Kanan, Ahsoka and several of the other Jedi who had returned, along with Ezra, waited for Luke. They had decided to hold off on the meeting until Luke felt up to attending, that way the others could hear for themselves and maybe help them to be enlightened. When Luke did join them, he looked a lot better than he had earlier, the circles under his eyes weren't so dark and the drawn look had almost left his face.

Once he had told the other Council members what he had been experiencing, they were all silent for a long moment, none of them wanting to be the first to speak. Finally one that Kanan barely remembered from the time before the Empire took over, stood up and said "I have a feeling the Sith are on our path once more. They may not know where we are, but they are ready to make themselves known." Ahsoka looked at the speaker and asked her, "How long would you give us until then? And are you sure it's a Sith?"

Aniya, the name of the speaker, shook her head yes before she said, "While Skywalker here is not as well trained as some of us, he does have a deep connection to the Force. Yoda may have passed on the ability to see things that others can't to him, without Luke's knowledge. He is very perceptive, even for a Jedi. For that we can be thankful, for that gives us a bit of time to form a plan."

"But exactly how much time we have, I wouldn't dare to say. It could just be hours or even months, but I wouldn't plan on it being months." She continued, "Better to be safe rather than sorry and always be ready." "Do you think they could find us here?" Ezra asked the room in general. "It's possible, though if they do it would be accidental in my opinion." Kanan answered his old student, "After all the planet is strong in the light side of the Force, they may come here just to find out exactly what is here and discover us that way."

"Even if they do find us though, we will be able to sense them coming easier than if we were on another planet." Ahsoka added, "The dark side in them will stick out like a sore thumb." "So what do we do?" Luke asked, weariness still in his voice, "Wait for them to come to us or show themselves? Or go looking for them?" "To look for them would be foolhardy, only drawing attention to us." One of the other old masters said. "But what about those who could be hurt or killed by them if we don't find them first?" asked Luke, "Isnt the risk worth it to save lives?"

"No, we must not risk it when we are too vulnerable, we don't know how many are out there, if there are even any Sith. Aniya is only guessing after all." He replied. Aniya looked at him and said, "As much as I respect you Loke, I don't agree with you. The Jedi are here to protect those who cannot protect themselves." He mumbled under his breath so that the others did not catch it, "Maybe it is time for that to change."

"Okay so how many are for going to look for them and how many are against it?" Ezra asked, "Or does everything have to be unanimous?" "No, what the majority is for is what we will go with." Ahsoka replied. Luke stood up and said, "Okay so lets put it to vote, those for going to look for the Sith raise your hands." Luke and his friends, Aniya, and two of the other old masters did so. "Those for waiting to see what happens?" Loke and three of the old masters raised their hands, Loke's displeasure at the outcome of the vote evident on his face. "Looks like we go looking?" Kanan said with a smile. Loke muttered, "Yeah, for trouble."
