I'm glad that everywhere enjoyed the last chapter; it didn't have as much drama as I wanted it to be, so I hope you forgive me for that. On another note, I have almost reached 200 reviews, 100 followers, and 100 hundred favorites; I hope I can reach that milestone soon so keep doing what you're doing. Anyway, now I am going back to Ren's point of view so I hope you all enjoy. Also, if anyone is interested, I did this with my Evolution story so maybe I'll have better luck with this one, but I would like anyone to draw Ren, Kai, and or Jason. Chapter 59: Recruitment
I woke up to the bright light hitting my eye. Slowly, I opened my eyes and mumbled, seeing the ceiling of my room. I sat up and stretched out with a groan. I scratched my head, enjoying the serenity and peacefulness. That's when I heard a light snore coming from beside me. I turned my head and smiled at the sleeping blonde resting peacefully beside me. Upon further inspection, I found that her entire torso was exposed, revealing her porcelain skin and luscious breasts. I felt a blush crept onto my cheeks as I watched Tsukiumi sleep soundly. She shifted on her back, causing her breasts to sway.
She mumbled softly. "My husband."
I blinked at her before snickering.
"That's right; I'm her faithful knight apparently," I rubbed my chin and thought of an idea. "Hmm, a little teasing won't hurt."
I leaned down and kissed her forehead. I then whispered in her ear, "Beauteous Princess Tsukiumi, please open thy eyes and graze your knight with your beautiful eyes."
She immediately started blushing, making me snicker more. Tsukiumi's eyes fluttered opened and looked at me. Her blush brightened intensely, in which I smiled again.
"Good morning my princess; did thee sleep well?"
She sat up with her cheeks still red and avoided my gaze. She noticed her naked body and quickly covered up.
"Good morning my husband; I slept well thank you. How about you?"
I wrapped my arms around her waist and hugged her.
"I slept great; you definitely had fun last night."
She blushed even brighter. "I mean with all that moaning and begging you did, I'm surprised the soundproof walls didn't carry the sound."
She whipped her head around and glared at me with her face as red as a tomato. I chuckled again as she began hitting my chest.
"I'll have thee know that tis you that were the beast in last night's lovemaking."
"Ah yes; however, I'm positive it was you who begged me to do it harder," I retorted. Tsukiumi continued hitting my chest until I blocked her fists. I chuckled again and gave her a kiss on the lips.
"I'm just teasing you Tsukiumi; it was an unpassable opportunity."
I pulled her into a hug, feeling her breasts push against my chest.
"Thee knows better than to toy with a maiden's heart," Tsukiumi scolded.
"Yeah, I know better; but I'm not going to learn," I laughed. She lifted her head and pouted at me. "Aw, don't give me that look; it's normal for a husband and wife to tease each other."
I rubbed her back and cleverly slid my hand down to her bottom and squeezed it firmly. Tsukiumi let out a gasp and tensed up as I played with her nice round ass. Before she could say anything, I captured her lips again and touched her breast with my free hand. The hand massaging her bottom went lower and touched her maidenhood, making Tsukiumi tense up more. We continued kissing until Tsukiumi pulled back and let out a soft moan, my finger rubbing against her clit. I felt her juices seeping out of her womanhood and coat my fingers.
A couple of hours later, Tsukiumi and I relaxed in the tub, letting the hot water soothe our bodies. Tsukiumi sat in my lap and rested her back against my chest as she spread the soapy suds over her arms.
"Husband?" She called out. I didn't respond at first, mostly because it was the first time she called me by greeting.
"Yeah Tsukiumi."
"Dost thou still belittle thyself?" Tsukiumi asked. I placed a hand on her shoulder.
"That depends; will you hit me if I respond truthfully?"
"I could feel her trying to glare at me, but she let out a heavy breath and relaxed her shoulders.
"I promise to refrain from hitting you," she said.
"I'll take it I guess. I'm still trying to figure things out so I'm not quite sure on the matter. I have to sort some things out myself, but when I do," I tilted her head to face me and kissed her full on the lips.
"I promise not to fail any of you."
She looked at me and nodded her head.
"Thy real wife will not fail thee as well. I will support thee however I can, just remember that."
