"So, what're you doin' here at this time of night?" Yuè asked in a smooth voice. Tigress scoffed, "I could ask you the same! And stop staring!" she yelled as she turned around, covering her chest and blushing with embarrassment. Yuè chuckled, which only made her angrier. "Stop laughing before I give you a reason to stop." Yuè cocked an eyebrow up with a sly grin creasing his muzzle as he relaxed against the edge of the water, "Go ahead. I'm no stranger to a little bathhouse wrestling."

Tigress growled at the vulgarity of the comment but suddenly found herself eyeing the scars that riddled the chest of the wolf in front of her. Her eyes locked on the large scar running across the right side of his abdomen in a diagonal angle and stopping near his chest. The scar reminded her of another wolf that would've had the same scar had he survived the blow that caused it. Yuè noticed this and looked at the scar himself and smiled, "Like something you see?" Tigress looked away but found herself drawn to look at it again, "How'd you get that?" she asked as curiosity got the best of her. "Some a*** with a sword did it." the wolf answered, "I was tracking a guy in a province that's pretty far from here. He was an ox and was I was a little too young and too bold for my own good." Tigress breathed a sigh of relief, 'At least now I know he wasn't 'that' wolf.' she thought.

"Why don't you come closer? I got more scars if you wanna see more." Yuè said gesturing to Tigress to come closer. "Why would I want to see more?" she asked angrily. Yuè only chuckled at her rage, "Because you're obviously curious, and I know a few ways to sate that curiosity." Tigress only looked off in anger. Suddenly an idea popped into her head, "Okay. I'll take you up on your offer. But I'll need you to cover your eyes." she said in a sultry voice. "Fine. I'll play your game." he said, his grin turning into a full fledged smile. He placed a hand over his eyes, "Eyes covered." he said as he peeked between two of his fingers. When he looked however, there was no trace of the tiger anywhere.

"Dammit." he said to himself as his smile turned into a frown. After a few minutes he decided it was time to go to bed. He lifted himself out of the water, carefully not to strain his injured shoulder. He got on all fours and shook himself dry, as canines usually do, but winced from straining his injuries. He stood up and rolled his shoulder, "Ugh, that hurt." he said as he grabbed a towel, wrapped it around his waist and made his way to the changing wall to put his pants back on.

The moment he got there his ear perked up as he heard the sound of several people laughing and getting into the water. At first he was about to dismiss this until he heard them talking. His first instinct as a bounty hunter was to listen in, "...and then I threw him into the wall. I swear I thought he was out like a light then." said one voice. 'That sounds like the Dragon Warrior.' Yuè thought as another voice spoke up "Yeah, but he totally deserved it for what he did to Crane." He cautiously peeked from behind the cover. In the water he saw a monkey, a panda, and could barely make out what looked like the mantis from the infirmary. 'Why would the mantis be in a bathhouse?' he asked himself but dismissed it the moment they began to talk again, "Do you really believe his story Po?" the monkey asked. The panda called Po looked away, "I don't know. His story sounds true and even Master Shifu said he was telling the truth." Mantis chimed in, "He's a bounty hunter, those guys are trained liars. Maybe he's just good enough to fool Shifu."

Yuè began to get angry at their comments. 'Whatever. I made my point earlier. If they have a problem with me then that's their fault.' he thought to himself as he stormed out of the bathhouse, still limping as his feet smacked noisily against the floor. At the sound the three warriors in the water looked up to see a wolf stomping out of the bathhouse. Mantis looked at the other two, "Was that the wolf?" he asked earning a shrug from Monkey, "Guess he heard us." Po said.

The next day Yuè woke to the sound of a gong ringing and six voices greeting someone in the student barracks. He carefully lifted himself out of bed and walked to the door of his room. He opened it to see Master Shifu standing at the front of the hall with the his students standing at attention. "You guys certainly get up early." he said in a groggy voice as he yawned. "I will meet you all in the training hall." Shifu said addressing his students, "All except Master Monkey. You will be watching Yuè." Monkey looked around the barracks, searching for the person Shifu mentioned. He looked down the hall to see the wolf raising a hand in the air showing that he was the person in question. "Why do I have to watch him? He's grown, he can watch himself. And what's he even doing here?" Monkey asked, his only answer being a scowl from his master. "I mean, yes Master Shifu." he said bowing his head in respect. "Good. Now, off to the training room." Shifu said as his students followed him out the living quarters.

Monkey turned to the wolf staring at him with a slight grin on his face, "So...what do you want to do?" he asked nervously. "Thought you'd never ask." Yuè said with a toothy smile across his muzzle.

Monkey and Yuè decided on taking a tour of the palace grounds. As they walked around the palace, Yuè started making note of everything he saw. Searching for escape routes, possible weapons, as well as the possible whereabouts of his equipment. They were walking through the Hall of Warriors when Monkey began to notice the gait that Yuè had in his walk, "Umm...do you want a crutch or something?" he asked nervously, not knowing how he'd respond. Yuè looked down at the primate and grinned widely, "Nah. I'm good." Monkey silently breathed a sigh of relief, knowing he was safe for the moment, "So, what do you wanna do? I'm gettin' kinda bored of just walkin' around here." Yuè asked. Monkey's heart nearly skipped a beat a the sound of his voice, nervous about what the wolf would do after hearing what was said about him the night before. "I don't know. Do you have any ideas."

Yuè rubbed his chin in thought for a moment, "Maybe we could head to the village. Get a bite to eat maybe." he said baring his fangs on a smile. "I'm not sure. Shifu said to watch you." Monkey said looking away and scratching the back of his head, "By the way, why does he need me to watch you?" Yuè chuckled, "Cus apparently you guys have trust issues." he said, referring to both the rules and the previous night at the bathhouse, "Besides, you will be watching me. We'll just be in the village and not in the palace. I'm still followin' the rules." Monkey cocked an eyebrow in confusion, "What rules?" Yuè's eyes grew wide and he looked off scratching the back of his neck, "I said rules?" he asked, Monkey nodding in response, " *sigh* Okay, Shifu doesn't want me by myself, fighting, or eating anyone." he said counting off the rules on his fingers. Monkey looked him up and down, examining his condition, "Watching you sounds like an easy enough job." he said smirking at the injuries hindering the wolf. 'That's what you think.' Yuè thought as he grinned at the monkey. "We'll go. Just let me leave a note." Monkey said grabbing a sheet of parchment and leaving a note on a nearby table.

Before they left for the village Yuè requested to go back toward the infirmary, remembering a cabinet of spare clothes being around there. When he found the cabinet he rummaged through it looking for a spare piece of clothing, "Just pick something already." Monkey whined after a few minutes of watching Yuè reject several different shirts. He silently glared at Monkey and pulled out a white vest. "No cloaks?" he asked Monkey while looking at the vest. Monkey shook his head, "Guess this'll do." Yuè said putting the vest on. "Finally." Monkey said as they left the temple.
