Mummipokey's Artifact Base

Mummipokey runs a a shop within a wooden cabin selling artifacts in Seaside Hill. The mummified cactus will have to come up with cunning, fantastic tales to help sell otherwise useless knick knacks to suspicious customers. Will he be able to do it and profit from such a shady business?

28. Chapter 28

Mummipokey hummed as he was enjoying the rain in Seaside Hill, with Lilligant, Whimsicott, and Relicanth all going past them artifact base as Mummipokey called out to them.

"Hey! Where are you guys going?" Mummipokey exclaimed as he bobbed back and forth.

"Oh, we're going to Hoenn. After all, it's been confirmed that Gen 3 is getting a remake!" Relicanth explained as he turned to Mummipokey.

Whimsicott nodded as she clapped her stubby hands together. "Yeah! We've never been there before! Old Relicanth here is going to show us everything there is to see in Hoenn? Isn't it exciting!"

"...What if I told you I had reserved rights to the remakes?" Mummipokey stated as he smirked.

The three Pokemon looked at each other as they all turned to Mummipokey, not impressed.

"Nice try. You're just trying to con us." Lilligant remarked as she, Whimsicott, and Relicanth all left.

Mummipokey sighed as he frowned, shaking his head. "Darn. Maybe I should be more sly about it next time." He mumbled to himself as he searched for useless knick knacks to sell.
