Tomboysparkman007: Hey guys, I'm so so so sorry about how long this story has taken to even get updated. It's been years guys and I really really apologise. I know this isn't much of an excuse but I have been through hell these past few years. From losing everything to finally finding somewhere I can finally call home with someone I love. I am surprised I kept my sanity...ish. I have thought about this story in those years of course, but I never knew how to go about writing it. When I look through the way it is written now it doesn't sound like me anymore. My writing has gotten so much more darker. With darker plots and what not. So I really wanted nothing more than to fully rewrite this story but I might as well do it justice and finish it right? Plus, I am up to date with the manga that was recently released... I really wanted this story to go from there but that doesn't look like it's happening. I might just do another RhodexAllen fanfic.

Rhode: ... U keep promising me this and I have waited over six years... SIX freaking years! *starts daring candles towards Tomboysparkman*

Tomboysparkman: *Misses a candle* Hey! Watch it! *Misses another* I swear to god I can make it up to you! *Misses three more* U can have you way with Allen! *candles stop flying* Y-Yeah... I'll switch up the rating to M. U know what that means right? U can have Allen!

Rhode: *grins fiendishly* this. Is. Why you're awesome! *hugs*

Allen: *activates innocence* Since when did I become a toy to you Midget?

Tomboysparkman: Since Rhode wished it to be so... So a note to my dearest readers who are still with me after all these years. I'm sorry guys. I'm going to try my hardest to finish this story now. It does have a very special place in my heart for some reason. It's the one story I am returning to after all these years. U guys are more than welcome to give me suggestions. I'm going to have to change a few things up anyway. Plus... If your mad you can ask Allen here to beat me up next chapter. He might if he gets enough requests to do so. So yeah... On with the story.

The buried memory

"Rhode," I screamed, racing towards the Noah who hit the floor hard. I grabbed her, my arms wrapping protectively around her shoulders as I perched her up against my lap. "Hey Rhode, what's wrong? U alright?... Rhode? Love? Get up! Please!" I shook her desperately.

I didn't know what to do. What the hell is going on? Why did she lose control like that? So many questions and yet what frustrated me the most was that I had no answer to any of them. Had I known even one answer I would have been able to help her in some way right. Tears started to threaten to fall from my eyes. I could feel a lump forming in my throat the size of a baseball while fearing the worse. My body began to shake uncontrollably as my grip around my love tightened... I was so helpless... I couldn't do anything.

Suddenly Rhode's body began to glow and her eyes slowly opened. A small painful smile fell onto her lips as panic struck my body. What the hell? Slowly, I took her free fragile small hand in mine and intertwined my fingers around hers.

"I love you," I whispered as a single tear cascaded down my cheek "Please don't leave me..."

Rhodes smile grew as I said that.

"I'm not leaving you Allen," She whispered back as she untangled her hand free from mine, and placed it on my face, wiping away the single tear "Never thought I'd see you cry Allen," she teased me. A small chuckle escaped my lips at that. How did she have the power to do that? To make things seem as if they were normal. She was a strong woman, I'll give her that. "I'm remembering Allen... There's a secret hidden here ... One that even I don't know about. One that has to do with my Noah's memories... And probably your too."

"But I thought all the Noah memories were restored to the Noah when they awaken," I retort as I watched the golden glow around her brighten. It was becoming blinding to the point where I had to squint to see "Rhode, what the hell is all this? what is happening?" The panic in my voice was evident to her, to which she only smiled painfully.

"I think I am reacting to you," she responded softly. Her body was starting to dissipate into golden dust particles and the panic that was evident was now at full blast. I was clutching onto Rhode for dear life. She was whittling away from me "Rhode! What the fuck is going on? What the hell do you mean you're reacting to me?" Her body was slowly being lifted away from me now as if she was a light feather being swept away by the wind in slow mo.

I immediately scrambled to my feet and started reaching out to Rhode desperately. "No, Rhode! don't leave me!"

Rhode's POV

My eyes slowly fluttered open and I found that my vision was somewhat blurry. There was a heavy sensation at the back of my head spreading to the front. It felt like I had been hit in the head with a hammer! Groaning, I slowly got myself to sit up and try and figure out where I was. I perched myself against a lamp post and found that I was sitting in the middle of the pavement in a very murky dull town. There was something very bizarre about this town, it felt familiar and yet different at the same time. A Horse drawn cart was making its way down the narrow road towards me. There was a man sitting at the front controlling the horses with the reigns. He seemed to be in a hurry. His features seemed somewhat panicked with his body tense with fear. The man was good looking. He had dark brown hair pulled back in a short pony tail with a fringe swept to the side just above his eyes. A gray vest was fitted perfectly on his slim body with a white collared shirt underneath. The sleeves of the white shirt were rolled up to his elbows while his black coat hung over his lap covering his black trousers that were tucked into his boots. The brunette seemed to be in his late twenties. The man swung at the reigns again, making the horses move faster. There was something very familiar about him. Especially his eyes... They were a light gray in colour and very focused. As I was thinking about this predicament the man and his horses drove past me. I cocked my head in the direction he was heading in. Maybe I should follow him? There was his constant nagging in the back of my head that kept telling me to follow this man.

Allen's POV

I groaned loudly. What the hell happened to me? I opened my eyes to find that I was lying on the floor in the middle of what looked like a market. No one seemed to take much notice of me lying there. They just went about their usual business like there was no one there to begin with anyway. I slowly scrambled to my feet and dusted myself off before focusing on finding out where the hell I was. More importantly I needed to find Rhode...

I looked around for any sign post that would give me any indication as to where I was. Unfortunately none was found, for now. It didn't help that I was in a crowded area with people rushing from stall to stall, buying their groceries and what not. My stomach grumbled loudly at the thought. I sighed. Seriously, hungry at a time like this? I think I will pass. First things first, I needed to find Rhode, to know that I would at least need to know where in the world I was.