I kissed her forehead and we shared another loving kiss. We finished bathing and put on our clean clothes. I saw Tsukiumi struggling to zip up her dress again; she can never reach far enough to zip it properly.
"I can command water with an iron fist, yet I cannot grasp the simple function of zipping my clothing," she grumbled. I held back the urge to laugh and walked to her.
"I gotcha," I lifted her hair and zipped her dress all the way up. I straightened her hair and let her turn around.
"I thank thee. Tis embarrassing to have my husband assist me with such trifle matters."
"You don't need to feel embarrassed Tsukiumi; I'm always here to help," I responded. She smiled and took hold of my arm. She rested her head on my arm as we proceeded downstairs to the other girls. After a sort of hectic morning breakfast, namely the feeding couple. It was Akitsu and Toyo's turn again, but Musubi and Tsukiumi more particularly weren't so keen on the idea. This time, Chiho helped me clean the dishes while her aunties and mother trained in the war room.
"Hey dad, can I ask you something?" Chiho asked.
"You just did," I teased. She pouted at me, making me laugh. "Sorry, couldn't help it; what is it?"
"When you put this plan into action, where I will be at?"
I froze and lifted my head. I completely forgot about that fact.
"You know, I didn't think of that. I was so distracted on the plan that I forgot to place you somewhere. Let's see; I can have my mom and dad come pick you up and take you somewhere safe. How about that?"
She nodded back. "Okay, I haven't seen grandma and grandpa yet."
"You haven't seen your three uncles either. I know they'll be happy to see you," I told her. She giggled and went back to drying the dishes. Soon, Jason and his party arrived; however, Jason looked exhausted. I could see small bags under his eyes while his girls looked well rested. Ikki and Kaho on the other hand, shinned brilliantly. It didn't take me long to connect the dots. I let them in, where the sekirei headed towards the war room. Jason however, plopped down on my couch and let out an exhausted sigh. Chiho and I walked over to him. My daughter kneeled in front of him.
"What's wrong Jason? Did you not sleep well?"
"Not well is an understatement," he replied with his eyes still closed.
"What happened?" I asked. He groaned again and nuzzled into the soft couch.
"My fiancé and mistress helped me settle some personal problems the other day. Ren, ears."
I nodded and covered Chiho's ears. "Ikki and Kaho took me to a hotel and we had sex for ten. Hours. Straight. There were no breaks, no stopping, just endless fun time. That was the other day. Yesterday, we didn't go to the inn; we stayed at the hotel, ate there, and resumed our sessions. I can't even move anymore right now. Getting here used up all my strength."
I uncovered Chiho's ears and nodded in sympathy.
"Yeah, I feel you man. The other day it was Tsukiumi and Musubi. Yesterday was just Tsukiumi."
"You have tons of stamina though; I barely have any," Jason yawned. "Screw it, I'm sleeping right here."
I laughed at him.
"Go right ahead."
He nodded, and Chiho and I began to walk away.
"Wait a minute Ren; I have something to ask you," Jason interrupted.
"See Chiho. Now that's how you ask a question without asking one in the first place," I patted her head. She pouted at me again.
"What's on your mind Jason?" she asked. He opened one eye.
"I'm still a little nervous about this operation. Ikki and the others have been encouraging, but it's still affecting me. I've been thinking; you said there was someone you've encountered multiple times. I was thinking that we should convince that person to help us; I mean we could their help."
"Oh you mean Ryan. Well, he is an honorable person; however, there's a tiny problem," I warned him. Jason groaned in depression.
"Ryan works for Higa doesn't he?"
"Yep, he said Higa saved him one day and he's been indebted to him ever since. I could ask him, but I doubt he'll say yes," I said. Jason sighed.
"Wake me up in a few hours; we're going to go see him. I know we can try."
With that said, Jason fell asleep on the couch. He snored softly, making Chiho giggle.
"I guess he was extremely tired."
"Like you would not believe," I sighed. "Let's give him some alone time; he'll wake up soon."
"Okay," my daughter giggled and ran off to the war room, making me panic.
"Carmen, as soon as Chiho reaches the war room, disable all active weaponry and remain on standby."
