She gasped as she felt the darkness feed off of her heart, her wishes...her hand reached out, hoping to grab his hand so at least one of them could make it but...she felt empty inside. Her heart was dark and empty.
"No, no, no!" RL shouted, forcing her husband to stop rolling the camera. "What are you doing, Hinamori? Don't tell them your heart is empty! Show them!"
"Well, I'm sorry," said Amu, irritated. "It's kinda hard to work with a cheap special effects system and no script. Not to mention, the lousy co-star."
"Lousy? You're the one who can't portray emptiness," remarked Ikuto, walking over and wrapping his arm around his girlfriend's shoulders. "Admit it, Amu; you just can't work while focusing on my face."
"It is pretty distracting," agreed Amu. "Being all repulsive and whatnot."
"Repulsive?"
"Okay, knock it off," exclaimed the Boss, appearing suddenly from under a pile of wads of paper and coffee cups. "I get it; you guys need an updated script. I can only manage so much with school and life and ugh." She began to disappear back under her trash pile of comfort and tears. "I'll work on it."
"Perhaps going on air will make you feel better?" RD suggested, standing next to his wife. "You enjoy being on air from time to time."
"I do," agreed the Boss. "Alright, why not?" She stepped out of her trash pile and stood in front of the camera, fixing her knotted hair and checking her shirt for stains. "We good?"
"Yeah, go ahead," said RD, pointing the camera at her.
The Boss smiled.
Hey-o! Sorry that I haven't updated lately; school and writer's block - what a pain in the ass. I actually have to do a lot of homework right now as I write this so I'll try to keep it short.
I'm nowhere near finishing this story, believe me, and I have a lot of plans for the gang. Unfortunately, I can't do anything with those plans at the moment. I have everything planned out but writing it out...gah. And like I said, I have a lot of schoolwork to do. So even though I try to update my stories monthly, it hasn't always worked out. So please be patient with me!
And thank you guys so much for reading my story and reviewing, by the way. They really make my day.

The Boss looked appalled and offended as she began to chase her lead actress around the studio. RD and RL glanced at each other, sighing. They didn't get paid enough for this.
