Third POV

With The Black Foxes…

"Not here!" Riki shouted.

"Not here either!" Kenshi added.

"It's hopeless…" Boss sat on an empty crate.

"… We can't give up! Its gotta be here somewhere…" Hiro said and continued searching.

"Why do you wanna find it so badly anyway?" Takuto questioned.

"!" Hiro froze.

"…" Everyone stared at Hiro, waiting for an answer.

"… Well… Because I want to!" Hiro said quickly and turned away.

"Suspicious…" Takuto muttered to himself.

"I-It's nothing!" Hiro exclaimed.

"…"

"!" Everyone froze and stared at the door.

"…" Kikyan slowly walked towards them.

"Did you find it?" Riki asked her.

She slowly nodded.

"Where is it?" Kenshi questioned with concern.

"It's not broken is it?" Takuto raised his eyebrows.

"Kikyan? What's wrong?" Boss tilted his head when Kikyan hasn't said a word.

Instead, she was looking at Hiro.

"Kikyan?" Hiro walked over to her and kept his gaze to hers.

"… Russell has it…"

"!"

"Seriously?" Kenshi sighed.

"…" Kikyan nodded.

"I'll get it." Riki offered when he saw Hiro clenching his fists probably thinking about dinner.

"… Thanks…" Hiro turned and sat on the floor legs crossed.

Riki left the room…

"…" Kikyan kept looking at Hiro worriedly.

"Hey… What's with the gloomy face Hiro? Once Riki gets the box back, we can all go home." Kenshi tried to loosen the mood.

"That's right!" Boss agreed.

"… Yeah…" Takuto pats Hiro on the back.

"I guess…" Hiro mumbled.

"Hiro…" Kikyan knelt in front of him and embraced him.

"! Kikyan?"

"I love you only." She whispered into his ear and Hiro turned beet red.

"What did she say?" Kenshi questioned with interest.

"N-Nothing!" Hiro exclaimed quickly and wrapped his arms around her tighter, afraid he might loose her in the future…

Riki's POV

"Damn… What should I do?" I muttered to myself. I stared at the one piece that's in my hand.

(Flashback)

"Do you have the box?" I asked Russell.

"This? Is it yours?"

"Yeah."

"Oh! Here." He handed it to me.

(End Of Flashback)

It then started glowing, scattered into many pieces, and flew out the window. I only managed to get one. Man, Hiro's gonna be pissed…

Everyone turned towards me, waiting.

"Sorry guys…" I bowed and handed the piece to Kikyan. Her eyes widened as she stares at the piece.

"What's the meaning of this?!" Hiro exclaimed.

"Yeah what gives? Quit foolin' around, where's the box?" Takuto raised his eyebrows.

"…" I gave them a serious stare. Indicating that that was a piece of the box.

"You gotta be kidding…" Takuto looked away.

"What happened?" Kikyan's voice echoed in the large room. She didn't sound mad, instead, looked worriedly at me. "You didn't have to fight for it did you?"

"No… It shattered on its own…"

"…" Kikyan looked back at the piece, regret in her eyes. "If I hadn't put that ring in at 2 o'clock…"

"Hey, it's not your fault." Kenshi said quickly. "It's no one's fault. We can all fix this."

"How?" Boss questioned.

"Well um…" Kenshi stuttered.

"Funny… It didn't work when we did it…" Takuto said slowly, looking at Kikyan.

"I had a dream about gramps saying something about 2… He was talking about the clock."

"Hmm…" I rubbed my chin in thought.

"Was it meant to shatter?" Hiro inquired.

"That box could've been a transporter or something… Maybe it got damaged because it had to transport six people…" Kenshi suggested.

"That's the only lead we have." I replied.

"It's like a hunt for the pieces…" Kikyan muttered under her breath.

"You think?" Hiro glanced at her.

"But we don't have any clues on where it is…"

"…"

"Guys, hate to say this, but we gotta hit the sack." I sighed.

"Alright…"

We all started for our beds. And several minutes later, I could hear Kikyan silently crying…

Third POV

"Miss. Kikyan, you're up early."

"Hey Thomas…" Kikyan replied. She couldn't sleep so she decided to start mopping the deck. It was almost sunrise…

"Your eyes are bloodshot, are you alright?"

"Yes. I'm fine thanks." Kikyan answered and continued cleaning.

On the second level, the other Black Foxes looked at Kikyan worriedly.

"She was crying last night?" Kenshi questioned Riki.

"… Yeah…"

"…" Hiro kept looking at her.

"She probably feels bad since she thinks that she broke her gramps box." Kenshi told them.

"Yeah." Boss agreed.

Kikyan stops mopping and walks to the rail. She rested her arms on the rail and stares out into the sea. She looked down for several seconds. "What if… Some pieces fell into the ocean?" Tears fell into the blue ocean. "How are we going to go back home?"

"Yo! Kikyan!"

"?" She turned around. "Russell…"

"Listen… I'm sorry about that box…"

"It's not your fault…" She glanced to the side, not meeting his gaze.

"Hey…" He placed his hand on her shoulder.

"!" Hiro took off in a hurry.

"There he goes again…" The rest muttered and watched the scene below them.

Kikyan's POV

"I'm fine." I backed up into the rail. Damn it… "Please leave me alone…"

"I can't do that knowing that you were cryin'…" He came closer.