"Yes, director," my robotic A.I responded. I sighed in relief.
"You can come out now Ikki."
On cue, Jason's fiancé rounded the corner and looked at her sleeping betrothed.
"Is Jason mad at me?"
I just stared at her in confusion.
"Why is he mad?"
She stared at the ground.
"He knows I had the right intention, but I basically forced him to see his mother. I made him go see his mom after she contacted him a couple of days ago. He didn't want to go because of what she did to his sister, but I made him go against his will."
"Oh, then maybe; he seemed more tired than angry," I said. "Which brings me to my next question. Why did you, Kaho, and Jason have sex for thirty hours?"
Ikki flushed deeply. "Well, Kaho and I figured it would be nice to relieve the stress, but it just felt so good that we ended up staying longer."
"Well that good feeling sucked the soul out of him," I said. Ikki walked to her sleeping fiancé and stared at his sleeping face.
"I can't help myself when I'm alone with him. He's doesn't know what he does to me; I just can't control myself around him. Whenever we have sex, I just feel so happy."
"I don't think thirty hours though was necessary," I said. "What would you do if you got pregnant before we initiate the plan?"
"I didn't really think about that; I just wanted to be closer with Jason more," she leaned down and kissed Jason's forehead. "What about you Ren; don't scold me as if you're not in the same boat."
I shrugged. "Believe it or not, I still use condoms sometimes. Not all the time though, but I still use them. You and Jason on the other hand, might be the first to have children."
"I'm actually really sex crazed. He knows that, but he doesn't know what he does to me."
"Ikki; I do know," Jason said. That was my cue to leave, in which I headed to the war room. I inputted the code to cease all active programs and walked in the room, where I saw a group of battered girls standing tall with their clothes in tatters. Some, mainly Musubi, were more revealed than others. I let out a whistle and approached the group.
"Sorry to interrupting your training, but I didn't want to die upon entering."
"It's okay; we could use a break anyway," Yomi spoke up.
"Where are Jason and Ikki?" Homura asked.
"In the living room probably arguing about yesterday and the day before."
She nodded in understanding. "I can see why. They never came back those two days after they left. I feel bad for Jason though. Knowing Ikki, she really tired him out."
"You have no idea," Kaho said. "We were doing it for about thirty hours. The other four were for resting."
"You nearly killed him," I responded. "Even we don't go that long. Eight as most, but not thirty; I don't even have that kind of stamina."
That's when pairs of arms seized my own. Kazehana and Uzume seized an arm and pushed their breasts against my limbs.
"We don't know that for sure. Who knows? Maybe you can last even longer than that," Kazehana teased.
"I don't think the writer gave me that much stamina," I said. Everyone looked at me downright confused. That's when I clamped my mouth shut at the terrible mistake.
"Writer?" Everyone asked. I began to panic, as sweat quickly ran down my face.
"Um, crap! I didn't mean to mention that."
"Who is this writer?" Uzume questioned. I tried to think of something quick in order to cover up my mistake, but there was no choice.
"Crap! Malevolent help me out here!" I shouted.
"You got it," he answered. A bright flash erupted and tiny particles dropped down around the girls, causing them to stumble subtly. Their eyes began to lower until they closed and the girls fell to the floor. I heard them snoring softly and then turned my head to see Matsu, Ku, and Chiho frozen in place. By that logic, I could tell Ikki and Jason had to be frozen as well. I bowed.
"Thank you Malevolent; please forgive my outburst."
"Do not worry, just be careful next time," he responded.
"Yes, I will; thank you."
Soon, the girls woke up and yawned. Matsu and the other girls began moving again, as I helped my sekirei stand.
"Ugh, what happened?" Toyo asked.
"You girls passed out from exhaustion. I was going to wake you up, but the beautiful smiles on your faces changed my mind," I lied. "Are you all okay?"
Some yawned again.
"We're fine, just really tired," Yomi stretched. She walked into my chest and rested her head on it, sighing blissfully. "I found my pillow."
"I think you should all go rest; we can pick this up sometime later," I told them. Yomi let out a disappointed groan.
"I'm not leaving unless you come with us."
"Sorry, but Jason and I will be heading out to look for someone. He came up with the idea of asking someone I know join us on the plan," I hugged her back.