The area was bustling with people and little children running around, trying not to stray too far away from their parents. I walked down the market observing the children running around and trying to see if I could find any sign posts. After walking down the market stalls I eventually give in and wander up to a woman standing there with a child. She was dressed in a blue dress that puffed out at the bottom with frills and had a small hat covering most of her head. Her little girl was dressed in the same sort of attire as her mother, but she was grabbing the hem of her mother's dress clearly trying to make her mother follow her.

"Excuse me, Miss," I interject, trying to get her attention "could you tell me the name of this town? I'm kind of lost and I don't really know where I am right now..."

To my surprise the woman says nothing. Her body does not even give me any indication that she even heard me or saw me. Worse part of this is that it was the same for her kid. The little girl didn't stop to look at me or even give an indication that someone was there trying to talk to her mother. I cocked my head to the side. What the hell is going on here? I know for a fact that they weren't doing this out of rudeness. It felt like they couldn't even see me. Like they looked right past me. Just to confirm my theory, I started waving my hand in front of the woman's face. No reaction. She just kept telling her child to just stop pestering her. While the little girl kept tugging at her mother to come with her. I frowned. Then suddenly without warning, I started waving my arms around and running around the market, trying to attract some attention. Guess what, no reaction again! So I guess it's safe to assume that where ever I was no one was actually going to see me. This certainly made things a hell of a lot more difficult, that was for sure. I lift the fingers of left hand onto my temple and squeeze exasperatedly as I glared out at the town. A headache was starting to form out of desperation and aggravation. I was lost. I didn't know where I was nor could I find out by asking. And I had no idea if Rhode was okay or not. Just fucking brilliant.

I started down the market again, this time with a much faster pace that was set by my evident desperation to find Rhode. I needed to find some clue as what was going on and as to why I could not interact with people. As I trudged down the market I came to an opening where little children were huddling around something. I was about to just leave and keep searching when a little girl with a blue dress caught my eye. It was the little kid from before. The was running towards the huddled children with an excited grin on her face, her long curly blond hair bouncing behind her.

I looked over and saw someone prancing around in the middle of the crowd. I couldn't make out the person from where I was standing so I turned on my heel and began walking towards the bunch of huddled kids. A sudden heavy sensation started to kick into the middle of my chest. It felt as if my heart was being squeezed by heavy chains or something. I could feel it getting heavier and heavier with each step I took towards the huddled crowd of children and the figure who was surrounded by them. I clenched my chest with my left hand and winced, immediately coming to a halt in my tracks. It was starting to get painful.

'Allen' an echoing voice suddenly spoke out from the blue. Immediately, my head snapped up, ignoring the pain. My eyes darted from left to right trying desperately to find the source of the voice. It was soft. But not in a good way. There was something menacing about the voice and worse part was that it was very familiar. Yet I could not place where I had heard it before. It made my skin crawl.

'All-lle-een' This time it was in a sing song manner. The voice started to cackle and laugh. A small shudder ran down my spine. It couldn't be...

I ignored the sensation and familiarity, and started to move towards the crowd again, this time with a sense of apprehension behind my every step. Once I reached the crowed I focused my eyes to find that the children were watching a clown perform. He was in the usual outfits that clowns like to rock. The bright coloured baggy trousers with a matching baggy top that seemed to swallow the guy. His face make up was different though. In fact there didn't seem to be any make up at all. The man had dark brownish skin with small lips and the rest of his face was covered by a mask that was way too familiar. It looked so much like my crown clown mask. He had dark brown hair that was short and kept in an unruly state with his fringe in his face, parted to the side. He was juggling some objects while balancing on top of a ball. The feeling in my chest had intensified tenfold and I felt somewhat exhausted as well. Thankfully the voice had stopped. Why was I feeling like this? What was it? Last time I felt this I was scared for my friends at the order... was it fear? No way... But there was no reason for me to be scared.

While I was wrapped up in my thoughts the man had finished his performance and was now bowing to the audience with a small smirk evident on his face. The crowd was clapping and the children ran up to him with the money they got off their parents and put it in what looked like a flattened hat.

"Thank you, folks. You're all to kind," He announced and the crowd, having heard their cue to leave, began to dissipate, going back to their usual business. The man smiled again and started to pack his things away.

He put away the money he had earned into what looked like a tattered old bag.

"Man, that was one hell of a show," he sighed as he took off his oversized clothes to reveal his usual clothes underneath them. He wore a white shirt with a red ribbon around his collar and back trousers. He packed his clown stuff into a small suitcase and shrugged into a brown trench coat, "I'm going to be aching after that one. Oops, can't forget about this now can I? let's put ya back." The man began to take of the mask covering his face and my breath immediately caught in my throat as I watched him in a mix of fear and anger. My eyes were immediately drawn to the stigmata across his forehead when he combed his fingers through his hair and his bright yellow eyes.

It was the Noah of destruction. The fourteenth. Also known as Neah...

Tomboy: Hey guys sorry for the shortness of this chapter. Still trying to work the original story about the 14th into this but it does not fully seem possible. If you have any ideas let me know. Or even if you think I should incorporate original story about the 14th into this let me know too. Please do review guys and let me know what you think. Would very much appreciate it. Even if it is to say 'where the hell have ya been tomboy?' Also, suggestions are always welcome. Now more so than ever. I need ideas. And suggestions stimulate ideas for me.

Allen: Personally I would review and ask her to stop putting me through shit in her story. She's got hell planned for me. I can see it in her eyes guys. Help me out here *smiles sweetly at readers like a gentleman*
