Emily slowly opens her eyes. She feels her head pounding. In addition, she is feeling extremely sick. She might throw up. Emily looks around the room. She notices it is not her room, nor it is Hanna's bedroom. She looks around again in the room. It is Alison's room. Nevertheless, where is she anyway?
Emily sits up in the bed rubbing her head. It hurts as if a fucking brick would drop on her head. She tries to think about last night but her last memory is that they arrive at party. After that, everything is blank to her.
Alison walks in the room with a tray in her hands. She walks to Emily puts the tray on the nightstand.
˝Good morning Em. How do you feel? ˝ Alison asks.
˝Morning. Let's see, well, my head is pounding and I feel like I could throw up in any minute. I do not have a clue what I am doing here. ˝ Emily answers in silent and slow tone.
˝I am sorry about it. You should not have to drink so much. ˝ Alison says as she is caresses Emily's face. ˝In addition, you are here because I have no idea where Hanna lives and I did not want your parents see you at the state you were in last night. ˝ Alison explains.
˝Don't you mind if I asleep here again? ˝ Emily asks.
˝No but before you should take your aspirin. It will help your pounding head. ˝ Alison says giving the medicine and a glass of water to Emily.
Emily takes the medicine and drinks water.
˝Thanks. ˝ Emily says.
˝I will wake you up in an hour. We have school today. ˝ Alison says.
˝Do not even remind me to that. ˝ Emily says before she lies back to the bed to sleep.
Hanna barely slept last night. She feels like a zombie now as she is waiting for Eliza to come over to look out for Craig while she is at work. Hanna did not just spend the all the night being sad, angry and worried about Emily but now even her feelings as frustrated as before.
Moreover, all night she was thinking about calling Emily but decided not to since she feels Emily was the one who was wrong about that ridiculous friendship with Alison. Emily has to beg for Hanna's forgiveness and not the other way. She will wait until Emily figures out how wrong was she. She wonders how much time needed for Emily to realize it.
In addition, Hanna is very curious where Emily spent the night; maybe at her parents. What if something horrible happened to Emily? Hanna tries to stay calm and not panic.
˝Fuck, I cannot wait anymore!˝ Hanna says and reaches out for her phone and calls Emily.
In Alison's room, Alison is sipping her tea while sitting her chair and watching Emily sleep. Emily deeply sleeps on her stomach, she snores a bit and saliva streams from her mouth. However, Alison still thinks she is cute.
A phone starts to ring. Alison is sure it cannot be hers since it is not her ringtone. It can be only Emily's and it is on the table. Emily starts to wake up to the sound. Alison looks at the phone seeing that Hanna is calling Emily.
˝Em, Hanna is calling. ˝ Alison says hoping that Emily hears her words.
˝I do not care. ˝ Emily says sleepy not even opening her eyes.
˝Shouldn't you answer for it? ˝ Alison asks.
˝No. ˝ Emily says feelings annoyed. ˝Turn it off. I want to sleep. ˝ Emily says.
Alison does as Emily says.
Why could not Emily answer to the phone?
Emily was with Alison all night. Alison hopes Hanna knows about the whole Emily going out with Alison partying. If not, it could seem that Emily is cheated on that poor girl considering that they kissed last night.
Emily does not answer for her call to Hanna's dismay.
˝What the fuck happened with Emily? ˝ Hanna asks herself. ˝She did not used to be like this. ˝ Hanna says thinking about the old Emily who was always there when she needed her and that one who surprised her with little gifts and made their date incredibly marvellous.
Hanna would bet Emily did not even thought about taking her on a date at all since they got back together. Knocking sound pulled Hanna out of her thoughts. A part of her hopes it is Emily but the other part knows it cannot be her therefore it must be Eliza.
Hanna opens the door and lets her in.
˝Hi! I came to look out for Craig. ˝ Eliza says.
˝He is still sleeping in his crib. ˝ Hanna says.
˝Where is Emily? ˝ Eliza asks honestly hoping that she has not to see her face.
Eliza barely knows Emily but hates her with a passion for being with Hanna.