"Really? Who is it?" Toyo asked.
"You haven't met him yet, but his name is Ryan. Tsukiumi, you remember him right?"
A vein popped into her head as she held her balled up fist.
"I remember; he was the one who intruded on my wedding night with thee. What dost thou think of recruiting the such enemy?"
"Now hold on; you know Ryan isn't like those under Higa," I said. Everyone gasped loud. That's when I realized the lack of info I gave them.
"He works for Higa?" Uzume questioned. "No way; you are not recruiting him to help. The only thing he'll do is fill Higa in on our plan and ruin everything."
"I know it sounds skeptical, but Ryan can be trusted," I reassured them.
"How?" Yomi and Toyo crossed their arms.
"He wins his battles fair and square, respects and loves his sekirei, and is the reason why I met Musubi and Matsu. Though that was when we first met, but he's a good guy I promise."
"I don't know Ren," Matsu spoke up walking out of the observation room. "I have looked through his records and can concur that he is a honorable man as you said. So far, he's only lost one sekirei, which is the one you took out when Musubi saved you. Other than that, he's won all his battles and even has his own Jinki. However, the fact that he works for Higa outclasses all that. I don't think we can trust him."
"I understand that it sounds farfetched, but we have to at least try; and I already know Higa will try to interfere anyway. We're launching an attack on MBI; who wouldn't pass up an opportunity to make both sides kill each other while the third party collect the goods?"
"He's got a point you know," Uzume said.
"Still, I think it's better if we forget about asking him. Don't get me wrong; I think he would be a good addition, but it's too risky," Matsu replied. I placed my hand on her shoulders.
"Trust me Matsu; I have this under control."
She looked into my eyes and then sighed.
"Fine, but I'm going to be listening on your conversation."
"Alright, I have no complaints. Now my girls, go rest; you need it. Jason's group, you can do whatever," I stated. I then noticed that Kazehana was already gone, as well as Musubi and Toyo. "When did they leave?"
"When Matsu began talking about Ryan's statistics," Uzume answered. She stood on her tippy toes and planted a kiss on my cheek. "We'll leave the recruitment to you."
My remaining girls got their farewell kisses in and waved goodbye. Matsu gave me an earpiece.
"When you find him, connect to my channel; I need to hear anything he says."
"I understand, but a spy life isn't my thing," I joked around. That's when Matsu's glasses shined and her signature smile graced her lips.
"You're right on that one. Experimenting is more your style."
Homura gave me that 'you had to get her started' look, causing me to laugh sheepishly.
"Oh all the times we've experimented; it looked like all a dream, but waking up the next morning was all it took to know the reality. If they can use Jason for thirty hours, we can use you for a least forty then."
"No way!" I quickly backed up. "I like my soul inside my body thank you, not rising from it."
Matsu giggled evilly with her fingers doing that perverted motion.
"You cannot escape our grasps Ren; you will subject to the experiments. Those other times, you kept turning the tables on me, but I will see that you are paid back."
I smirked and vanished behind her. Before Matsu could turn around, I poked her crest hard and made her moan out loud. A bright blush tinted her cheeks as she struggled to stay on her feet.
"You seem to have forgotten your place Matsu; I am the master here. Now kneel," I teased. She refused to comply so I poked her again harder. She complied this time and dropped to her knees.
"Excellent, now tell everyone who your master is."
I poked her once more.
"Oh yes, show me where I belong!" She begged. "Show me master!"
"Okay, okay, please stop!" Jason's sekirei exclaimed. I laughed and helped my brain-type, who panted vigorously, stand. She turned to look at me with lust already filling her eyes.
"You do know we're experimenting tonight right? I'm not going to let you stimulate me like that without ravishing me afterwards."
"Later, now we have bigger things to do," I said. I left the room with Chiho and checked up on Jason, who was still asleep. This time, Ikki was sleeping on top of him with her head nuzzling his chest. Jason had an arm wrapped around her back with his other hand resting on the back of his fiancé's head. Chiho aww'd softly at the sight and giggled.
"They look so cute," she whispered. I nodded in agreement and ruffled her hair.
