised face of my daughter.
"And though the ones I face are strong, I'll leap into this fight head on. I will carry on, whoa, whoaaaaaaa!"

The music fades out and comes to an end. The crowd erupted to cheer for a job well done. This time, they didn't request an encore. Chiho did speak to her uncles as they commented on the song. After more welcoming Chiho to the family, Jason and his sekirei decided to head back to the inn. Chiho gave him a hug goodbye and waved goodbye. Later that night, both Uzume and Chiho requested that the three of us sleep in the same bed as one big family. I couldn't find it in myself to say no so the three of us sat in the same bed.
"Thanks you two; this has been the best day of my life," Chiho stated. Uzume hugged for about the millionth time.
"We're glad you're happy Chiho. This has been a great day for us too. Now we really are one big happy family."
She kissed her head.
"I love you mom and dad," Chiho announced. Uzume giggled as I wrapped my girls in my own embrace.
"We love you too Chiho," we responded. She didn't reply for she was already fast asleep. Uzume wiggled out of my arms and planted her lips onto mine.
"I love you Ren."
"I love you too Uzume," I stated. After another kiss, we followed our daughter's lead and fell asleep; waiting for what life now has in store for us.
A/N: And here you go everyone, the results of the polls. For Jason x Chiho, it was 4 yes and 6 no. The results for adopting Chiho were 9 yes and 0 no.
