I was still stood there in shock when Barty came over to me "don't come near me!" I snapped holding my hand out blasting him back and my father frowned "Barty leave us be" he said and Barty left the room. "What are you playing at?" My father snapped "I'm not marrying him are you crazy!" I shouted and my father glared at me "you will do this, you haven't got a choice!"'my father said and I shook my head "I am not doing that!" I snapped and went to leave the room but I felt the familiar feeling of the cruciatus curse. I collapsed onto the floor screaming and my father towered over me, "I told you this is happening and it is, you have no choice!" My father snapped "Barty has been a loyal follower of me and it's time he gets his reward" he added and I stood up "so I'm his reward?" I asked and he nodded "yes you are, your a prize to be won throughout the Deatheater community. Whoever wins your heart is in favour with me" he said.

"You don't care what I feel about this? I don't want to marry him" I said "you don't marry for love, you marry for status" my father said and I shook my head "I want a long engagement, until we win this war" I said and my father nodded "fine then, we can have two celebrations then" he said and I nodded before leaving the room. Barty caught up with me "let me walk you to your room" he said and I shook my head "lets get this clear, our engagement will be a long one. I will not marry you till we win this war, I am only marrying you because my fathers making me. I don't want you to touch me" I snapped and he frowned "you'll learn to love me darling" he said and I shook my head "I'll never love you" I snapped before storming away and up to my room.

I got into my room and slammed my door shut casting a silencing charm and screamed, I couldn't handle this anymore. Dumbledore should have warned me about how difficult this would be, there was a knock on my door and I took a deep breath composing myself before answering and professor Snape was there. "Severus come in" I said and he nodded and I closed the door "I've heard what's happening and I've informed Dumbledore, he wants you to come back to school" he said and I shook my head "I'm not I want to be here, granted I don't want to marry Barty but if it makes my father happy then I'll do it" I said.

Snape sighed "I don't really believe you want to be here" he said and I nodded "Severus I do, I need to be here" I said and he sighed. "Very well I'll leave you be" he said before leaving and I sighed sitting down on the bed. I hadn't a clue what I was going to do but I needed to figure it out, Narcissa came into my room and she looked broken "Cissy what's wrong?" I asked "your father, he's taken Draco under his wing. He wants him to carry out a task, he's just a young boy Sam. I'm worried about him" she said sitting next to me and I sighed "dracos tough Cissy" I said and she sighed. "Your father wants to see you" she said "it's to go over everything that's going to happen" she added and I nodded and headed down to the dining room where the table was full with Deatheaters "ahh darling come join us" my father said and I got seated next to Draco "we are discussing dracos task" he said "which is?" I asked curious "to kill Dumbledore and get us into hogwarts" he said and I raised my eyebrow "think he'll manage?" He asked and I nodded "course I do, dracos tough" I said even though I didn't believe it "very well you will be one of the ones that joins him in hogwarts when we infiltrate it" he said and I nodded. The meeting went on for another hour or so but I tuned it out, I couldn't help but going over in my head what happened at the burrow. Did George really see right through her, did he really know that she didn't want to be there. She hurt him and she didn't know if he would ever forgive her, she really hoped it did.

Weeks passed and we finally heard word that the vanishing cabinets were working properly and my mother and I left with other Deatheaters and got into hogwarts. I missed this place so much, I just wanted to stay here and go back to normal. We left the room of requirement and headed up to the astronomy tower where Draco had Dumbledore cornered "go on Draco do it" my mother encouraged and Dumbledore looked at me and I felt like I was going to cry, I knew by the look of him that he was dying. This is why he hadn't been in contact, he had so much more going on. If he was gone there was no way in hell we had a chance at winning the war against my father. "Draco do it now!" My mother shouted "stop!" Snape said coming up the stairs and I stepped back as he held his wand out to Dumbledore "Severus please" Dumbledore begged and all I saw was a green light coming from Severus wand hitting Dumbledore.

I wanted to scream but I couldn't, they would know straight away. Dumbledore fell from the astronomy tower and I felt like all the hope I had was taken from me. "Draco come" I said taking his arm, my mother was screaming in delight and the other Deatheaters were celebrating. Snape took my arm and pulled us along as we followed my mother and the others through the school wrecking havoc. This was really happening now, there wasn't a what if of my father rising to power. He really was going to take over the wizarding world and there wasn't anything we could do to stop it.