"When you find a lover, you'll do the same thing. That is, if I haven't killed him first," I walked away.
"Huh?" She responded. "Wait a minute, dad."
P.O.V Change Jason
I first woke up when I heard Chiho calling out to her father. I opened my eyes and stared at the seventy-inch flat screen in Ren's living room. My focused from the blur and spotted the black hair shifting on top of me. I looked down and spotted my beautiful fiancé sleeping on top of me.
"Oh yeah, I forgot she fell asleep."
I rubbed her hair and sat up. I kissed her head and laid her back down on the couch. I stood up and kissed her forehead, causing her to stir. I stretched out and walked around to wake my legs up.
"Mmm, how long was I out?"
"A good hour or so," someone answered. I opened my eyes and saw Ren and Chiho in the door leading to the kitchen. I yawned again.
"Man, that felt good; you're couch is really soft."
"So I've been told," Ren replied. "Anyway, you still want to head out?"
"Huh? Oh! Yeah, we still have to find Ryan. Do you know where to look?" I asked back. Ren nodded his head.
"I have a general idea of where he might be, but we better hurry before he moves away."
"Okay then; where are my girls?" I questioned.
"Still in the war room. Mine are sleeping too," he responded. I couldn't help but chuckle.
"Guess they trained too hard."
"Yeah sure let's go with that," he said. I just blinked at him in curiosity, but something happened that made me forget about it.
Before Ren and I headed out,
"Master Ren; I wish to accompany you and Jason," Akitsu appeared before us.
"I'm coming too," Homura appeared with her back against the wall. "I agree with the others; I don't think we can trust this guy. I'm coming with to see if it's true."
"That's fine, let's go," Ren agreed. We followed him out and to wherever he was leading us.
P.O.V Change Ren
I lead Jason and our sekirei to where I assumed Ryan would be. We climbed the hill all the way to the top and spotted six people playing around. Ryan was one of them along with Kaie. Watching Ryan spar with another one was a petite young woman with short messy black hair. She wore a white top covered by a black tie and connected with cross shaped bands from her black bloomers. Long sleeved black gloves and black thigh length stockings complimented her look.
The one sparing with Ryan was a girl dressed in a Chinese traditional dress with a classic Chinese hairstyle.
Standing beside Sai was a young woman with blonde hair. She wore dark Capri jeans, knee length white boots, and a short sleeved top that exposed her belly. A sweatband with the sekirei crest on it complimented her look.
The last person came behind Ryan with a weapon similar to a halberd and brought it down. She was young woman with long blonde hair and dressed in a long dress with a handkerchief tied around her neck. Arm length sleeves covered said arms with white cuffs at the beginning.
Kaie noticed us and informed Ryan of our presence. The others faced us and raised their defense, but Ryan stepped in front of them and approached us.
"So you've come again; what is it this time? Have you come to fight us?"
"No, we didn't come here to fight; we came to negotiate with you," I stepped forward.
"Negotiate?" Ryan repeated.
"That is correct," someone else stated. We all looked around for the source of the voice, only to see Kai sitting nonchalantly on a flat boulder with his arms folded.
"Kai, there are you are; I see you got back from the beach," Jason stated. Kai rose to his feet and then vanished from his spot. He reappeared beside Jason, making a few of the girls jump in surprise.
"What are you doing here?" I asked.
"A little birdy told me where you were headed," he responded. "Matsu was very specific in her details."
"I see. Well, this is Ryan; he's the one I was telling you about," I introduced. Akitsu bowed. "This is Akitsu, sekirei no. 7."
"Nice to meet you," my ice sekirei responded.
"My name is Jason; this is my sekirei, Homura, no. 6," Jason introduced and Homura nodded.
"You've already heard my name, but I'm Kai," the newcomer spoke up. Suddenly, his shadow began to rise until Yahan appeared and scared the girls again. "This beauty here is Yahan, sekirei no. 57."
She just waved with a giggle.
"Okay then," Ryan replied. "I'm Ryan Hayashi. These are my sekirei; from left to right, no. 62 Kaie, no. 85 Oshino, no. 74 Narashino, no. 100 Midorino, and no. 23 Mei-Mei."
