Hello people! Happy Easter! (For those who celebrate it.) Hope this Easter is a happy one for you all! Anyways, my poll is still up in case you have a sudden desire to vote if you haven't. I've already had over 32 votes, so the chances that you have voted already are very high. Anyways, I own nothing but you can always enjoy the chapter! :)

PS: those of you wondering who's in charge, did you think I'd let you get off that easy? We'll all find out eventually, but as of right now, just hold on!

PPS: no Nico, Annabeth or whoever else I said POVs because I'll give things away and/or you'll be utterly confused. So I gave you a nice cliffie instead, which should last I'd say a week or two from today. :) I could be wrong though, so wait and see! I'm not one of those authors that say "exactly 21 chapters" or "it'll take exactly 20 days till th end" or whatever. Not me.

Wrath's POV

Percy concluded his story, "Ok, so that's really it? Any questions?"

Alexander raised his hand and addressed Percy. "Lemme get this straight. So, after Peter got taken by a giant hand, he got in control of the body. Since he was in control, Wrath was ejected and shot through the sky. He ended up crashing into the room you were sobbing in. At that exact moment, you had taken a steel knife and was preparing to slit your own throat in self pity. Then Wrath put some sense back in you, you two became BFFs, then you walked out into the hallway. Did I miss anything?"

I shook my head, and Percy frowned. He must've detected the tone of crazed sarcasm in Alexander's voice.

"Dude, chill. He's our friend, he's our brother. Will you relax? Besides, if Wrath was going to hurt us, then he'd have done it by now. He wouldn't have saved me. He wouldn't have stuck around at all. So be cool, okay?"

Alexander didn't look too happy about it, but he nodded anyways. Jake addressed me next.

"So, Wrath. Are you usually this tongue-tied? I don't remember you being the quiet one, or really ever quiet at all. Everything okay? You haven't gone mute have you? Not that there's anything wrong with that of course, but it's a little strange for you," Jake quickly amended.

I shrugged, but still didn't want to say anything. I gave Percy a look that said 'you know what's going on, tell them'. Percy sighed, but still answered for me verbally.

"I'm not exactly positive, but I think Wrath might feel a little awkward talking to you guys. After all, you aren't all that accepting if him so far. Am I right? You guys have kinda been acting a little cold, and a little like jerks. Not to be a jerk myself, of course. No, I'm also sure Wrath isn't mute. He was talking to me when it was just him and me in the other room. You guys are probably just making him feel a little... Nervous? Scared? Left out? Take your pick."

"I-Is that true Wrath?" Somos whispered, speaking for the first time since Percy started his story. I nodded slowly, and he looked away. He must've pitied me. It bothers me, but there's not much I could do right now.

Percy looked around at us. "So..." He attempted, in an effort to bring us together. "Who wants to play a game?"

Line Break

"Seriously? What kind of game is this?" Alexander whined. "When you said game, I thought Capture the Flag, football, maybe even a good game of war. But what is this?"

Percy sighed, probably for the tenth time in the last five minutes. "It's a trust exercise. You don't have to do it if you want to." There was a dangerous edge hidden in his exhausted tone. Like a razor blade in your piece of bread, you don't know who's going to get the unlucky slice.

Funnily enough, no one spoke up or left. I chuckled to myself. These people are hilarious without even trying! I love it.

Alexander heard my chuckle and mustve mistaken it as me laughing at him. His glare wasn't threatening, so I glared right back. Thankfully, Percy didn't catch the exchange, so he wasn't punished. More importantly, nor was I.

"So, what exactly are we doing?" Jake asked a moment later, a little hesitantly might i add. I again felt the need to chuckle, but I held it in. I don't want to be seen actually laughing at everyone.

"Ok guys, this here is an updated version of your classic lean-back trust exercise. In the original, you'd lean back and hope the other person catches you. Since we all have water powers, I've ramped it up a bit."

I froze. Water powers? We're supposed to have water powers?

Percy continued, "So, I have a large ledge set up outside. One of you will fall off it, leaning back. At the bottom of the ledge is a lake, so even if you aren't caught you'll still be fine. The other person on the ground is trying to pick you up using their powers, and place you gently on the ground. Simple enough right? Any questions?"

Paralyzed with fear, I didn't raise my hand. I couldn't move, even if I wanted to. Even if a bullet was traveling at me in slow motion, I wouldn't be able to save myself.

This whole thing is just perfect. An exercise designed to be easy and gain myself the trust of the others, and I'm gonna fail. It's designed to be perfectly simple, with the use of hydrokenisis of course. Which I seem to be lacking.

Before I could say anything, Percy cut in front of me. "Ready guys? Let's go!" Cheering, the others followed Percy outside.

Aint this peachy?
