Scent
Anzu could never put her finger on it, but Yugi's house always had a distinct smell to it. Like… old books and dust and every once in a while hints of green tea with cinnamon. And when he put the Puzzle together and pharaoh started making regular appearances the house smell changes to something ancient. But she could only describe it as new paper, cattails by the river, and the Ancient Egyptian section of the museum. It wasn't unpleasant, but the Kame Game shop smelled a little odd.
She pointed it out to him once and he took a deep breath and shrugged.
"I just smell old cardboard from the amount of games Grandpa has," he replied.
Okay I did like the one. I'm so glad I gave myself a work limit because otherwise I'd either go on and on or I'd be 50 words in a like, "Okay, now what?"