The girls said their greetings while still keeping a close eye on us. Some however, opened their mouths wide as they looked up to see my face. I could tell what was running through their heads at this moment, but decided not to say anything.
"So what is this negotiation you want to discuss? First off, what is this about?"
Everyone looked at me to explain.
"Okay I'll talk; however, I need you to promise that it will be completely between us. Whatever is said here has to stay here, agreed?"
Ryan's sekirei looked to him.
"I guess, but how do you know I won't just tell Higa anyway?" He questioned. I shrugged.
"Because I know you can be trusted."
"I wouldn't get your hopes up," Kai spoke up. "He's loyal to Higa so it could cause trouble."
"Yes, but I know something neither of you are aware of," I replied. Everyone, except Kai, looked at me confused as a smile tugged at my lips. "That's right; I know something crucial that can prove his trustworthiness."
"And that would be?" Jason asked. I pointed to Ryan's sekirei, making their ashikabi narrow his eyes at me.
"Ryan's sekirei weren't his originally, but Higa's; he has them because Higa gave them to him."
My group, still except Kai, stared at the opposing team wide eyed. Midorino raised her weapon to attack, but Ryan held his arm out in front of her to stop.
"What makes you sure your facts are right?" He asked. I chuckled.
"A little birdy told me a while back; she couldn't find all the data, but she had enough for me to know."
"Hmm, I see," Ryan responded. "Then you are correct; these girls weren't originally mine. At first, they honestly hated me because Midorino and Narashino were pretty much ambushed and brought to me while the rest were separated from Higa and came to me instead."
"Wait a minute, how did Higa know about something like that?" Jason interrogated. "He should've have known about a technique like that."
"You're not the only one apparently," Ryan said. "Do you remember Higa's secretary, Kakizaki?"
Jason nodded. "I don't his entire story, but from what I've heard, he used to work for MBI."
Kai was still the only one not surprised, causing Yahan to frown at him.
"You're still not surprised, even after hearing all this?"
He shook his head no. "You know only a few things can surprise me."
"Oh yeah, my uncle told me to be wary of Kakizaki," I remembered what my uncle said, but he didn't give me specific details. "He didn't say why exactly, but he can be very dangerous. So that's what he meant."
"Then if he used to work for MBI, why did he join Higa?" Jason asked. We all looked towards Ryan to answer; however,
"Wait," Kaie spoke up. "If you want to know what happened to us, we'll tell you; however, in exchange, you have to help us out. Help us out, and we'll help you out with whatever you want us to, agreed?"
"Kaie, we're not asking."
"Ryan, just shut up," Kaie interrupted. Even Kai was taken aback by the snap back. Ryan looked at her in utter shock. "We're doing this for you. Like you, we too were encouraged by his fight. So just shut up and listen."
Ryan was even more shocked by his sekirei's outburst.
"Here's what happened. As Ryan said, Midorino and Narashino were ambushed by Higa's sekirei and brought to him as a gift. However, Oshino, Mie-Mei, and I were once bonded to Higa, but when Ryan came along, Kakizaki used his knowledge of MBI to switch our sides so that Ryan could be ours instead. Ever since then, Ryan has been working for Higa; he followed his orders to a T, but he was very honorable when accepting his tasks. Ryan obeyed the rules and cared for us, even though he was supposed to wing us right then, he held back and gave us the chance to see if it was what we really wanted."
"So why did you hate him at first?" Jason questioned.
"We were angry with him because Higa just gave us away without any second thought; we were just thrown away and given to someone else. It took time to get used to things, but Ryan kept trying; he really tried to make us happy and he succeeded," Kaie stated. "We never regretted the choice after a while and we don't regret it now."
"I will admit; I didn't want anything to do with Ryan when I was brought to him, but my mind changed when I realized how wonderful being with him was," Midorino spoke up.
"Yeah, Ryan is amazing," Oshino and Narashino stated. Mie-Mei simply nodded in agreement. Ryan looked back and forth from his sekirei, seeing the determined expressions on their faces. Kaie pointed at me.
"You, your name is Ren correct?"
"Yes," I answered.
"You said you needed our help with something, is that right?" she questioned. I nodded.
