It's been a while, hasn't it? Well there went my schedule ahah. But I've been absent from Fanfiction in general. I didn't upload, go on forums, or read fanfictions. I just like...LEFT.
Well I'm back people, so I can write for all of you. I've been very happy with the favors and the favorite author. I literally cried when I saw how many views and likes this story got. I am running out of inspiration, but since you guys like dis story very much, I don't want to disappoint y'all. I still haven't finished Mapleshade's Story, because the first chapter is like literally 2000 words and I want to make it brilliant. And, somehow my documents for Rainstorm's Love and Mapleshade's Story were deleted, and you don't even realize how pissed off I was at that. So, here ya go. Hope you likey, so you can favor me a likey :))) I've been writing this listening to Wizard101 - Wintertusk Nordilund Music. You can listen to it here:

It's been days as the four Clans have been walking. Stormfall was growing heavier every day, begging Winterstar daily to stop and rest. Breezeclaw started to hate Winterstar more every single day; as she refused Stormfall's begging for a rest. Winterstar yelled at her warriors frequently, hissing at her warriors and apprentices to keep up. Furzestar and Yellowstar were more gentle, murmuring encouragement to Winterstar's cats as well as their own.
Icepaw helped young Dustpaw walk, as Dustpaw was having trouble with. The cats didn't have as many injuries now, but about thirteen cats have died. Before they left, they buried them in the dust and remains of the ash-burned forest. Stormheart was padding beside young Rainstorm who now trotted easily beside him. Rainstorm was getting plump and well-fed. She was in the mood to play games once again, and hopped aside, helping kits pad up after their mothers.
"Rainstorm, how are you feeling?" Stormheart asks, his tail twitching.
"I'm fine. I'm just hungry..We haven't ate for a few hours." She murmurs, her belly growling.
"Lets ask if we can stop," Stormheart trotted ahead, heading toward Winterstar.
"No, don't!" Rainstorm whispers, but he was too far to hear her. "I'm fine!"
Stormheart padded beside the snowy-white cat, her blue eyes fixating on something in the distance.
"Winterstar, Rainstorm is hungry as well as I as many other cats too. Can we stop and eat, maybe a drink and some rest also? We're starving." Stormheart tells the StormClan leader. "Shut up," Winterstar hisses, her tail lashing. "We shall keep going until I say we are stopping," she snarls at Stormheart. Yellowstar and Furzestar and Hailstar pads up to her, their fur ruffled with frustration. "Winterstar, stop. We have to rest," Hailstar insists. "Just for an hour or two, then we'll keep going."
Winterstar stared back at the cats, her icy blue gazes stares at all the cats, her fur ruffled.
Silvermist and Blacknight were limping both, but talking quietly as if to keep their spirits high. Parched mouths, hot fur, and hungry bellies.
"We shall stop for now." Winterstar's yowl rang throughout the long group of cats. Exhausted and relieved murmurs evacuated from all of the group, as they all fell off their paws and lay down, panting and resting in the cool grass. Winterstar curled her lip and stalks away. The leaders exchanged an amused glance, and padded toward their cats. Cats split up in groups thanks to the four deputies, where they mixed cats from all Clans went on hunting patrols, while many rested and gathered moss of water from a nearby river that they luckily managed to find.
Cats were hunched, drinking thirstily from the moss, licking their noses and jaws. Stormheart left on a patrol with Thunderheart and four other MoorClan and StormClan cats. He didn't prefer going with Thunderheart anywhere, but he had no choice. He wanted to hunt for himself and Rainstorm, knowing she probably had the energy to leap about and run around, but not hunting.
Rainstorm was laying down in the shade of a willow, when she sees a shaded figure hardly padding, more like limping coming toward them. Rainstorm faintly recognized it, but then from the eyes, she realized immediately. She never seen such beautiful green eyes. "Shadowflight!" yowls Rainstorm. "It's him!" Rainstorm gets to her paws, and gallops toward her best friend. "It's Talon!" She says excitedly, hopping around Shadowflight.
"Where?!" Shadowflight's head shot up in the air. "Oh my ForestClan!" she screeches excitedly. Rainstorm and Shadowflight ran up to him. Talon was hurt, his paw bloody and his claw was ripped off. His fur was full of dust and soot, his tongue looked parched, and his ear full of nicks with blood.
"It's Rainstorm," he smiles.
"And Shadowflight!" he purrs, seeing the two she-cats that he healed before. "After the forest burned down, I was running out of it. A tree fell on me, and I was knocked unconscious. But when I woke up, I managed to struggle from under the fallen tree. It was all dusty and I could hardly breathe," he struggled for gasps of air. "I searched for you all, hearing there are Clans in the forest. But after the fire, I seen a giant clearing, but none of you. Scents, ton of scents. But no cats. I followed all of you here..Because I had no home..No more purpose." Talon says, closing his eyes.
"Here, it's our turn to help you, Shadowflight, go tell one of the leaders about Talon." Rainstorm helped Talon limp toward the willow, where he lay down. Rainstorm brought him moss, and asked a medicine cat to tend to him. She was tired herself, but in the distance, she saw Stormheart pad toward her with the patrol. They were holding tons of prey.
"It's full of prey here!" He purrs padding toward her, dropping three birds at her paws.
"Wow," Rainstorm's eyes widened. "You caught all of these?" she asks, her eyes begging to take a bite. He licked her forehead, showing that she can eat. Rainstorm dug into the food, eating a whole bird and a half, asking if Stormheart wanted to eat. He nods and eats as well, the other half. He licked his lips, purring. "Mmm. This is the life," he stretches beside her. Rainstorm purrs, and licked his nose. She told him the story of how Talon came.
"Wow, he came that far?" he asks, amazed.
"Yeah." Rainstorm murmurs, and curled herself in a ball, and her breathing eased as she went to sleep.
'The lion roared, the glory faded. The storm raged, it's rain falling down painfully on the leaves, and the talon of an owl sharpened and ready for the war to come...'
Rainstorm felt the words in her mind. She ran away, feeling it grow louder. Rainstorm found herself in a meadow, lavender, hibiscus, sunflowers, and meadow flowers dance in the wind. The sky was a dark shade of purple, clouds boomed overhead, but Rainstorm ignored it. She closes her eyes as the storm started. Rain poured down on her fur. She closed her eyes and thought.
I'm at ease. Nothing will kill me. I'm not in danger. I have what I want. Friends. Family. An amazing cat that cares for me...I'm lucky. Just. Lucky.
