Mummipokey watched from his artifact base as the mall was being constructed in Seaside Hill, the mummified cactus mumbling as he wasn't comfortable with this.
"What's keeping you down, man?" Space Ghost asked as he looked at an old yellow GameBoy, inspecting it as he noticed the bottom looked melted.
"Well, not so much keeping me down as it is being brought up." Mummipokey corrected with a sigh. "...But they're making a mall, and I heard the most popular chains are gonna be there. Which will drive away business from here."
"Not like you're getting much business nowadays." Moltar remarked as he took a look at a set of old clocks that were no longer ticking, with snow somehow gathered on them.
Mummipokey sighed heavily as he nodded his head in agreement. "Sadly, that is true."
