Loke and the three other masters that voted against looking refused to go, Aniya and the two other members were elected to stay behind and keep an eye on them, so that they didn't spread their displeasure through the rest of those staying on Edjei. Hera prepared the Ghost for flight, while Kanan, Ezra, and Luke planned where they would go looking. Ezra rubbed the back of his neck when Kanan asked him if he might have an idea of where to look.
"Well as you know Kanan after leaving your side, I did dance with the dark side, so to speak. I never truly gave myself over to it, but I did serve one who was dark. She was stationed on Coruscant last I knew, which was right before I met back up with you. How do you think we were able to find you so fast? Your presence stood out like a sore thumb." Kanan sighed and said "So it's back to Coruscant for us. Well at least we may be able to get more holocrons."
"Do you think she will still be there Ezra?" Luke asked, "I mean since you disappeared, would she know or even think that you would go back to the light side?" "Oh she'll still be there, even if she does, see she was the Emperor's secret weapon and even though he is dead she still lives in her quarters on Coruscant following the orders he gave her, which is basically extinguish any resistance. She doesn't go out very often, mainly sending people like me and Sabine to do her work, so she never really cared if I wasn't dark or not, she didn't even care how we took care of the problem just as long as we made it disappear."
"She doesn't sound so bad." Kanan said. "Like I said she mainly didn't, but if it was something special, she would do it herself and let's just say I would not want to be one of her victims." Ezra stated, shuddering a little at some memory. Luke and Kanan shared a glance, asking each other if they really wanted to do this, and coming to a silent agreement, Luke said, "When we get to Coruscant Ezra, will you take us to her?"
Ezra looked down at the ground, then sensing someone behind him, he turned his head to see Sabine standing there. She nodded and he gave a slight smile to her, before turning back to Kanan and Luke and saying "Sure, I will take you to see her. I'll go tell Hera were to go." He stood and left the room, followed by Sabine.
Luke turned to Kanan and said, "So who is going with us?" "Well of course Zeb, Hera, Chopper, Ezra, Sabine and Ahsoka. Anyone from your side going with us?" "Leia and Han said they might follow us in the Millennium Falcon, which means that if they do Chewie and C-3PO will be coming with us. R2 will be coming with me either way." "Sounds like we got plenty of help then, go tell them to prepare to leave and where to go."
Luke nodded and also left the room, as Kanan sat there wondering what this newest trip of theirs would reveal and what would come of them if it failed.
