Chapter 12:

*Adrienne's POV*

The plane ride to Daddy's place has become longer than I remembered. My visits to my daddy are very limited because of being with him during my childhood. Maybe a good one or two visits a year: my birthday and Christmas Eve. I continue to call him 'Daddy' ever since a young age because I didn't know what else to call him.

Even though it's not my birthday or Christmas Eve, I figured why not surprise him. A taxi takes me to his house around noon. Oh lord, I really hope that they are still there, Daddy, his girlfriend, and her children often goes out a lot. Very rarely they will be home. Just as I thought, they're not home. I thanked the taxi driver and payed him. Thanks to Mommy, I have a key and know the code to the newly system security they set up a little while ago. I got inside and began looking through the kitchen for food to eat. Now it surprises me that there's pretty much nothing in the kitchen.

I sighed as I pull out my phone to order pizza and soda. The television has lot of channels to search through. It wasn't until three o'clock when Daddy appears into the house.

"Adrienne?" he asked in shock.

"Hi Daddy," I greeted with a smile, arms crossed and legs cross on the coffee table.

"Oh wow," he finally smiles, pulling me into a hug. "I didn't expect you to come today."

"Well I figured I can come to surprise you," I smiled to him.

"You certainly did."

"Is this a bad time?"

"Oh no, we just got back from lunch."

Wendy comes in with her children. At first she was surprised to see me, but soon kept her space. Let's say she and I don't get along at all, I guess its because Daddy isn't with Mommy. Maybe it's because she is used to be best friends with Mommy. I don't remember how their friendship ended, but she blames it on me. Don't know why though, but oh well.

"Hello Wendy," I greeted calmly.

She didn't say anything just glared at me. I rolled my brown eyes at her annoyed. All of a sudden Daddy's phone rings and he stepped out to answer it. My smile appears on my face as I see my "step siblings" as they asked me to play with them. Surprisingly, Wendy didn't even bother me playing with her children.

"Who was that Daddy?" I asked him as he returns.

"Oh just a friend of mine," he smiles widely.

That's weird, but oh well.

Later that night, Daddy has treated everyone to dinner, which of course is out in the bout. The restaurant was too fancy for my liking, but it's Daddy's. He allows me to sit next to him as Wendy sits on the other side. Our drink orders are ordered as everyone begins to talk.

"How are things with Artemia and the guys?" Daddy asked, looking at me.

"Big Sister is doing good with Roman and Feronia," I answered. "Dean is doing well." I used their ring names because the kids are so used to their ring names.

"How long have you guys been together again?"

"A few months now, but it feels like we have the usual for anyone in the spotlight."

Also my smile appears for some of my fans are asking me the same. Some of them asked if Dean and I are really together which I responded yes and how great he is. There were Roman and Art shippers like they call it Armon while Dean and I shippers are called Adean. I had to chuckle on it because its funny with our shipping names. Artemia will have a kick with it.

"How long are you staying?" Wendy asked emotionlessly to me, while focusing on her food.

"I'm staying until tomorrow morning," I answered, eating my food as well. "Don't worry, I have a hotel room ready for me."

"Good."

"Are you wrestling at Fastlane?" one of the children asked.

"No I'm not," I smiled to them. "The boys are though."

After speaking that, Wendy ends up distracting her children, having them keeping ignoring me. Which makes me sad for that.

"Where are staying at Adrienne?" daddy asked me.

"I'm staying at a motel close by so I probably head there after dinner so I can head back home in the morning."

"That's good. We can drop you off if you like."

"Thank you Daddy, are you sure?"

"I'm sure."

So basically, the rest of the dinner was weird. Wendy did everything in her power to get Daddy's attention away from me. It's fine because without someone to talk to, I'm very quiet. The food is pretty getting my attention as I wait for the night to be over. Finally it has become to an end. Daddy takes me to the motel and he walked me to the door of the room.

"Thanks for catching up with me Daddy," I smiled to him.

"You're very welcome Adrienne," he smiles back. "Even though I don't show it much, I still love you like I do with your half siblings."

"I love you too Daddy," I said and did his signature call.

He joins in before heading back to the car. The motel room is quite cozy for a small room. I pull out my stuff to make it more homey like before dialing the number for my love. I really missed him even though it's been a day.

"Hey my little princess," my prince answers.

"Hey my handsome prince," I smiled. "How are you?"

"I'm doing well. Just finished up training for the night. How was visiting your father?"

"Wendy still doesn't like me."

"Okay Wendy is the current girlfriend right?"

"Correct."

"Why she doesn't like you again?"

"She used to be best friends with my mommy."

"Oh I see."

"Yea," I can feel a few tears in my eyes. "I miss you Johnny."

"I miss you too Adri. I promise I'll be back Monday morning."

My smile appears back. "Will you be there when I get up?"

"That's a promise my love."

"Thank you so much."

"You're very welcome. It's getting late."

"Okay," I sighed. "I love you."

"I love you too, goodnight Adrienne. Sweet dreams."

"Goodnight Jonathan."

Finally the tears run down my face as I hanged up. We are so used to having each other each night. Not having him here it's like I have nothing. I snuggle into the pillow as I let out more tears running down my face.