"If you promise to help us, we'll help you. Is that acceptable?"
I looked at my group, only to be stared back at.
"What do you want us to help you out on?"
"Hold on, I never agreed to."
"RYAN SHUT UP!" his sekirei screamed. The ashikabi shrunk under their demand and nodded obediently. Next thing I know, Kai, Jason, and I were tapped on the shoulder and were given the same look from our sekirei.
"Ren, your match against Higa really inspired us. We knew you would be a tough competitor, but we didn't imagine that strong. When we saw you take down Higa, we knew you could be our ticket. So, our request to you is that we want you to help us take out Higa," Kaie stated. We stared at the group flabbergasted. Even Matsu on the ear piece did a spit take and began coughing.
"Wait a minute; you want to take down Higa?" I confirmed.
"That's right; we're sick and tired of being his lapdog. He needs what's coming to him and then some. We just want to live peacefully with Ryan without having to worry about anything, but as long as we're under him, we won't get that chance. So what do you say? Will you help us out?"
All sights focused entirely on me again.
"Seriously? Why are you all looking at me?"
"You're the leader," they all stated. I sighed.
"So I've been told."
I thought about their answer, as well as hear Matsu's position on the claim. So far, both our positions are the same; however, the trust thing was still an issue. She left it up to me to decide.
"Okay, from what you've told me and from what I've pieced together, our missions are pretty much the same. So I believe a joint attack would a better course of action. However, in order for this to work properly, you will have to decrease Higa's numbers first. Lowering his numbers will improve our chances in case he decides to interfere, which I know he will try to do."
"Okay, but that still doesn't answer our question," Kaie pointed out.
Ryan opened his mouth to speak, but his girls all glared at him and made him close it. Everyone except Kai and Yahan glared at me the same way, especially Akitsu.
"What are you staring at me for?"
"You're starting to question things now and we won't allow it," Akitsu stated.
"You don't have to glare though," I said softly. I faced Ryan's group once more. "You have our support; we'll help you out. In return for helping you take down Higa, you help us take out the big man himself."
I had to whisper that last part; otherwise, we'll be compromised. A bunch of ashikabi meeting up like this does not bode well. I had to explain as quickly as I could while keeping the simple factor. I didn't want to prolong this anymore than we already have.
"So now that you know what we're doing, are we in an agreement?"
"Can I speak now?" Ryan questioned.
"You just did," Kaie shook my hand, establishing our contract of partnership. "We're in your debt."
"As are we; now we better leave before he catches on to us. Four ashikabis meeting at the same time will spell trouble so we have to leave immediately," I replied. Ryan still didn't get a word in, as his sekirei covered his mouth and dragged him back to where they were. The rest of us left the scene, especially Kai as he and Yahan disappeared by the shadows.
"Well that went better than expected," Jason said. "I was expecting more to happen honestly."
"Malevolent wants this story to be more laid back than his other works so things will progress more smoothly until we get to the final chapters," I stated. I instantly clamped my mouth shut and cursed like a sailor in my head. Jason, Homura, and Akitsu stared at me in utter confusion.
"What did you just say?" Homura questioned.
"I heard Malevolent," Jason said. I tried brainstorming for an answer but their stares made it difficult.
"Um, uh, mmm, ah fuck it; Malevolent, one more time please."
They became even more confused. Soon, a curtain of light appeared around the three and tiny white particles surrounded them. The tiny specs fazed into their bodies and made them woozy. Akitsu stumbled into me and mumbled softly.
"Are you alright Akitsu?"
She raised her head and stared perplexed at me.
"Master, what happened?"
'Yes, thank you again Malevolent. Please forgive my second outburst.'
'You are forgiven, but I will only help you once more; and stop breaking the fourth wall!'
I flinched a little at the tone and repeatedly nodded. I looked at my ice sekirei and kissed her forehead, causing her to blush.
"We're one step closer to ending this once and for all."
A/N: That ends another chapter. I'm really sorry about the late update. Things have just been a little…routine for me. Like, I haven't had any motivation lately. Don't get me wrong; I'm still in it to win it, but I haven't had as much motivation with this story lately. I'm not sure why. Maybe I just need to take a break from writing all together.
