Hello everyone! So here's some awesome news: we've almost reached 300 reviews! That's just like KABOOM! Brain EXPLOSION. That's pretty awesome if I do say so myself. Which I am saying right now, so yeah. Anyways, the poll is up! Still. Has been since what seems like forever. But anyways, I own nothing and enjoy the chapter!

Wrath's POV (short one this time)

This whole thing is just perfect. An exercise designed to be easy and gain myself the trust of the others, and I'm gonna fail. It's designed to be perfectly simple, with the use of hydrokenisis of course. Which I seem to be lacking.

Before I could say anything, Percy cut in front of me. "Ready guys? Let's go!" Cheering, the others followed Percy outside.

Aint this peachy?

Trudging, I followed the others outside. Percy had indeed set up the area he had told us, and we were all waiting anxiously to try. For some people, they were anxious with excitement. And let's face it, I was anxious with fear.

Once Everyone was ready, percy announced the first group. "Jake, you're first!" A mix of cheers and groans rose up, mainly groans of the others who wanted to go first. "And you'll be catching... Somos! Get into positions!"

Jake ran off to the lake, where he waiting for Somos to fall. Somos had made his way to the cliff edge and was looking down. He then turned around and prepared himself to lean backwards.

I li took my chance. Rushing over to Percy, I desperately tried to tell him if my problem. "I can't do this. The water, i can't-"

"Look! There he goes!" Percy exclaimed in the middle of my sentence. "Get ready Wrath! You're next!"

Well, ain't this peachy?

Percy's POV

Yes, I know about the water thing. I know that Wrath believes he can't control the water. That's exactly why I picked that challenge. It might seem cruel to some people, but i promise it won't when you hear my reasoning.

See, I created all of my alter ego brothers. Not in a creepy way, but in a Gaea-creating-the-rest-of-the-primordials kinda way. I know all their abilities, weaknesses, most of their feelings, strengths, and even loves. At the beginning, I had decided that since I use my water powers so much, if one of my brothers went against me, their water powers would begone. That's wha happened with Wrath. I took his powers long ago, so he thought he didn't have any. Now that he's had a sudden change of heart, I gave him the powers back. Now all we need is a situation from which to activate the powers.

See, I'm not the bad guy here! Am I right? I'm actually doing this to help the guy.

We watched Jake catch Somos with the water, then walk back to us. Smirking, I announced the next group.

"Wrath shall catch next! And he will be catching... Me."

The others groaned at how unfair it all was, causing me to chuckle. I noticed Wrath had paled, which made me smirk even more. This is gonna be fun.

Wrath's POV (Again, short)

This is not going to be fun. He's got to be mental to have me catch him. I mean, why's he even trusting me? There must be something wrong with him.

"Dude, I can't do this. You'll-" I tried to warn, but I was again interrupted.

"Wrath, this is a trust exercise. Do you trust me?" His tone was deadly serious, and I knew not to take this lightly.

"I trust you Percy," I nodded my head.

"Good. Now go stand in the lake and wait to catch me."

Percy's POV (Short.)

I could see it in his eyes. Even if you knew him, the average person wouldn't be able to tell. I could, since I was the creator and all. It was a dim reflection, but I could still see it. And it surprised me, which is definatly saying something.

Wrath, the brave strong wrath, was scared. Of what? Dropping me. It's just crazy enough to be true. And true it was. I dont need mood necklaces to tell me other peoples' feelings.

Now, if my theory is correct, we need the correct amount of fear and motivation to do this. I think we have both. Jake's catch of Somos definatly set the standard.

Good. All we need now is to get in position. Let's get this show on the road.

Wrath's POV (sorry. Last switch for today)

He was laughing at me. He who had been lying on the floor ready to die an hour ago was now laughing at me. I'll show him. I'll show that hypocrite what I can do. I'll show him why he shouldn't be laughing at me.

Running over to the lake, I shivered when the icy water hit me, but I plowed ahead. The coldness seeped into my clothes, chilling my bones. I didn't notice that as soon as water touched me, it slipped away. I didn't notice that I was completely dry.

Once I reached the set stopping point, I looked up. High above me was Percy. And I was supposed to catch him using water controlled by my mind. Not too hard.

"Ready?" He called to me.

Afraid that he wouldn't see it if I nodded, I yelled, "Ready when you are!" Which would hopefully never happen.

My wishes were not to come true. Two seconds later, after he turned around, percy leaned back. Free-falling through the sky, his eyes stayed closed and his mouth in that infuriating smirk.

Tring ing to get my mind to cooperate with the water, I concentrated as hard as I could. My skin tingled but nothing happened.

Glancing up at Lercy, who was still free-falling, I realized that I wouldn't be able to help. I'm a failure.

I can't do it.
