A/N: Chapter six~! Whooh~! Hope you like it! :D

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN POKEMON.

"Listen up! We're going to search for the Diamond Pearl," a man told his comrades.

"Since when?" another man asked.

"Since just then! We have three month."

"Three months?! That's not nearly enough time!"

"We have been given three months, so we have three months. No complaints."

A series of groans were heard throughout the room.

The young girl saw her mother walk through the door. Her mother was accompanied by a tall man, with strange purple hair. His onyx eyes landed on her.

"Dawn, darling, this is Peter. He's a very good friend, you can trust him," Johanna said to Dawn.

The man came forward and crouched down to be level with Dawn. "Hello there, Dawn, I'm Peter," he said with a kind smile.

"I'm Dawn!" she said excitedly.

Peter came over every day to help Johanna, and also built a great relationship filled with trust with Dawn.

Dawn thought of him as a father-like figure, even though contact was lost between them ever since the incident.

"Peter." The word escaped Dawn's lips, she was in shock.

"I see you remember me, I'm glad." Peter let out a chuckle.

The two just stared at each other for a few moments before Dawn pretty much leapt onto him, engulfing him in a bear hug. They stayed in that position for quite a while.

"Where have you been? I haven't seen you ever since... since... never mind," Dawn muttered.

Realisation suddenly hit her. "Er, Peter?" she asked quietly.

"What is it, Dawn?" Peter glanced at her.

"What's going no here? I'm really confused."

Peter nodded in understanding. "Ah, let me explain. I am the commander of an assassin agency called Team Cresselia. Our enemies are an evil agency called Team Darkrai," he explained. "Remember that letter you got?"

Dawn giggled, causing Peter to look at her in question.

"You named your agency after a Pokemon?" Dawn asked, giggling. "After a console game? That's so stupid!"

Peter continued, "Ignoring that, as we said before, we aren't exactly an illegal company. We're nothing like those assassins in movies. Well, at least Team Cresselia isn't. We don't kill any random person, we target other agencies. The illegal ones."

"What? But why am I here?" Dawn asked, trying to process what he just said.

He gave a chuckle. "You are here because I want you to join us," he said nonchalantly.

"But why me?" Dawn questioned.

"Well, why not you? You've got the skills, the brains." He paused. "Joining us can also answer heaps of your questions."

"What questions?"

"You know, things about your mother... and father," he said, the last part hesitant.

Father. The word raced through Dawn's head. This could be her chance to find out about her father.

"I see I've captured your attention," Peter said, amused.

"What do you know about my father?" Dawn asked curiously.

"Only time will reveal answers. Now feel me, will you join us?"

May sighed, dropping her pencil onto the desk in front of her. "Stupid homework," she muttered under her breath.

A ringing noise broke her train of thought. May glanced at her mobile phone, wondering who it was trying to contact her. An unknown number appeared on the screen.

"Hello?" May answered the phone.

"Hey, June, miss me?" the person on the other end said.

"Drew, how did you get my number?" May asked, half-happy, half-upset, though she was mostly shocked.

"Why? Don't you like me?" Drew teased.

"W-what?" May asked in surprise, wondering if Dawn had told him. She not like that though. A precious scarlet dusted her cheeks, and she was very grateful Drew couldn't see her now.

Drew spoke, "So, how's Dawn? I tried calling her phone, but she wouldn't pick up."

May started panicking, wondering what in the world she should do.

"It's May, not April or any other month!" she shouted into the phone, trying to think of something.

"Yeah, whatever, November. Let me talk to Dawn," he said, a hint of amusement in his voice.

May gulped, glancing around the room.

"Um... could you give me time to think about it?" Dawn asked cautiously, not dealing with the pressure very well.

"Of course, but I'm afraid you only have three days. Tell me your decision whether or not you're joining, alright?" Peter said softly.

Dawn nodded. "Can you tell me a bit more?" Dawn asked reluctantly.

"Sure, what do you want to know?"

Dawn took a deep breath. She had the opportunity to find out everything she's wanted to know for the past seven years.

"About my father," Dawn replied, thinking over what she said after she said it aloud.

"What about him exactly?"

"Just... about him," Dawn said, feeling lame.

"I'm sorry, Dawn. I can't answer that if you don't know exactly what you want," he told her.

Subconsciously, her hand moved up to where her necklace was. She looked down at it. "Peter, what is this pendant?" she asked, gesturing to her necklace.