"! Please don't come near me…"

"Kikyan…"

"Kikyan!" Another voice exclaimed.

"! Hiro…"

"Get your hands off her!" Hiro smacked Russell's hands away and pulled me close to him.

"?" Russell glanced between me and Hiro, going back and forth. "Um?"

"Uh… Kikyan, I was lookin' for you." Hiro said quickly.

"Oh! Um… Really? What for?"

"Come on…" Hiro whispered and gently pulled me away.

Once we got into the ship, Hiro embraced me tightly.

"?!"

"Sorry…" Hiro apologized. "I…"

"?" I looked into his sexy eyes.

"I love you." He whispered and kissed me deeply.

"Wha-" I opened my mouth to take a breath, and something hot slipped inside my mouth. "Mmm…"

"Zoinks! Look at the couple making out even though the sun's barely up!" Voices exclaimed.

"!?" Hiro and I pulled away quickly.

"G-Guys?!" I exclaimed with embarrassment.

"H-Hey! That's my line!" Hiro pouted playfully.

"Haha, you should've seen the look on your face!" Kenshi and Riki stifled their laughter. The other two smirked.

"W-What are you guys doing here?!" I tried to cover my embarrassment.

"Awe, she's blushing…" Riki playfully poked my cheeks.

"Hey!" Hiro shield me from the others. "Don't lay a finger on her!"

"Hey, it's a free country." Riki said happily.

"Well…" Hiro started. "… No! Kikyan belongs to me!" He says and pulled me even more closer.

"Ooh… It's great to be young…" Boss sighed happily.

"You sound like an old man…" Takuto rolled his eyes.

"Takkun… So mean…" Boss sighed quietly to himself.

Hiro's POV

"We must find the rest of the pieces." I changed the subject.

"Right!" Everyone else exclaimed.

"But we don't know where they are…" Kikyan muttered sadly.

"We'll find them. I promise." I said and softly kissed her forehead.

"Thanks…"

"Then first, we gotta get off the Sirius." Riki stated. "Because I doubt that they wanna find a box."

"Should we ask?" Kenshi started for the deck and we all followed.

/ / /

"We are headed for Skull Island." Captain told us. We were all in some study room discussing on their destination.

"I see…" Riki slowly nodded.

"Somethin' the matter?" Captain asked curiously.

"Nothing." I replied. "Everything's fine."

"Great! How much longer Eduardo?"

"About another hour."

"Alright."

(BAM)

"What the-" Takuto cursed.

"We're under attack!" Nathan pulled out his sickle and chain.

"I have a feeling…" Russell poked his head out of the window. "The Rika!"

"?" The Black Foxes and I looked at each other.

"Our enemy." Nathan whispered.

"Oh…" We all replied slowly.

(CLASH, SIZZLE)AN: Haha, I was probably thinkin' of bacon when I typed this… xD

"Captain! We're in a storm!" Thomas panicked.

"Good! Good! This is great! A good setting for the fight!" Captain laughed and walked straight out the door.

"?" We all looked at each other with raised eyebrows.

Nathan's POV

"Guys…" Riki started. "It's show time!"

"YEAH!" The rest exclaimed.

Heh, what a great leader… I thought and ran out, the others following.

"Whoa! It's slippery out here!" Thomas grabbed onto the mast.

"Kikyan, hold on!" Hiro hugged Kikyan close to him.

"?" Are they…?

"Nate!" Russell cried. "Duck!"

"Where?" I asked playfully and took cover anyway.

"Yah!" Russell punched someone that was behind me.

"Oh, thanks."

"Well, if it isn't the Sirius…" Alan waved and jumped onto our ship.

"Well, if it isn't the Rika." Captain replied with no emotion.

"Wow, you have a lot on your boat."

"Ship!"

"Yeah, yeah… Prepare to fight Morgan!"

"Hahh, do I have to?"

"The Pirate King declines a challenge?" Alan laughed.

"Never!" Captain yanked out his sword and gun.

"…" Alan froze when he saw Kikyan. Hiro quickly pulled her back.

Hiro's POV

"This is getting dangerous… Kikyan, stay in our room."

"But…"

"Please, I don't want you to get hurt. Wait for me in our room?"

"… Alright…" She tiptoed and planted a kiss on my lips.

"!" I turned red.

"I'll wait…" She smiled and quietly went back inside.

"Alright, let's get over with… Hmm?" I glanced over to my left. Why's Nathan staring at me funny?

(Clang)

Swords spark when they collide with each other. We fought for about a half an hour… After the storm settled…

"Damn it, where did Alan go?!" Captain complained.

"I don't know…" Eduardo clicked his tongue.

"Well… The ship is leaving…" Riki sighed in relief. "Man… Stealing is nothing compared to this…" He hits his shoulder.

"I better get Kikyan and tell her it's safe." I said.

"We'll go with you…" Kenshi offered. "I'm exhausted.

"Alright." The others followed me into the ship.

(KNOCK)

"Kikyan? The Rika is gone, you can come out now." I knocked on the door making sure she wasn't changing or something.

(SILENCE)

"Kikyan?" I slowly opened the door and stared at the place in shock.

"Hiro? What's wrong?" Riki questioned when he saw me frozen.

"Whoa, this place is trashed!" Kenshi said over my shoulder.

What I feared the most is now happening… "Yeah… And Kikyan's gone…"
