Alice POV
Everything went by so quickly Damon lifted me up into his arms and sped into my bedroom to lay me down on my bed. I am not ready for this I thought but when are you ever ready for such things l reminded myself sadly. My brothers were sitting beside me with worried looks I which I could tell them something to reassure them but alas no such words could come to my mouth. I spent about an hour in complete silence trying unsuccessfully to bear this agonising pain. God who knew birthing would take so long? A familiar blond face popped into my bedroom.
"How are you feeling?" said Caroline as she took a seat on one of the chairs that was beside my bed.
"Just peachy Caroline" I said with a strained smile across my face
"Don't worry Alice it will all be over soon" she said in a serious tone.
I guess Caroline is right it is the only thing that I can do. I felt the pain slowly increase with time it shouldn't be longer now.
3rd Person
Christian had returned from his trip to Mystic Falls carrying a sack that contained weirdly enough bones. He swiftly entered the old shack to meet with his alpha Elizabeth.
"I got what you wanted" said Christian in an irritated voice while he placed the sack on the table
"I take it that all went well" said Elizabeth in a calm tone as she inspected the contence of the sack.
"Good work Christian you got the bones I needed" she said to him
"Dare I ask what's so special about these particular bones that I had to drive all the way to Virginia to get it" said Christian then huffed as he came face to face with Elizabeth
"Look I don't want word getting out till my plan is complete have patience Christian" said Elizabeth tiredly clearly things like this conversation happened often.
"Make yourself useful and locate the witch Emily" she said and pointed to her door.
"You know of all the witches why her she isn't your usual" replied Christian to her command.
"Her family is extremely powerful….. so powerful in fact that they were the ones that got the girl to be able to have the child" she said in a serious tone
Christian then walked outside the shack to find the Emily girl.
A few minutes passed when the door opened to revel Christian dragging a half scarred Emily into the shack.
"Ah Emily now is the time where you can finally be of use to us " said Elizabeth with amusement in her voice.
"I don't know anything about this spell of your this is madness" said Emily in defence while she was now standing in front of the table gazing at the items.
"Oh don't worry darling that's what practice is for" said Elizabeth then she chuckled to herself
"Are you sure she is ready for this?" questioned Christian
"Oh don't worry she will undo all the trouble her family has caused with that vampire child" she said in a confident tone clearly confident with her plans for Alice
Alice POV
"Caroline" I screamed she then came running over to my side
"Everything is gonna be fine" said Caroline in a fake calm voice
"Now's not the time for that Caroline my baby is coming!" I screamed.
Oh I can't even think straight what am I gonna do. It feels like this baby of mine is ripping out my insides. I wonder if this is what being a human feels like? Caroline came back into the room with a worried look on her face.
"Now Alice keep calm… Stefan and Damon had to leave to deal with things" said Caroline slowly
"Why did they leave Caroline?" I said in a serious tone
"Its nothing to worry about" she said with a fake simle
"Caroline" I persisted looking at her straight in the face.
"Fine….. a couple of werewolves showed up again they left to deal with it" she said in a rushed tone.
"What" I screamed. This can't be happening. Not today. Not now. I left out another ear piercing scream the loudest one yet.
"You need to push Alice" Caroline shouted so she could be heard over the screams.
"What do you know about labour?" I questioned her
"I have seen it in my soap operas" she replied back to me
Well here goes nothing I thought and kept pushing with all my might. It felt like forever until I heard it that loud cry of pure innocence that only a baby could make.
"Aw Alice you did it she is wonderful" Caroline gushed she then leaned forward to place the tiny little girl into my waiting arms.
I only own the fan characters that are in the story. The rest of the characters are owned by the TVD book and also the TV show. In the next chapter you will get to see what we have been waiting for the Salvatore baby it is finally time to see the little he or she and also what the name will be.