˝To be honest, I do not know. We had a fight after you left about her old girlfriend. She stormed out and did not call me, even denied my calls. ˝ Hanna says while tears appear in her eyes.
˝I am so sorry. ˝ Eliza says and hugs Hanna to comfort her.
˝Emily could be the one saying sorry. ˝ Hanna says while pulls away from the hug and wipes off her tears.
˝Aren't you thinking about breaking up with Emily? I mean she seems so irresponsible and does not care about that you are hurting. If she would, she would have already called you. ˝ Eliza says.
˝I do not have a clue what should I do about Emily. I guess I need to talk to her first. ˝ Hanna says and looks at her watch. ˝I have to leave for work. ˝ Hanna says and walks into Craig's room to give him a kiss on his forehead and says goodbye to Eliza.
Spencer feels dizzy but opens her eyes. She cannot see anything because it is mostly darkness around here. She feels her hands and legs tied.
Spencer remembers what happened. She figured out Melissa lied, she confronted Melissa about it. The last thing she remembers is a pain in the back of her head. After that, everything is blank to her.
Spencer collects her power and starts to scream.
˝Melissa! Why do you do this to me?! Melissa! ˝ Spencer screams hoping Melissa hears it.
Melissa did not dare leave the basement door. Therefore, she slept here. In addition, she perfectly could hear Spencer screaming for her. Melissa decided to visit Spencer.
Melissa opens the basement door and turns of the lights. She walks down on the stairs.
˝Hi sis! ˝ Melissa says.
˝Melissa, untie me. ˝ Spencer says. ˝Untie me, please! ˝ Spencer begs.
˝Sorry Spencer, I cannot do that. ˝ Melissa says.
˝Why not? ˝ Spencer asks.
˝Because I need to get rid of you but not just you. I need to get rid every girl who thinks she can be with Emily. I will do anything to make Emily mine, only mine. ˝ Melissa says.
˝Melissa, it is sick. You need help. ˝ Spencer says.
˝How do you want me to get rid of you, Spence? ˝ Melissa asks avoid completely what Spencer said. ˝Do you want to die by knife or you want me to shot in your head? ˝ Melissa asks.
Spencer is sure Melissa is completely lost it. She is insane and she will die by her.
˝Don't hurt me, please. You are not like that. You are so much better than that. ˝ Spencer says.
˝We will see. ˝ Melissa says and kicks Spencer in the face.
Now Spencer's forehead is bleeding.
˝For now, you have to shut up. ˝ Melissa says while she looks for something.
Looks like she already found what she was looking for; a duck tape. She puts it on Spencer's mouth making sure she will shut up her mouth.
Aria is constantly calling Spencer but there is no answer. It makes her worry for Spencer but probably she will see her at school. Everyone knows Spencer is fond of school, God knows why.
Alison sits down on the bed next to a still sleeping Emily. Alison touches Emily's back and slightly caresses it.
˝Em, it is time to wake up. ˝ Alison whispers to Emily's ear.
˝Already? ˝ Emily asks tiredly.
˝You need to get ready. ˝ Alison says.
˝Give me one minute. ˝ Emily says.
After one minute, Emily sits up in the bed.
˝Can I have a shower? ˝ Emily asks.
˝Of course. ˝ Alison answers.
˝You find towel and everything in the bathroom. Nevertheless, what will you wear? ˝ Alison asks.
˝I suppose what I wore yesterday. ˝ Emily says.
˝It is somewhat smelly. ˝ Alison says.
˝What it smells? ˝ Emily asks.
˝Alcohol. Did you pour it on yourself? ˝ Alison asks.
˝I don't remember, maybe. You should know ˝ Emily answers.
˝I can borrow you some of my clothes. ˝ Alison says.
˝No thanks, Ali. ˝ Emily says.
˝How is your head anyway? ˝ Alison asks.
˝Better. Thanks for the pill. ˝ Emily says and she walks into the bathroom.
Alison wishes Emily was still her girlfriend.
Alison wonders Emily even remembers their kiss. She might should bring this topic up.
