Today is the big day. The big day for Spencer, Melissa, Mr. and Mrs. Hastings and even Aria but Emily and Alison were excited about this day too since they are Spencer's friends.
Melissa woke up early to get ready. First, she drove to Brookhaven to Spencer to take her back to Rosewood. In the car was silence until Melissa broke it.
˝Are you nervous, Spencer? ˝ Melissa asks.
˝Yes. ˝ Spencer says as she nods.
˝You don't have to, we will win this. ˝ Melissa says.
˝You can't be sure but I am glad you make this for me. It means really much too me since we were never really close to each other but that is great that I can count on you if it is needed. I love you, sis. ˝ Spencer says.
˝Spence, you are my little sister, I always looked out for you and I always will even if it is against our parents will. ˝ Melissa says.
Spencer smiles as the sun shines through the window of the car to her face, hoping for the best.
At the school, Emily, Alison and Aria talking in the hallways.
˝Do you think Melissa and Spencer have chance to win this case? ˝ Aria asks worriedly.
˝I am sure Melissa wants the best for Spencer; she could have hired the best lawyer. You do not need to worry, Aria. ˝ Alison says in a comforting tone.
˝I am agreeing on this with Alison. There is nothing to worry about. ˝ Emily says.
˝I hate I cannot be there for her. ˝ Aria says.
˝I know, believe me, me too but cannot miss school we already missed too much when we were in that hell place of hotel when we helped escape Spencer. ˝ Emily says.
˝You are right but how am I supposed to listen to the teacher when the love of my life's fate is on plate. I cannot be there to support her. ˝ Aria says.
˝I know the feeling, she is my best friend. ˝ Emily says.
The school bell rings.
˝We should go to class. ˝ Alison says.
The three of them goes to class; however, all they can do is think about Spencer.
But there is one other thing which bothers Emily: it is Melissa and her stupid deal. Emily still did not decide what she would do but she is out of time.
Emily wanted to tell Alison everything but she was too frightened always.
Emily knows she has to phone Melissa soon.
After school, the three girls waited for Spencer or Melissa to call them how the things went.
˝I am so impatient. ˝ Emily says.
˝I cannot wait. I call Spencer. ˝ Aria says.
˝Don't! Maybe they are still at court. ˝ Alison says.
˝We told them to call after so it's no need to phone them. ˝ Emily says
˝How about we go there just don't go inside? ˝ Aria asks.
˝I like that idea. ˝ Emily says.
˝Then let's go. ˝ Aria says.
Meanwhile, at the courtroom Spencer and Melissa are smiling happily. The judge just declared that from now Melissa is officially is Spencer's guardian, Mr., and Mrs. Hastings can keep in touch with Spencer but there is punishment waiting for them for locking their daughter in for days. However, about this Melissa and Spencer could not care less. They got what they wanted.
Spencer and Melissa leave the court. They get into Melissa's car.
˝I call Aria. She needs to know the good news. ˝ Spencer says with her phone in her hand.
Aria, Spencer and Emily are walking when they hear Aria's phone ringing.
˝Who is it? ˝ Emily asks.
˝It is Spence. ˝ Aria says and she answers to the call immediately. ˝Hey Spence, is it over yet? ˝ Aria asks.
˝It is and we won, Melissa is my guardian from now. I stay here every day of the week, we can meet each other every day, and there is no more Brookhaven. ˝ Spencer says gladly.
Suddenly Aria barely can believe what Spencer just told her.
˝That is fantastic! I am so happy. Where are you now? ˝ Aria asks.
˝In Melissa's car. We are going to Melissa's, I mean home. ˝ Spencer answers.
˝Don't you mind if Emily, Alison and me are head over to you? ˝ Aria asks.
˝Not at all, come so we can celebrate. ˝ Spencer says.
˝We will be there soon. ˝ Aria says and they end the call.
˝So, what happened? ˝ Emily asks.
˝Everything is perfect, Melissa is Spencer's guardian. ˝ Aria says. ˝Come one! We have to go to Melissa's. ˝ Aria says.
Aria is incredibly happy about the news. The feelings that she can see Spencer on any day is so satisfying, she missed her very much.
Emily is happy for Spencer too but she is worried what could happen if they show up at Melissa's, especially now that Spencer and Alison are going to be there. It does not sound promising.
˝Guys, I have to take care of something but you can still go, I will go after you after I am done. ˝ Emily says.
˝Okay. ˝ Aria says.
˝What is it that you have to take care of, Em? ˝ Alison asks.
˝Just something came into my mind about the dinner, which we will have on Sunday with my parents. I want everything to be perfection now. ˝ Emily lies to Alison because she wants to phone Melissa before she goes there.
˝Fine. ˝ Alison says and leaves with Aria.
Emily calls Melissa.
Melissa answers to her call.
˝Hey Melissa, can we talk? ˝ Emily asks.
˝Anytime. ˝ Melissa answers.
˝Is Spencer not there, right? ˝ Emily asks.
˝No, we just came home and she is in her new bedroom. ˝ Melissa says. ˝Am I right if say the call is about the deal? ˝ Melissa asks.
˝Actually yes. Aria, Alison and I are going to your house; please do not say anything to them about us. ˝ Emily says.
˝I can say what I want in my house. Keep it in your mind, Em! ˝ Melissa says and ends the call.
˝Melissa, please! ˝ Emily says but Melissa already ended the call. ˝Fuck! ˝ Emily says and starts to run.
Aria and Alison did not come arrive to Melissa's house. It is only Spencer, Melissa and Ian in the house.
˝Spencer! Ian! I have to talk you. ˝ Melissa says as her fake tears are starting to come from her eyes.
