Kikyan's POV
"What happened? Why's everyone looking depressed?" Nathan questioned worriedly when he saw my face. "Was it something I said?"
"No, it wasn't…" I looked away. I don't want Nathan to feel bad… I don't think the Sirius Pirates knows that Hiro and I are dating… I tried to hide the tears and stood up from my seat.
"Hey."
"!" My eyes widened when I felt someone grabbing my wrists, but I was too upset to turn around.
"Kikyan, where are you going?" Russell asked me.
"Let go of me…" I said without looking at him. It's your fault… Why did this have to happen? Why did you (Russell) do that? I thought. I looked at Russell and smacked him in the face.
"! What was that for?!"
"Oh, you should know by now!" I said while everyone was staring at me with shock.
He finally let go of me to rub his red swollen cheek. "Oww…"
Then I went to look for Hiro.
Russell's POV
"Oww…"
"What did you do?!" Takuto said angrily.
"Nothing!"
"You did something! She's not that easy to get pissed off." Takuto clicked his tongue in disapproval.
"Plus, you hurt Hiro." Riki stated.
"What are you talking about? What did I do?" I raised my eyebrows in confusion. Kenshi handed me some ice. "Thanks…"
"Ain't it obvious?" Takuto demanded.
"Takuto calm down." Atsumu whispered.
"I am calm!" Takuto shot back.
"Let's go guys…" Riki stood up and the others followed suit.
"Hey, where are you guys going?" Captain asked. He's drunk…
"Sorry, but we have something to do… We apologize." Riki bowed slightly and the Black Foxes left.
I never had the chance to find out what Riki meant…
Kikyan's POV
"Hiro?" I went into the room filled with the supplies. Since they didn't have any room, we were all staying in that room. Yes, the same room where we appeared… (Sigh) I guess that's better than sleeping with a guy. "!" What the heck?! Why am I thinking that…? Futons were everywhere… I tried not to trip myself. I looked around and saw someone sleeping in one of the futons. "Hiro?" His back was facing me. I lightly tapped him on the shoulder. "He must really be sleeping…" I muttered quietly when he didn't stir. I looked over his shoulder and gasped. "Hiro…" I saw a single tear running down his cheek. I gently wiped it away with my fingertip. "Hiro, I'm sorry…" I lightly kissed him on the lips and pulled the blanket to his shoulders so he doesn't get cold. I sighed and quietly left the room. As I was walking out, I bumped into the others. "Guys?"
"Kikyan…" Riki and the others looked at me worriedly.
"… Hiro's sleeping…" I answered before they asked.
"Oh…" Everyone looked away.
My gaze drops to the ground and I started walking forward. The guys moved to the sides as I walked away in between them.
"Hey… Kikyan, where are you doing?" Riki asked softly and I stopped, but didn't turn around.
"I… I just…" I choked. "Sorry." I took a breath and continued walking away, leaving the others with pained expressions.
Hiro's POV
After Kikyan left the room, I sat up and stared at the door quietly. Kikyan… It hurts seeing a guy hitting on her… Is that why I'm crying? I sighed, turn to face the wall, and buried my face into the covers that Kikyan touched. If the guys see this, they might laugh…
(Click)
"!" I held my breath and heard footsteps walking in. It's just the others…
"Hiro… You can get up, Kikyan's not here." Riki said.
(Sigh) I can never fool these guys… I thought as I slowly got up and looked at them.
"How can you possibly trick Kik-" Riki started, but then stopped when he saw my face.
"Sorry." I looked away and crossed my arms on my knees so I can rest my head on my arms.
"Are you okay Hiro?" Kenshi asked.
"Yeah…" I replied.
"Are you sure?" Takuto questioned next.
"Mmhm…" I nodded.
"Want something to eat Hiro? I can ask Nathan if I can use the kitchen." Boss offered.
"I'm fine… Instead, I'm gonna take a walk." I stood up and left the room. While walking, I saw Russell walking towards me in the distance. I stopped in my tracks.
"Hey, you okay?" He asked.
Just looking at him is making me furious. But it's better if I keep my mouth shut. "Yeah." I said simply and walked around him.
"… What's your relationship with Kikyan?"
"!" I paused. (None of your business.) I was about to say, but that will give more suspicion. "Nothing." I answered coldly and started speed walking. Once he was out of sight, I slowed down. I was upset at first, but now I'm furious. I went to the bathroom. "Why am I feeling like this? Were Kikyan and that bastard hugging? Do they have a relationship? NO! Kikyan would never do that to me. Ugh! Stop thinking about these things… I just want Kikyan; I love her, but… Does she still love me?"
(Knock knock)
"Um… Hiro, are you in there?" Kikyan's voice came from behind the door.
I looked at the door for a minute. She must've heard me… I took a breath and slowly opened the door…