She noticed Peter stiffen. "It's..." he began, not knowing how to continue his sentence.

"Uh, um..." May stuttered, knowing she couldn't tell the truth.

"Does my presence make you nervous, July?" Drew teased.

May felt blood rush up to her cheeks. "W-what?! You wish!"

"Let me talk to Dawn," he said coolly. May glared at the wall, wondering how in the world Drew was always so calm.

"Have you started the English assignment?" May blurted the first thing that popped up in her head.

She immediately slapped her forehead. They didn't even have an English assignment.

A chuckle was heard through her phone. "Is my presence really affecting you that much?"

May could imagine Drew smirking while he said that. "No! Goodbye!" May hung up the phone, throwing it onto her bed in frustration. She wasn't the best at handling situations like this.

The sound of her phone ringing broke the silence in her room once again. May bit her lip, debating whether or not she should pick up.

"Hello?" May spoke ingot he phone, trying to sound as casual as possible.

"Why did you hand up on me, March?"

"I said goodbye. You usually hang up after you say bye," May said matter-of-factly, before realising how stupid that must have sounded.

"Let me talk to Dawn," he said slowly.

"Um... you see," May spoke hesitantly.

"May, did something happen to her?" he asked seriously, in a tone May had never heard him use before. It sent chills down her back, not in a good way.

She was shocked, to say the least. "What? No! Why would you think that?"

"I'm serious. Is she in trouble?" Drew asked, still using the same tone.

May inwardly groaned, not knowing how to deal with this situation.

"No! She's um, using the bathroom," May said quickly.

"May, you're not convincing," he stated.

May sighed exasperatedly. "But she is," she said, trying to sound convincing.

"Tell me your address," he demanded. "I'm coming over right now."

"What? No. I don't want some arrogant grass head like you to know where I live. How would I know that you won't do something creepy like watch me in my sleep?" May yelled into the phone.

"Why would I want to watch you sleep? Who do you think I am? Edward Cullen?" Drew asked.

"Oh, whatever," May said, rolling her eyes.

"Will you let me talk to Dawn now?" he asked impatiently.

"I told you, she's in the bathroom," May huffed.

"Sure she is." His voice was dripping with sarcasm.

"Why won't you believe me?!"

"Hm, I don't know, Maybe it's because you're lying," he said. "You know what? I'm coming over right now. I'll find your address one way or another."

A beeping noise was heard, he had hung up. May started panicking even more.

She quickly dialled a number into her phone, desperately seeking for help.

Sorry, the number you have called is not available now. Please leave a message off to the beep.

May started pacing around the room, not sure what to do since Dawn didn't pick up her phone.

She heard her door open, revealing a boy with navy blue hairy.

"Hey, May, was that a boy you were talking to on the phone?" he teased, stressing out the word boy.

"What? No!" May denied, chucking a pillow at him. He ran off to his room, laughing.

He started to chant, "May's got a boyfriend, May's got a boyfriend."

May heard loud footsteps, only getting louder and louder.

"May, explain yourself," the person said.

"Huh? What is there to explain?" May asked, confused.

"Who is he? Why didn't you tell us you had a boyfriend? If he dares lay one finger on you-" he started.

May cut him off. "Dad! I don't have a boyfriend! He's just a friend, okay? Nothing more!" she said exasperatedly.

Her father narrowed his eyes. "He'd better only be a friend," he warned, before leaving May's room.

The sound of a doorbell was heard, causing May's eyes to widen.

"May, your boyfriend's here!" her mother called from the front door, giggling and winking at her.

May blushed, and noticed a tint of pink of Drew's face.

"So you do have a boyfriend! Well. you're not going to for long. I'll make sure-" May's father's overprotective mode came out. He was glaring at Drew, which caused him to flinch under his gaze.

"Actually, sir, I am not her boyfriend," she said smoothly.

"Norman, don't scare the poor boy," May's mother said, punching Norman on the shoulder playfully.

"Drew, why don't you follow May to her room?" she suggested.

May hesitantly walked up the stairs slowly, with Drew following her.

"Where's Dawn?" he asked. May closed her eyes, dreading this moment.

She took a deep breath.

A/N: "She's over there dancing with the pineapples," May replied.

Haha, I'm kidding. Okay, I feel so lame.

Anyway, I hope you liked it and please leave a review! :D