Spencer and Ian are immediately in go to the living room where Melissa is.
˝I have to tell you something. ˝ Melissa says.
˝What's wrong, honey? ˝ Ian asks and takes Melissa's hands in his.
˝I just I have to confess something. ˝ Melissa says. ˝I slept with Emily for a couple of times. At first, I did not want to but she seduced me and I was so stupid to giving in to her. I am so sorry Ian and Spencer! Then she threatened me to tell Ian about it if I do not have sex with her anymore. I did not know what to do so I agreed but I could not take it anymore. I have to tell you. I am really sorry! ˝ Melissa says between tears.
The things they hear are shocks both of them. They cannot believe they ears.
˝What are you talking about, Melissa? You mean my best friend; Emily Fields was able to do something like that? ˝ Spencer asks.
˝Yes. ˝ Melissa answers.
˝That bastard! ˝ Ian says with anger.
Emily could reach Alison and Aria.
˝You should not have to run. ˝ Alison says.
˝I wanted to. ˝ Emily says.
They are close to the house now. They see Ian as he is storming out of the house extremely angry; his fists are in a ball. As he gets closer to he pushes Emily forcefully then leaves before he can hurt Emily. Emily falls on the pavement.
˝What was that? ˝ Alison yells after Ian but he just keeps walking away.
Emily knows something is very wrong. Did Melissa tell it to Ian and maybe even Spencer?
Spencer comes out of the house of the after a few meters behind Ian.
Emily stands up with the help of Alison.
˝What's going on here? ˝ Alison asks.
Spencer hits Emily right in the face and does not stop until Emily is on the pavement again. Spencer is hitting her with all of her strength.
˝Spence Stop! ˝ Alison yells to Spencer useless.
˝Spence! ˝ Aria yells and tries to stop Spencer by grab her arms. ˝Please, stop! ˝ Aria says to Spencer.
Spencer stops and stands up leaving Emily on the ground.
Emily is bleeding from her mouth and has bruises on her face.
˝Tell us now, what's going on here? ˝ Aria commands answers from Spencer.
Alison kneeled next to Emily who was still on the ground.
˝Emily forced Melissa to sleep with her. ˝ Spencer says madly.
˝What?! ˝ Aria and Alison says.
Emily sits up.
˝Em, is that true what Spencer is saying? ˝ Alison asks Emily.
˝I slept with Melissa but I never forced her. ˝ Emily says.
˝That's not what Melissa said. ˝ Spencer says.
Alison eyes became teary.
˝She lied to you. ˝ Emily says.
˝Why would she? ˝ Spencer asks.
˝She is crazy. ˝ Emily says.
Alison stands up as her tears comes and tries to wipes them away.
˝Em, I know we are best friends but you are full of shit, you always been and I don't believe you! ˝ Spencer says angrily.
˝Your sister is a crazy bitch. ˝ Emily says and Spencer kicks her in the jaw.
˝Watch your mouth! ˝ Spencer yells.
Emily is on the ground again.
Melissa comes out too.
Alison is crying and Aria holds her.
˝Melissa, please stop lying and tell them the truth. ˝ Emily says to Melissa.
˝You are the on lying here, Emily, not me. ˝ Melissa says.
Emily stands up.
˝Aria, do you believe me? ˝ Emily asks but Aria says a silent no. ˝Alison? ˝ Emily asks her girlfriend as she touches her hand.
˝I don't know. ˝ Alison says.
˝I slept with Melissa before our relationship started, I am sorry I did not tell you. ˝ Emily says caressing Alison's arm.
˝Please don't touch me! ˝ Alison says.
˝You are disgusting, Emily! ˝ Aria says.
˝Go away, we never want to see you again! ˝ Spencer says to Emily.
Emily takes a last look of Melissa, Spencer, Aria and Alison then she turns and walks home.
Before Emily went home, she bought vodka and drinks from the bottle until she comes home. She goes to her room and looks around.
At this time, Alison is already home. Spencer walked her home. They did not talk but Spencer wanted to comfort Alison somehow.
Alison is in her bed now, crying her eyes out.
How could she fell in love with a monster?
Spencer and Aria are cuddling and talking on the couch in Melissa's house.
˝Do you think Melissa is sleeping? ˝ Spencer asks.
˝She has to, she took sleeping pill. ˝ Aria answers. ˝I cannot believe what happened today. ˝ Aria says silently.
˝Neither I do. ˝ Spencer says.
˝Poor Alison. ˝ Aria says.
˝She will get over that fucker. ˝ Spencer says
˝I cannot believe what Emily did. ˝ Aria says.
˝I hate her, if I see her I don't I will be able to control myself from crushing her face. ˝ Spencer says.
Aria looks at Spencer's knuckles and it has bruises on it.
˝We should take care of your hand. ˝ Aria says.
Aria bandages Spencer hand and Spencer kisses Aria on the cheek for being a caring girlfriend.
Emily searches for a backpack where she can put some clothes and then gets on her motorcycle and leaves.
She stops and then knocks on a door. Hanna opens it.
˝Em, what happened to your face? ˝ Hanna asks.
Emily forgot to wash her face and there is still dried blood on it.
˝Long story. Can I stay here for a couple of days? ˝ Emily asks.
˝Sure. ˝ Hanna says.
Hanna lets Emily in.
˝You should wash your face. ˝ Hanna says.
˝Is Craig sleeping? ˝ Emily asks.
˝Yes, I just put him down to sleep. ˝ Hanna answers.
Emily kisses Hanna passionately and slams her to wall while kissing her roughly.
Emily puts her hands under Hanna's t-shirt and palms her breasts.
They soon loses all of their clothes and have sex roughly.
