I walked around my room trying to think of where Nina or Amber could hidden something that told me how to get back into that room in the basement. I paced around on the hard-wood floors that we a purple shagg rug over when I a floor board squeak. I bent down and pulled back the rug, then I take up the floorboard to reveal eight, small, dairies with colorful, leather-looking covers. I picked one up, in the corner, was etched the words 'Amber Millington' in cursive.

"Ambers diaries." I whisper then yell "KAYLA!"

"What?" Kayla rushes into the room

"Look what your mum left behind." I hold the diary I had in my hand up "our key to Anubis House. There's eight. One for each of us. You and me will just take two."

"Okay, gimme!" She smiled, and I handed them to her, smiling back.

I walked down the stairs, pink leather diary in hand. Yesterday, Sarah gave me this diary. Supposably Kayla's mom, but it's useless. I mean, there's nothing! Just teenage girl gibberish.

"Sarah!" I said as I walked into the living room

"Huh?" She looks up from her reading

"This is useless. I've been getting strange looks all day and nothing. Listen to this stuff, like about Victor 'I don't know how a man with such perfectly groomed hair can be so awful!'" I recite

"Well, I found out that the shelf downstairs has a lining of 'snakes' around it, four at the top have the ability to have a code put in. I just don't know what the numbers are." AJ walks in

"Well, I have a series of numbers along the bottom of the cover of this diary. The incomplete one. The last log is from the night she left. But anyways, numbers. More than four though.." Kayla tells us, sitting om the couch next to Sarah

"Let me see." Robert says coming in from the kitchen, Kayla hands him the book and Robert sets down his plate on the end table by the couch "these are cordinets!"

Robert takes out his phone and types the numbers into his technology-programed map compass thing. "It's a spot in the woods!" He smiles "I bet our clues there."

As we walked through the woods, I was beginning to feel uncomfortable. Because of Kayla. Yesterday, I went up to talk to Lacy, and I saw Kayla spying on them recording, but it didn't make me feel any better when I heard what the other girls were talking about. It made me sick that 95% of the girls in Anubis were acting so catty that they were willing to ruin each other's lives. Even the geek. But more importantly Lacy, how could she do something like that? Maybe had Lacy had changed from the girl I kissed on that beach house months ago.

Suddenly I'm stopped by AJ. Apperently we've arrived at our destination, I look up. "Guys, it's a tree." I point at the tall tree, just sprouting new leaves.

"There's nothing there Oliver" Kayla says clueless to the small writing on the trunk.

"But look, initials." Sarah points to the trunk "those are Amber's. And is that an arrow."

Kayla put a toe on the grass at the bottom of the trunk "it's just the ground." Kayla put more pressure on the grass and it caved in

We all looked inside, there, burried in the ground, a dollhouse.

"That's can't be real." Robert shakes his head "dad always told us about the dollhouse that Amber had that got completed ruined."

We looked at Robert than back down at the dollhouse in the ground. It looked in perfect condition exept for the dirt and grass on it. Then Sarah said what we were all thinking.

"Apperently not," Sarah half-smiled a bit "because that's Ambers dollhouse. Anubis."
