Chapter 21
Alice POV
"Where is my baby?" I said to father dearest all the while trying not to just lose control and kill him.
"Now, now Alice it wouldn't be good for you to suffer epically in your condition" said my Father smugly. Boy do I hate it when he is right I just gave birth not too long ago focus Alice I mentally said to myself shacking these thoughts out of my head.
"Now Alice since I am your father I thought I should be nice and give you a choice stay here and save your family or go and save that precious little daughter of yours" father said clearly loving the sceptical of the choice he gave me.
Christian POV
"Bring the child to me boy!" bellowed Elizabeth she is even more impatient than usual. I slowly walked over to her with the child in her arms.
"Why is this so important to you?" I questioned Elizabeth I had finally gained enough courage to say what was in my mind since this whole mess started.
"I am going to take away all that she holds dear….just like she did to me" Elizabeth responded in a strained voice trying to control her anger.
Without warning the door of the shack flung open so fast and hard it was as if a hurricane was occurring right at that moment. It seems the baby mamma has come to take her little one back let's see how Elizabeth handles this one I mused to myself.
"Now do it girl!" Elizabeth shouted to Emily.
Emily then quickly added the ingredients needed for the potion before baby mama can work out what is happening. Elizabeth eyes had changed colour to golden wolf like eyes and the women's fangs where already out this isn't gonna be pretty. Elizabeth flung the baby at my direction if it wasn't for my great reflexes she would have been badly injured or worse. I finally realised the whole importance of this plan at that moment it wasn't for the good of the pack this was own personal agenda.
Elizabeth was the one to make the first move she threw the vampire outside the shack with inhuman force not that it did much good anyway as the vampire just jumped back onto her feet in an instant with cat like reflexes. I handed the baby to Emily then I dashed outside to find out how this fight was actually going.
Alice POV
The werewolf just lying on the ground helpless I was ready to give her the finishing blow by pulling out her heart when she started speaking "You think that you have won I have more than one way to cause you pain" she croaked.
"Quit while you are ahead its over" I responded in an icy cold voice to her pathetic attempt to get to me.
"You ruined my life so at least now I can die knowing my life's work to make you finally pay for what you did to me is complete" Elizabeth said with a cruel smile on her face.
"I have no clue what you are talking about" I said quickly this women is clearly diluted.
"All you vampire are monsters" she whispered to herself as I was ripping she beating heart out of her body.
I rushed into the shack to collect my little Melody so that we could go home together at last. Once I entered the shack I was met by two strangers the young man from earlier in the woods and a young witch.
"Whoa there" said the young man
"Step aside" I said moving past him
"Well hello to you too I am Christian" he said
"Alice move" I said quickly not really in the mood for conversation and took my baby from his arms.
"Wait it isn't that simple the spell has already began it's too late" the young timid woman called out.
"What do you mean?" I questioned her after taking a moment to process what she had just said.
"Elizabeth ordered me to cast a spell that would slowly sap the girls essence and put it into a jar….if this spell isn't stopped your child will slowly die in agony" the young woman said in a serious voice. This Elizabeth really is sick children is a total other thing especially my Melody she is so young there has to be a way to fix this.
"How do we stop this?" I questioned the girl.
"You can't this spell is too powerful it is almost impossible to stop" she said sadly.
"Whatever it takes I will do it|" I said immediately in response.
"This would take immense magical powers" she said quickly to me clearly she was giving up hope.
"I have magic in my blood I am a vampire witch you don't get much stronger than that" I said in the most confident voice that I could muster.
"Alright come over here and hold my hands" she said with slight glimmers of hope edging their way into her speech. I complied with what she said not really having any other choice.
"It's Emily by the way" she said to me with a slight smile. "My name is Alice okay Emily lets to this" I replied to her with a nod.
She started chanting a load of jibberish well here goes nothing this spell is the only thing that can and will save my most perfect little surprise Melody.
I only own all the fan characters that have been created in this story. The other characters are all owned by the L.J Smith book series and also by the TV series the Vampire Diaries.
